Something that always scared me on previous appointments. I will definitely use the service again!

I rescheduled my whole day with the expectation that they would arrive between 11am-2pm. When it was 1:55pm, I called and asked why they didn't show. I was then told that "Oops, yesterday we rescheduled you for 1-4 pm. Someone should have called you." OK, so now I have wasted 3 hours of my day that I had to take off work and you now want to waste 3 more? I then asked to be rescheduled for another day. I was then told that they would move my appointment to the next week and that I would be told THE DAY BEFORE what time window they would show up. Wait, what?! So you want me to have to tell my job that I can't be there in less than 24 hours?! No, boo boo. Cancel it altogether. After some emails with the team lead, we are scheduled again for August. I will come back after to update my review. Wish me luck, everyone!

When the team arrived (2 guys), they were polite, fast, and pretty quiet. I was working while they were there and they made so little noise I almost forgot about them. The price was more than reasonable for the work considering (1) I didn't have to do it and (2) after it was done, I was very happy with the results. They didn't leave a huge mess behind and they did the jobs I hired them to do. Scott also gave me a heads up on a branch that overhangs my house and the future damage it might cause. I don't get up on the roof that often so I was appreciative that he took the time to mention it and take a photo. Within about an hour of my long overdue and initial review, I was on the calendar for next day pressure washing! When I say A-MA-ZING, I really mean it! I've attached photos so that you can be the judge. Perry knows his craft. There's been a rust stain that we've been trying to have removed for YEARS! Previous contractors tried but were unable. More recently a contractor told us that we'd have to replace the vinyl siding! No, no, no (wagging my finger like Dikembe Mutombo!), not with the professional expertise of APPW! When others say they can't, know that Perry can! My husband and I are SO impressed. This was certainly money well spent and again we couldn't be more satisfied. In addition to technical know how, Perry and his teammate were prompt, extremely personable and completed the job in little time. Customer satisfaction is a priority with this company. Give APPW a call with confidence. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. APPW will be our choice everytime.
