I would not recommend this company. Be extremely wary, especially regarding their "continued service" agreements. My property manager originally hired them to clean the gutters on my rental property and apparently signed up for an ongoing plan to receive a discount. That manager left in July 2025, and I sold the property in November 2025. In January 2026--after I no longer owned the home--the company performed an unscheduled cleaning and sent me the bill. When I explained that I no longer owned the property, the company refused to drop the charges, insisting I never canceled the agreement. However, I never signed a contract. When I requested a copy of the "service agreement," they produced a document where my name was simply typed in--no signature, no timestamp, and likely filled out by the former manager. Despite my never confirming a 2025 appointment, they proceeded to service a property I didn't own, essentially trespassing. They claimed to have contacted me, but I have no record of any calls, voicemails, or texts. Furthermore, their actual work was subpar; they consistently missed the gutters on the back deck. To make matters worse, while one worker was suggesting expensive roof repairs, another worker privately told my tenant he could do the same job for half the price on the side. This "side-hustle" approach made my tenants very uncomfortable. This company is overpriced and employs shady business practices. Save yourself the headache and stay away. read more

Had this company come out to clean gutters they partially clean them leaving one side filled with water and debris. Call them back and they sent someone out but left the side over the garage filled with water and debris indicating that my gutters were not properly mounted. Quarterly gutter cleaning. I happened to be home and heard the blower going on top of my roof. (I don't usually notice the email telling me they are coming, and even then it's not predictable but I've never had a problem with them showing up). As the workman was leaving, he had his ladder next to a lamp that all the bulbs had burned out in, above the garage door. I asked if he could retrieve one of the bulbs so I could know what size to replace, and he did. He was very sweet. This is the second time I used this company and they are pretty amazing. They took around 45 minutes and blew out all of my accumulated leaves and then totally cleaned up the mess on the ground. BUT it did remind me of how awful they were because the owner himself called me and was so rude that he abruptly hung up on me. I have since called this company to be removed from any and all solicitation. Just to be clear - I REFUSED for them to come out last year and remedy their work because they were so HOSTILE. Why would I want them to come back this year?!? Not charging me was IMO their way of not admitting and dealing with their poor customer service. It's much easier to do that than to apologize. Just like clockwork, A Better Gutter Cleaning called to verify December appointment just a few days after all the leaves on my nearby trees had fallen. They spotted a gutter that was starting to break away from the house (loose) and solved a potential problem BEFORE it became a more serious issue. They were able to schedule our service for less than a month from when we called which was significantly better than the other company. Even more impressive was the job they did. We have gutter screens which protect gutters but collect all sorts of debris. These guys showed up as expected, cleared the whole roof of fallen branches, leaves, pine needles, and, as requested, cleaned our skylights, all done beautifully. No debris seen on the ground or even on the deck. Skylights look great! Semi-annual contract gets me $10 off each time they come out. Emailed invoice to me with photos. Don't need my drone. Had a very unpleasant experience with this company. After they cleaned the gutters which was done by "kids with blowers", several downspouts became unattached to French Drains. When reported they said this was due to ground settling and not their work and there would be a charge of $150 to re-attach, which I approved. Weeks later, I received an e-mail stating that they would arrive the next day to clean gutters @ $350. When I called to advise that Gutter Cleaning had not been ordered, I was informed by an extremely argumentative telephone receptionist [ who claimed to be the manager] that they only preform other services while cleaning gutters. As I read other comments I realize that my experience is not unusual for this company. Please beware! Should be zero stars. read more
