Researched quite a few companies for gutter cleaning and landed on this company. On January 4, 2024 I called for a quote. The price Perfect Gutter Cleaning quoted me was on par with other quotes I received. In the end I went with this company because all of the online Yelp reviews were great, the phone representative was helpful and knowledgeable, and their website included a video of their gutter cleaning process. I was able to get gutter cleaning service scheduled for January 15, 2024. I was home when the workers arrived on January 15, 2024; they arrived an hour before the scheduled time but I was OK with the early arrival as they texted me about 30 minutes before arriving. The crew (I think just 2 or 3 people) was professional and courteous. The crew was able to clean my gutters in under an hour and they pulled out debris by hand before using leaf blowers to get the remaining debris out of the gutters. There was a slight miscommunication between one of the crew members and my spouse. My spouse was unaware that the crew generally does not bag up the debris but instead relocates the debris to a natural area on the property. My spouse handed one of the crewmembers lawn bags and they bagged up the debris this time without issue and informed me that next time they'd have to charge for bagging up debris. I informed the crew that it was a miscommunication and that next time they can just leave the debris near the trees on my property and the landscaper will remove. Overall, I'm glad I went with this company as the customer service is impeccable and they did great work. I have a 2-story home and I'm glad they were able to clean my gutters cause I wasn't about to try! read more

Easy online booking and they even had an office person who reached out and offered to move up my appointment because someone else canceled. They were on the early end of their service window and were done in less than 30 minutes. Miguel and Erik went over the yard with leaf blowers and even moved the trash cans and patio furniture around so they could get all the leaves. That's going above and beyond compared to most places that do this kind of work. Quote was reasonable and glad to have them come out. I saw their Yelp reviews so decided to call for estimates. I needed gutters cleaned and a section repaired. I was skeptical on the repair because a couple of other companies wanted to replace the gutters for thousands of dollars. This company was timely and repaired the gutter issue for a small fraction of what other companies quoted me. There is another spot that is troublesome and they recommend another downspout. I thought this is where they are going to get me, nope another very reasonable quote so I'm having them come back and do the work. They cleaned up after the job, which my previous place didn't do.
