Great service response and follow up highly recommend .. The value for what you pay is well worth it .

I requested a service visit to check on a needed gutter repair. Spoke with Steve on phone. He said they would be there in the afternoon. I sent a text around 3pm asking if he had an ETA. Have heard nothing back. Very unreliable business behavior. read more

I used Legacy for the first time for a small gutter issue. I had quotes from others that told me I needed a whole gutter replacement. Steve looked at the issue and said you do not need new gutters you just need to change the angle and maybe it's a $300 job ! When do you hear that ! No matter I went ahead and replaced the whole gutter system just because it was so old and looking sad anyway. I received a fair price and the workers were EXCELLENT. Clean, punctual, fast, and courteous. I highly recommend them for Gutter service. read more

Great service at a very fair price point. They were very informative and clear through out the process and did not try to oversell or price gauge as many competitors. We thought we had to get our gutters fully replaced and they recommended a tune up and installation of guards while competitors tried to upsell a full new gutter system replacement. read more

The owner personally reached out to apologize for the mistake made by his team. He explained that the proper procedure was to take measurements first, and then discuss my preferences. Regardless, Mr. Baker went above and beyond by extending the warranty to cover areas his team hadn't worked on. He is truly an upstanding and accommodating individual. read more

Gutter installation great, professional. Salesperson misrepresent what their gutter guards would do. I wanted and needed water flow and clean gutters. This was discussed prior to installation. Small leaves are stuck in the guards and large amounts of debris collecting in splash guard areas causing water to run over and splash on patios. They told me I need to keep my roof clean. I spent $900 so I would not need to clean roof or gutters. Would be better off with no guards! Very disappointed! read more

This was a great experience from start to finish. I was able to get an accurate quote over the phone and there were no hidden charges or surprises. Steve was an excellent communicator and kept me updated and got me on the schedule quickly. I originally selected the wrong color, but the installers confirmed before beginning the job. The color change was only a small trip charge and they were back the next day to install. Installation was a breeze and the gutters look great. Would definitely recommend them for future work read more

Mr. Baker and his team were AWESOME throughout the ENTIRE process! I sent out a mass request for a quote on Yelp, for gutter guard installation and he was 1 of the 1st to respond. He asked me a few quick questions and was actually able to upload my homes' information into his software and give me a quote without even coming out to my house 1st. I'd done some pricing awhile back and his quote was exponentially better than my original quotes, which made me a bit apprehensive initially, but the reviews from the website and what he was telling me about the process quickly eased my mind. An appointment was booked, paperwork was sent and signed (All digitally) and a crew showed up a few days later, in the appointed time frame and knocked it all out in about 2 hours...Gutters cleaned, guards installed, job-related debris cleared and removed and the total price included all taxes and insurance (There is a "Travel Surcharge" included, but it was mentioned during the setup and not a surprise). After the crew cleared out, I actually got on the roof and took a closer peek and there was literally only 1 anomaly to my untrained eye and not nearly enough to b-tch and moan about. If I was being nitpicky, I probably would have liked the work crew to also have cleaned up the dried out pine straw and dirt clumps that they cleared out of my gutters, but 1 of the main reasons that I chose to get the work done now, as opposed to later, was to beat the mass Fall/Winter downpour of tree droppings; So the crud that was cleared from my gutters and dumped in my yard was minimal. Ultimately, the guys install gutters, not tackle lawn care. I would have taken and posted pictures, but black gutter guards, on a black roof...!? I probably wouldn't have been able to do the work any real justice - ROCK ON Legacy Gutters and Guards!! read more

Great work and easy to work with. Owner is very communicative and helpful. Made good recommendations including some things at lower price points, because those solutions made the most sense for my needs. Employees installing on-site were very thoughtful, courteous, and respectful. Everything done on time. I'm glad I hired this company and would hire again. Highly recommend, thank you. read more

We recently had our gutters cleaned, adjusted and guards installed. The guys at Legacy did a great job. Steve, the owner went up and above in helping us with a water leak in our basement which was attributed to our gutters. He saved us a lot of potentially wasted money and effort with his knowledge of not only gutters, but also with building contracting in general. The pricing for the work completed was very fair. We will definitely use them for any future issues we might have. read more

Steve Baker and the team exceeded expectations. The team arrived today promptly, completed the job as promised, and took the time to explain not only the installation but some other suggestions to improve the flow of water off the house. Estimate was easy, sent pictures with description, proposal texted back quickly and at a better price than other vendors I queried. I was very happy with the work and the professionalism of the team. read more

Legacy Gutters is fantastic! They are professional, responsive, fair pricing and did a through job at our rental in Smyrna.

Company is knowledgeable and very attentive to homeowner needs. Steve called and texted many times throughout the process to ensure everything was going well, and encouraged me to call if I noticed any future issues with the work. Before installing gutter guards, they made sure all gutters were properly sloped and leak free. I had a question about their screw fasteners, and the crew offered to go to Home Depot to obtain a different kind. When finished, they took and shared many pictures of the work, and completely cleaned up around the house. Highly recommended read more

Steve was good from the start because we did copper. we had issues the next day after install an he wouldn't respond. They didnt wear the proper gloves so it left prints all over the gutters. Would not recommend this company for copper gutters. read more
