I wanted to get my driveway cleaned and started a few hours ago on Yelp to find someone. I thought the job would be expensive and take days to schedule. Got 4 quotes on Yelp. First in PW was the first to reply, the cheapest and they were able to come right after finishing a job about 30 minutes away. I was prepared to wait a few days, so I was very surprised and pleased they could come so soon. Another company messed up their first quote. It seemed too low and when I asked about it they apologized and blamed a new hire. Their price eventually came to $169.60 after starting at $85. Another quote was $280. First in PW was super fast (less than an hour for a 1600 square foot driveway) and they did a great job! After the job was finished, Wally told me that if they had come by just to give a quote and do the job later, it would have been $250. But I was happy getting the job done today so the cost was only $150. I didn't even know about the reduced price for getting it done without asking for a site visit and quote until they had finished the job, so obviously they don't give you that line, "If you get it done today, we'll only charge you this much!" No high pressure. So, prompt to reply and show up, cheapest, honest, great work. What more could you want? read more

Awesome experience. The crew arrived before time, was professional, and got the job done. While things weren't perfect at first, it gave the opportunity for me to gauge the company's integrity. In doing me a favor by moving my numerous plants, one member broke a pot. After the work was completed, they didn't conceal the accident but were upfront with an offer of replacement. Also, since the chemicals used to clean the roof continued to work after the cleaning, I could not see the results until after the crew left. That evening, I saw missed areas and called them. They came back the very next day, removed the spots AND pressure washed my front porch and driveway for the inconvenience. All I was expecting was removal of the remaining spots. But, as Wally said, First in Pressure Washing strives for 100% satisfaction. Needless to say, I am 110% satisfied. I've already highly recommended them to one of my best friends and will continue to recommend them because I've experienced their wonderful customer service. Originally I had another "company" come to our business on Saturday, (11/21/15) to pressure wash the walls, sidewalks, stairs and docks...one hour in and with poor quality work they left before hardly starting. I was in a jam, it was a Saturday afternoon and we already had trucks and trailers moved to accommodate this work. I looked up Google & Yelp reviews, called and few and got voice mails, but my third call was to Wally...I hit the jackpot! He came out to our company within 2 hours and had his crew out the next morning (Sunday) at 9am. They walked the property with me and he gave thorough instructions to his two men. The work took 8 hours and exceeded my expectations (and I am a perfectionist). I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, for any job, large or small. They are worth their weight in gold. I found this business on the BBB website. At first I was skeptical but the lady on the phone was professional and the price she quoted me was reasonable. The crew were on time, actually early. They looked over the house and assured me all would be done properly, including cleaning the area around the house from the material in the gutters. Not only did they clean the gutters but cleaned the front and back porch where all the material fell from the gutters but they clean the drive way of the material as well. They put the patio furniture back as it was and did a superb job on washing down the house. I'll, certainly, use this service again. I was so delighted I bought their lunch. We had them clean out our disgusting gutters and downspouts of probably a years worth of debris, pressure wash them as well as the soffits, windows & trim. Then they pressure washed our concrete pool decking/ patio area and the stone retaining wall around the pool. Both these areas were long overdue as well. All aspects of the job were done in a professional, timely manner. Reasonable prices also. Wally and Juan are the greatest! Our house and pool area look so refreshed and bright! Listen I'm very meticulous on who I select as a contact to perform services on my property. I used this company for 5 years on my property. They do an outstanding job on my home. They execute with precision. They know exactly what chemicals to use to prevent the algae from coming back on my siding. They have done my sidewalk, driveway, fence and my siding on my home. I call and they schedule me and that's it. I have a problem and they solve it period. I don't have to micromanage them at all. They are self sufficient. Wally gave me a detailed onsite estimate and arrived a few days later bang on schedule with his crew. These guys are far and away the best washers I have ever contracted in 18 years here in Sandy Springs. With dogs and kids in the house Wally carefully explained the chemicals he would be using and how he would tackle the job. Garden furniture and plans from poolside were gently removed and four hours later the job was done - pool deck and back deck and a few extras by wife requested! All on the original estimate. I really can't say enough good things about Wally and his helper. I pressure wash my house every year, and have never had results as excellent, as timely, or as fast as Wally's. No streaks in the driveway, every surface sparkling clean, great communication, and all at a very fair price. One issue remained--copper streaking on the plaster chimney. After much research, Wally came back in just a few days to completely fix the problem--it bothered him more than me! Other companies rent their equipment which is often sub par or even broken. Hands down, one of the best contractors I've ever used. Wally and his assistant arrived on time and did a spectacular job soft-washing and treating our roof, then power-washing the entire house (both bare brick and painted siding areas), carport, driveway, porch, deck, retaining walls and patio furniture. They kept me informed when they would be here and showed up on time. They cleaned ugly mold/algae stains from my roof and made it look like new. They were knowledgeable and took great care to protect my shrubs, grass, and house. We are very pleased with the results. If you have ugly black streaks on your roof you should call First In Pressure Washing to get their advice. If your roof can be cleaned this is a much cheaper and better alternative to a new roof.
