I am beyond happy with the work done by the Cardinal Cleaning team on our home. I have two small children with severe allergies and needed help getting all the dust taken care of, so I arranged via email to have an initial deep clean (approx 4 hours) done and then a monthly cleaning thereafter. Rose was quick to respond to my estimate inquiry and when they came to my home, they were very detailed in their notes on the things I needed done, and what I didn't need done. The attention to detail far exceeded our expectations!! The kitchen cabinets look brand new! The floors are so clean I don't feel bad letting my little one crawl all over. But overall it was the little things; the bottle warmer, toaster, and even a cookie sheet I had left out were all cleaned. I didn't expect that. And my favorite find was that my son's high chair was cleaned! I don't know how you guys got all that dried food off. My husband and I have seriously soaked and scrubbed, but I swore it was just cemented on for good. Now it looks brand new. Cardinal Cleaning keeps sending me excellent cleaning technicians. Today Emily came for the first time to clean my home. She didn't waste any time cleaning quickly and efficiently. She has a sunny and friendly disposition and a sense of humor. I found out that notes are kept on file about basic instructions and information specific to my 'cleaning profile' so to speak. I find that so forward thinking and time saving because now I no longer have to take technicians on a tour and go over the same information about any quirks in my home to look out for when different cleaning techs are scheduled. I get follow-up calls to make sure things went well and that there were no issues. I only have someone come once a month, and there is a reminder email a week ahead of time.
