My property manager originally hired them to clean the gutters on my rental property and apparently signed up for an ongoing plan to receive a discount. That manager left in July 2025, and I sold the property in November 2025. In January 2026--after I no longer owned the home--the company performed an unscheduled cleaning and sent me the bill. When I explained that I no longer owned the property, the company refused to drop the charges, insisting I never canceled the agreement. However, I never signed a contract. When I requested a copy of the "service agreement," they produced a document where my name was simply typed in--no signature, no timestamp, and likely filled out by the former manager. Despite my never confirming a 2025 appointment, they proceeded to service a property I didn't own, essentially trespassing. They claimed to have contacted me, but I have no record of any calls, voicemails, or texts. Furthermore, their actual work was subpar; they consistently missed the gutters on the back deck. To make matters worse, while one worker was suggesting expensive roof repairs, another worker privately told my tenant he could do the same job for half the price on the side. This "side-hustle" approach made my tenants very uncomfortable. This company is overpriced and employs shady business practices. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

I contracted Mr. B's gutters for two services, a $600 reinforcement/cleaning/reseal and a $350…read morerepair of a sagging section, in late August. The reinforcement, cleaning, and seal went well enough; I had to call Brandon back out because one of the sections was still holding water and, despite the rather-dramatic slope he put on the gutter, it did resolve the problem. However, the $350 to repair the sagging section is not to my satisfaction. As you can see in the photos attached to this review, the two guarantees I was made--that the section would be brought to level with the rest of the gutters and that the soffit/underlayment would be made "tight" and replaced--did not happen. Brandon admitted that it wasn't going to be possible to level that section of gutter thanks to some roof slope issues, but he did assure me that he had fixed the soffit enough to prevent it from falling out of the channel, an annoyance that required me to climb up there and push it back in with far more frequency than I would prefer. When I finally got up there, however, I found that no actual repair had been done, they had simply screwed the falling piece of soffit to one of the roof rafters and covered the gap with a section of j-channel so it would give the *appearance* of being repaired. I brought this up and Brandon agreed to partially refund me. Here's where things get fun. After I tried to call him several times without answer regarding the status of said refund, even using my wife's phone number to do so, I resorted to a chargeback with Discover, which he is now proactively fighting me on. I'm waiting on the next round of debate paperwork. I may have to eat that charge. TL;DR: Good for basic repairs, but communication breaks down quickly. "Satisfaction guaranteed" looks great on the contract, but doesn't hold up in real life. Would not engage with him for non-standard services. Caveat emptor.
