Best price. Straight shooter. Superbly careful and thorough. Very professional. Arrived late but had good reason and gave me a head's up about it. read more

Solis Service solution communicated well via Yelp, was on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself very well, and was an excellent value for the quality of service. He also gave me several recommendations to help maintain my gutters and my house without any heavy-handed sales attempts. He has definitely earned a new customer. read more

I reached out to find a service for gutter cleaning and received a few quotes. Solis was not only the most responsive company but had the best value and were able to come out to the Tucker area within a couple of days. Really impressed with the quality of the job and his suggestions for the future. Would definitely use their services again. read more

Excellent service. Went above and beyond and would recommend. I will continue to use this service

I was constantly in communications with Johnny due to the need to reschedule our appointment numerous times due to inclement weather. I appreciate that Johnny contacted me and he arrived on the set day and time he said he would. He did a fantastic job and the price was more than fair. We will definitely use Solis Service Solution company again for anything we need to pressure wash. read more

Response time. Pricing. Completed work that was requested with care and detailed. Will continue to use for services.

We had our exterior windows cleaned today. Johnny recommended doing a total house wash for $25 extra. The house looks great; he took his time and we are very pleased with the outcome. Would use them again! read more

Jonathan Solis was excellent and did the work exactly as I requested. He came a few days before to look at the property to provide a more appropriate estimate which I appreciated. He did all the work himself--pressure-washed the house, driveway, and cleaned our gutters. Everything looked stellar when done. read more

Johnny is fantastic. The power wash with bleach job was excellent and my gutters are spotless. He is professional, communicates well with customers about time, service, and estimate, and he even goes out of the way to do the extra but of cleaning and wrapping up to make even my driveway and porch look better. Johnny is the kind of hard-working, excellent service provider you can rely on read more

Great job clearing our roof. Good communication and fair prices. Very professional, will use again!

I worked with Johnny and was very happy with the service. I hate working with contractors / service providers because the communication is terrible and they have tried to change pricing on me after work has been completed. Thankfully that was the exact opposite of my experience here. I went through Yelp's project service and Solis was the only one to thoroughly communicate what was included in the gutter cleaning along with the price. Everyone else only listed the price or wanted you to call them. (Typically they want to put you in their system and blow up your phone with texts and calls.) He followed up with the insurance. I was easily able to schedule shortly after. He notified me when he was on his way, arrived on time with his partner, and explained again what was part of the service. He took pictures of the roof and also gave great recommendations on what I needed to do next for the roof. Great communication and work. I plan to work with him in the future. read more

Johnny did a great job. On time. Windows are really clean. Price was fair. I will hire them again.

I had my gutter cleaned. They had to cancel once and the communication was lacking there. Once I gave them my cell phone number the communication was much better. They arrived when they said they would and did great work. I will use them again. Be sure to give them your number. Your customer service will be much better once they have it. read more

Third year using Johnny! Always an outstanding job and on time! Highly recommend for your gutter, pressure washing and window cleaning.

We hired Solis Service Solution for window cleaning at our commercial construction project. They did a phenomenal job, and I am already hiring them for future work. They were prompt in responses, and their workmanship was impressive! They have straight forward pricing and I think that you're getting a really great value by working with them. They are also very professional in communications. They were able to remove the paint overspray on the windows, old paint from a previous storefront sign, and did a great job overall. read more

Fantastic work! Driveway looked like new and our house was spotless after they pressure washed. Came to my home and quoted me, came to work the next day as they had an opening. Very professional. read more

Maintained communication, we had to reschedule due to rain and they made sure I was informed throughout

It's been a while but I have to say the gentleman did an excellent job pressure washing my home, gave a fair price, and gave me some heads up in work that will eventually need to be done down the line. read more

We needed to have our gutters cleaned and Solis did a great job. They got here right on time, got right to work and were done in about an hour. Their online quote was more than fair and when I received the bill, no surprise. The total was exactly what was quoted. The techs that came out were very friendly. They will be our go to company for gutter cleaning going forward! read more

Excellent service. Got my gutters cleaned. He gave me a great quote for my house and was able to come that day. In and out in less than 30 minutes and even cleaned up my driveway(which had nothing to do with the gutters). John wore a mask the whole time and stayed socially distanced. read more

Johnny is great! He was the fastest responder to our request, with the best estimate & provided excellent service in cleaning our windows. I'd definitely recommend him to others. read more

Cleaned gutters two years in a row now. They are very quick and they clean up very well after they are done. Great job.

I made an appointment with Solis Service Solution to have my gutters cleaned and steps/sidewalk power washed. He gave me an estimate, we set up a time and on the day of service they were a NO SHOW. They did't call to cancel...they just didn't show up. This says a lot about their business...on the positive side, perhaps I dodged a bullet. read more
