The contract stated that they would clean up their mess, but because my yard service arrived they figured it was okay for my yard service to clean up the mess. Anthony asked about one pile of pine straw in the front yard on the lawn, as we were speaking, the yard guy swept it up and I said well that answers that question. But then when I came outside to plant my rose bushes they are covered with pine straw and all the debris that came from the roof and gutters. I reached out through text and instead of getting offered a solution to the problem which I would have been okay because I just wanted to let them know that they did not complete the agreement all I got was my yard service was supposed to do it! That wasn't the agreement. My yard guys quoted $200, I ended up paying 225 for Joe. I was okay with the price since they were here on scene and I didn't want to waste their time. This was an incident that could have easily been resolved but all this going back and forth was not necessary. I didn't want to continue to text so I made the call and Joe was not professional yelling over me causing me to escalate to get my point across and me eventually just hanging up the phone. The last thing I should have had to do is argue with someone about what my yard guy should be doing when they we're never part of the contract with Joe gutters. As a matter of fact they shouldn't have never asked about my yard guy services they should have did what I paid them to do. Joe had the audacity to tell me next time I need to schedule my yard people for another day that's none of their business, and has nothing to do with Joe gutters. Not to mention that they've been coming for days they finally arrived sending texts everyday that they're coming and finally came. I was patient and never pushed them, I just patiently waited for them to get here. I really wish I can upload photos.

Peter took the time to visit us and in the process cleaned off a copious quantity of leaves and acorns from the roof. He then gave us a realistic look at the condition of our roof and skylights. Peter provided a common-sensical solution for us to address the immediate issues without expensive measures. We happened to call Palace Roofing at a time when there was some flexibility in his schedule, so he was able to have someone come out and do the job for us THE SAME DAY. Amazing. But I know as he gets busy, this may not always be the case for us. Homero came out about an hour or two later and completed the job. I must say that he went Above and Beyond in delivery of service. Not only did he clean the roof, but I walked outside to find my porch and driveway had been cleaned of leaves, as well. I'm absolutely floored by their kindness and service ethic. I cannot rave enough about my experience with Firebrand Roofing. They came highly recommended by my in-laws, who had the roof replaced on their large, high-end home. They couldn't stop talking about how Boaz (the owner) really knew his stuff, handled everything with the insurance company--even when the insurance didn't want to cover it--and made the whole process completely hassle-free. They loved that they could trust him to handle a complex, upscale job without having to micromanage every detail. My own experience was smaller but just as telling. I had a leak and thought about replacing the entire roof while Boaz was already up there. But instead of pushing for a bigger job, he told me not to waste the money because it genuinely wasn't needed right now. That level of honesty really stood out, and I can't say enough about how comfortable it felt to trust his recommendation without worrying I was being sold something unnecessary. Over the past four years, Boaz has never nickel-and-dimed us. He's checked in to make sure the leak stayed fixed, and even took care of a minor, unrelated issue just because he happened to be in the area. We recently had our roof and gutters replaced through insurance, and I cannot recommend Firebrand Roofing enough. Our insurance company sent out two separate adjusters and denied the claim both times, but Firebrand stayed involved, worked with them, and helped get our roof approved. I feel like most companies would have just given up and moved onto the next project. From start to finish, their communication was stellar. Honestly, I have never experienced better communication from a company in my life. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. The quality of the work was phenomenal. We were also able to upgrade from a 3-tab roof to architectural Duration shingles, which was a huge plus. On top of that, they are even helping us work toward a yearly discount on our insurance because of the hail impact-resistant shingle. Firebrand roofing did an amazing job repairing my window and roof after a tornado knocked a tree into my ceiling and window causing a significant water leakage, a whole where my window used to be, and large shards of glass everywhere. They came so fast seeing as this was an emergency and were so professional. They took pictures of all the damage caused by the tornado, made recommendations, boarded up my window, ordered a replacement window, cleaned up all the glass in my living room, and gave me an estimate and their availability on when they could come back to fix all of the damages. After the hailstorm in Dunwoody, it was suggested that I have my roof inspected for possible damage. Firebrand Roofing was recommended to me, and they came out the very same day I called. Honestly, I fully expected to be told I needed a new roof -- but that was not the case. These guys are truly honest and caring. A few days later, Boaz even came out personally to blow off my roof and clean up all the debris, completely free of charge, even though I wasn't a candidate for a new roof. Firebrand is an excellent roofing company whose customer service members go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Their construction crew also seemed to do a good job at least by the look of the finished product. Outstanding. Aaron especially was key to making my experience excellent. I've owned this home for 51 years in Dunwoody, and this is my third roof, this company was phenomenal. They installed a premium roof, replaced the gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts, added a proper cricket on the chimney (no one had done that before), and replaced the skylights with automatic blinds. There was an accident where they stepped through my ceiling, but they repaired it the very next day and it honestly looked better than before. They respond to any issues super fast. My experience was limited to receiving a proposal; no roofing work was performed. I clearly stated an approximately $10,000 budget, minimal deposit, installation photos, and an independent inspection before final payment. Firebrand instead submitted a $22,786.84 proposal requiring a 50% deposit, without including the requested inspection-before-payment and installation-photo terms. The proposal was essentially the opposite of what I had clearly requested, so I declined it. read more

StateFarm denied me two years ago, and Boaz was working with the neighbor next door. He suggested I filed a claim, he met with the StateFarm adjusters (2 on same day) and they approved the entire roof, gutter guards, copper roof and more!! I was blown aware! We continued to use them to blow the leaves off our roof and to make other small repairs as needed. About four years later, I asked if we needed a new roof. They went up and inspected and said no, our roof was in great shape. Last year. David S. warned me that we would need a new roof in a year or two. This year our insurance company rated the house because the roof was at least 15 years old. We went ahead and replaced the roof before it was an emergency.
