First, he showed up on time and on the day he promised! Second, he protected the koi pond and third, he scrubbed the gutters - and not just the ones on the first floor of the house. I was moving out of a high rise with max 2 bedroom apartments, so I can say they likely didn't have much more stuff than I did. Suit bags with my husband's wedding suit and dry cleaned items were strewn on the floor with a box and large suitcase on top. The cherry on top: they took a huge chunk out of my pristine new lawn.
