Highly recommend this company! I called for an estimate and Scott offered to come by the house on his way to another area. He was here within 30 minutes of our conversation. After looking at our house and driveway I received an email estimate for window washing and driveway pressure washing within hours. (I never got a call back from a second window washing company I called twice and a third company offered to come out in two weeks JUST FOR AN ESTIMATE.) My husband and I decided to do the pressure washing, but I hired Win Clean Plus to clean our windows. I received a text confirming the day and time of the service and the name of the gentleman who would be cleaning the windows. On the day of the service I received a text letting me know that Jerry and Anthony were en route. They were at the house before I was able to return from an appointment so cleaned the outside windows while they waited for me. When I returned home and drove down the driveway I immediately noticed a difference (and the guys had only done the outside of the windows!) Once I was able to let them into the house Jerry and Anthony put booties over their shoes and went to work on the inside windows. They were professional, quiet, and quick, and I was very happy with the job they did. After the guys left I noticed a couple of windows that weren't quite as perfectly clean as the rest of the windows. I called Scott and he came out a few days later to check on the work. He took pictures of my concerns and scheduled for the guys to come back out. --------------- Jerry and Anthony just left after their follow-up cleaning. Once again, I received a text letting me know they were en route. And, once again, they were professional and quick, plus apologetic for having to come back. I am very happy with Win Clean Plus and will recommend them to anyone who needs windows cleaned. **Be aware that Win Clean Plus team members are more than prompt! They were scheduled for noon for the original cleaning and I received noticed that they were en route at 10:30 AM. They were 5 minutes early for their 8:30 AM follow-up cleaning. Crystal-Clear Windows & Exceptional Service We had our windows cleaned today by Win Clean Plus, and I have to say, the difference is incredible! We have actually used Win Clean Plus in the past and were always very happy with their work. Last year, we decided to try another window cleaning company, and unfortunately, that experience reminded us exactly why we liked Win Clean Plus so much. The biggest issue was the way the windows were cleaned. The other company left the windows wet and did not properly squeegee them to remove the excess water. As a result, once the water dried, it left water spots and marks all over the glass. Honestly, the windows looked dirty almost from the moment they finished. Win Clean Plus does it completely differently. They don't simply spray or pressure wash the windows and leave them to dry. They carefully squeegee the windows, removing the water and residue so that when they are finished, the glass is truly crystal clear and streak-free. Another thing I really appreciate is that they don't pressure wash the windows. That means we don't have to worry about water being blasted around the window frames or, even worse, getting into our home. Their method is much more controlled and thorough, and you can see the difference in the finished product. The crew today was also fantastic--professional, courteous, careful, and very thorough. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in the results. Our windows are absolutely sparkling! Sometimes you don't realize how much of a difference a truly professional window cleaning makes until you've experienced both. After trying someone else last year, we are very happy to be back with Win Clean Plus. They reminded us why we used them in the first place! I contacted three window cleaning vendors on Monday this week to obtain a price estimate to hand wash our home windows both inside & outside. I had an exact count of the number of windows that required cleaning. The price quote from Scott at Win Clean Plus was the most reasonable, and I thus arranged to have the work done as quickly as possible. Scott was able to accommodate my request & completed the work today (Wednesday). He & his assistant arrived on time, introduced themselves, and promptly started working. Respectfully they removed their shoes while working inside. They were very unobtrusive while here which was great as I was working on a project. Scott is friendly, outgoing and truly customer-service oriented. The windows in our house came out sparkling clean. I realized just how dirty they were after I saw how clean they turned out. Scott and his team are amazing. The level of communication from when I first called to have my windows cleaned, during and after the job was completed, was more than I would ever have expected. I felt truly important and valued. The job was done very nicely inside and outside my home. They were efficient, courteous and very respectful of my home. Scott Robison is an extremely professional, conscientious business owner who personally does the work along with well trained assistants. I knew they were top shelf when they removed their shoes to come inside & clean the inside of all the windows, including the casements, trim and screens. Then they went outside and very safely got on ladders to finish the job. You can barely tell you are looking through the glass at our spring leaves and flowers. Highly recommended! The owner previously came by and gave us a free estimate which was competitive with another service we considered. We received a couple of text reminders before the service. Super job by Scott. I was so happy with his work, responsiveness, and price. We had old, damaged River Rock on our driveway. Rather than replacing the entire area for 7k, we decided to replace the damaged section for 2.5k, clean the undamaged section, and hope it matched. Scott's technique worked very well and you cannot really tell the difference. He used equipment I had never seen before, was upfront about what would clean and what wouldn't, and showed up on time.
