I spoke with several neighbors who had recently replaced their windows and Josh's quote was far less than the competitors. I was amazed at how quickly and effortlessly the installers were able to replace all 14 of my windows (less than 5 hours). I was worried about having to clean up a big mess, but they cleaned up everything! It was like they were never here ... except that I almost immediately felt the difference in the room temperature. My rooms seem to be maintaining a cool temperature without my A/C constantly running. I am confident that my power bill will be much lower going forward. Thank you, Dr. Roof!

Peter took the time to visit us and in the process cleaned off a copious quantity of leaves and acorns from the roof. He then gave us a realistic look at the condition of our roof and skylights. Peter provided a common-sensical solution for us to address the immediate issues without expensive measures. We happened to call Palace Roofing at a time when there was some flexibility in his schedule, so he was able to have someone come out and do the job for us THE SAME DAY. Amazing. But I know as he gets busy, this may not always be the case for us. Homero came out about an hour or two later and completed the job. I must say that he went Above and Beyond in delivery of service. Not only did he clean the roof, but I walked outside to find my porch and driveway had been cleaned of leaves, as well. I'm absolutely floored by their kindness and service ethic. I'm very glad we called Palace, and I won't be hesitating to reach out to Peter for his company's services should the need arise.

The crew and the supervisors were very knowledgable and most pleasant to work with. (Low stress.) The job took slighly longer than projected and the crew corked in the cooking heat of our dark roof in August without complaining. The job was completed last evening and looks very good. The site was cleaned at least as well as by previous roofers at our house. This is our fourth re-roofing in forty years of living here - so I would add that ths s not our first time around the block. I initially gave a four star rating because of a very small concern about our drip edge. In addition: My mother lives a few blocks away and was frantic to get her roof repaired as roof was leaking through the ceiling. Castle Roofing was recommended to her by a friend and she likes the job they did. She recommended them to me. So, let's change from Four Sars to FIVE STARS.

It is now Thursday and I have all but given up. I'm ok with companies telling me if the project is not for them; I'm just really disappointed that they never paid me the courtesy of giving me an update either way because I have now wasted 45 days waiting for a quote when I could have been getting on with fixing my house. This is not how you run good customer service and not how you run a good business.
