I don't usually take the time to write 2 reviews for the same business; however, for this exceptional, family-owned business, I'll make an exception. We had Top Tier install new gutters for us this past Feb '24 and I submitted a 5* review on them at that time. Recently (Jan '25), we had them back out to install leaf-free gutter guard/covers. Again, we were most impressed with their service & product. They went above & beyond. After the gutter covers were installed, I noticed a very small ding/dent on 1 of our gutters. I just assumed it was from a ladder being propped up during the installation of the leaf-free covers. I called Tara to see if someone could come out & simply bend the small ding out a little. Within a day or 2, Lucky came out, saw the small ding & assured me that not only would it be taken care of, but that he would have the entire gutter REPLACED, not repaired or bent back out. REPLACED? I assured him that wasn't necessary, but he insisted. Within just a few days, they were back out & literally did just that... REPLACED the entire long gutter! I was shocked! Not only did they do this, but I had asked them if there were any way they could install some galvanized steel wire we already had, in attempt to block entry points along our roof line where squirrels were getting into our attic. And guess what?? THEY DID JUST THAT for us!! Wow, we were impressed. In addition to all of this, they also provided us 88 pictures of the gutter installation, as well as the leaf free cover installation, so we could actually see what we were getting. Wow. I requested a project to have gutter guards installed early in the week. Tara reached out within moments, gave me some preliminary information, and got me on the books immediately. The very next day, Lucky came out to get measurements for the quote. He was fast and professional, and he was very personable as well! Within just a few hours, I had my quote, decided to move forward with the project, and I was on the books for installation two days later. When the day arrived, the crew was here with all of their equipment. They cleaned the gutters, took pictures, installed the guards, took more pictures, cleaned up, and they were done in no time! I spoke with some of the crew who were also very friendly, and it was clear that they loved what they were doing and worked well together. Top Tier Gutter Solutions was great to work with every step of the way, from the consultation to the phone calls. Tara was constantly readily available over email to answer any of my questions with really thorough answers. What was great about the consultation is that they told me I didnt have to be home for it. And then they emailed me all these pictures after the consultation.  After the gutter installation was done they gave me another report with before-and-after pictures. They were pretty fair in their pricing in that if they over quoted the amount of material needed they would reduce the quote if they ended up using less than projected. During installation they accidentally broke some $26 dinky solar powered light from Amazon, and called me immediately to tell me they would replace it.
