I put out multiple estimate request through Yelp. I received 4 estimates. Jeremy responded promptly with the best estimate out of the bunch. He proposed 1) blowing leaves off the roof, 2) cleaning the gutters, 3) flushing downspouts with water and 4) clean up after job. This was exactly what I was looking for.
