I highly recommend Firebrand Roofing and owner Boaz Clark! Boaz has worked with both my home in Chamblee and my mother's home in Madison, Georgia, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service he provides. At my mother's home, he went above and beyond by meeting with the insurance adjuster multiple times, documenting the hail damage with excellent photos, and advocating tirelessly to help get the roof approved for insurance coverage. His knowledge of the claims process and willingness to fight for his customers truly set him apart. At my home, Boaz inspected my roof, provided fair and detailed quotes for chimney repairs, deck staining, and roof washing, which we'll be moving forward with this fall. While he was already on the roof, he even took the time to perform a complimentary service by blowing leaves and debris out of the roof valleys around the chimney. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare. Boaz and the entire Firebrand Roofing team are professional, responsive, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and do the little things that make a big difference. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, I wholeheartedly recommend Firebrand Roofing. You won't be disappointed! read more

We had a fantastic experience with Firebrand Roofing and can't recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, they were incredibly honest and straightforward--something that really stood out compared to other companies we spoke with. They never tried to upsell or push unnecessary work, and only recommended what they would feel comfortable doing on their own home, which gave us a lot of confidence in their integrity. Bobby Strong was especially helpful throughout the entire process. He personally came out to our home multiple times to make sure everything was exactly right and that we were completely satisfied. That level of care and attention is rare. The final product looks great, and the service we received was excellent from start to finish. If you're looking for a trustworthy roofing company that truly stands behind their work, Firebrand Roofing is the way to go! read more

I recently had the pleasure of observing the roofing work done by Firebrand on my neighbor's home, and I can't say enough good things about my experience with them! From the very start communication with William was exceptional. he reached out to me both before and during the project, ensuring that I was informed and comfortable with everything happening. One of the highlights was their thoughtful approach--along with answering all my questions, William surprised me with cute swag gifts! It's these little gestures that really show how much they value their customers. Additionally, William offered to clear my roof of debris from overhanging trees, which was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, they worked quietly and took extra precautions to protect the area between our homes, making sure that everything remained tidy and safe. Based on these wonderful interactions, I would definitely choose Firebrand for any future roofing needs. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set them apart! read more

I bought this home in 1984 and this is my third roof replacement. My neighbors recommended this company to me and they did such a wonderful job. I am so happy and out of all the roofs this is my favorite one yet. They replaced my gutters, downspouts and gutter guards as well. They educated me on the Owens Corning Duration shingles and it looks wonderful. Barrington, Boaz and the rest of the team are so professional and easy to work with. read more

I cannot rave enough about my experience with Firebrand Roofing. They came highly recommended by my in-laws, who had the roof replaced on their large, high-end home. They couldn't stop talking about how Boaz (the owner) really knew his stuff, handled everything with the insurance company--even when the insurance didn't want to cover it--and made the whole process completely hassle-free. They loved that they could trust him to handle a complex, upscale job without having to micromanage every detail. My own experience was smaller but just as telling. I had a leak and thought about replacing the entire roof while Boaz was already up there. But instead of pushing for a bigger job, he told me not to waste the money because it genuinely wasn't needed right now. That level of honesty really stood out, and I can't say enough about how comfortable it felt to trust his recommendation without worrying I was being sold something unnecessary. Over the past four years, Boaz has never nickel-and-dimed us. He's checked in to make sure the leak stayed fixed, and even took care of a minor, unrelated issue just because he happened to be in the area. That's the definition of someone who truly values long-term trust over a quick profit. If you're looking for a roofer or even just wondering whether you actually need one, do yourself a favor and call Firebrand Roofing. (No I was not paid for this review--I just really loved my experience with them) read more

I had a great experience with Firebrand. After a hail storm caused roof damage to a lot of our neighborhood, we had Firebrand come out for an inspection at the recommendation of several neighbors. Boaz was thorough in highlighting the damage caused by the storm and great to work with throughout the process. Firebrand worked with our insurance on our behalf to ensure they had the proper documentation to approve our claim, making for a relatively painless process on my part throughout. Insurance approved replacements of our roof, gutters and window casings, all of which were supported by Firebrand. Boaz was transparent about our replacement options and where it may or may not make sense to upgrade. The team was extremely fast in the replacement, completing our entire roof in a few hours and then our gutters and window casings over the following days. They were great to work with throughout the process and will be a go-to for any future roofing or related needs! read more

Back in July/August we had a hail storm in Dunwoody and at the recommendation of a neighbor my wife and I called Firebrand Roofing. I was skeptical, as I am with any contractor but I can say with confidence that Boaz and team are an honest crew doing their best to run a business and help people out. Something that stood out to me: We needed a new roof, but Boaz told neighbors with confidence they did not. They didn't seem out to make a quick buck. Honored their referral check to our neighbors. They made follow ups for further inspection, and did more than one walkthrough of our yard searching for nails all at our request (we have a little one). To boot the new roof looks great. They also bought my son a balance bike for his birthday, thanks guys! read more

Five months ago, I met with the owener, Boaz, to talk about getting a new roof. Right off the bat, he was super helpful and he took the time to educate me on what would be best for my home, even if I didn't end up going with him. No sales pressure, just straight-up honesty. I had to put my roofing plans on hold for a few months, but Boaz kept in touch, checking in every now and then to see if I needed anything. Once I was ready, he made the whole process easy. He walked me through everything, answered all my (many) questions (quickly too), and kept me in the loop the entire time. When it came to installation day, I was seriously impressed. They knocked out the whole roof in one day, and the crew was nothing but professional. You could tell they actually cared about their work. They stayed late double-checking everything, put my patio furniture back exactly how it was, and even checked my driveway multiple times to make sure there weren't any stray nails. I feel 100% confident in their work, and even more confident in Boaz that if there are issues, I know he'll take care of it. Super happy with my new roof--would recommend these guys to anyone in a heartbeat! read more

StateFarm denied me two years ago, and Boaz was working with the neighbor next door. He suggested I filed a claim, he met with the StateFarm adjusters (2 on same day) and they approved the entire roof, gutter guards, copper roof and more!! I was blown aware! The roof is gorgeous, the team was so clean, and I could not be happier with Firebrand. Easiest process of my life! read more
