This company glued my shingles which is a bogus way to repair a leak, according to my new roofers, and caused water to get trapped underneath and water is dripping in my bedroom (again) and I have sheet rock damage on the ceiling. It was leaking before and I paid $300 to LB for first attempt at repairs and then again another $300 when torrential rains caused leaking again. His employee had the audacity to tell Lee that the roof was not leaking when I was getting dripped on while sleeping. Employee barely spoke to me, came climbed on roof and left. Now I'm paying another $600 to get the roof repaired properly including sheet rock repair and insulation replacement. I will never use LB again and love my new roof co. I was advised to report to better business bureau and I'm considering doing so. read more

Lee came out to check on my leaky roof the day after Christmas. I found him to be very polite, honest, straightforward, and affordable. He went up on a ladder and took pics of my roof and its issues using his smart phone. He then came down and showed me exactly what he was looking at. Although he mentioned that I would need to replace my roof in the future (my townhouse is nearly 20 years old), it wasn't time yet. He caulked up nail holes and asked me to continue monitoring my ceilings in case he missed anything or if any new leaks occur. After several wind-driven rainy days, my ceiling has remained dry since his visit. I will be sure to rely on him the next time my roof needs servicing. LB came out with a lot of excitement but their work and communication is severely lacking. Less than a year after doing a roof repair (supposedly warrantied) and multiple attempts to reach them (ignored) we finally hired a different company to re-do the work that LB was supposed to. In the work itself they agreed to fix a drywall area but never did, nor did they clean up the mess after. If you're looking for someone to enthusiastically sell you-- this is the company. If you're looking for complete, reliable work with people that uphold their warranties you're better off elsewhere. read more

The team that worked on the roof was also very pleasant to deal with. The pricing was the best we could find which included a skylight, replacement of flashing around the chimney, and painting of our dormers. Because we were replacing the gutters as well, this job took a day and a half for the roof and the other half of the day for the gutters. I had the company come out and do an estimate, and they acted quite enthusiastic about the job. I followed up multiple times (emails and phone calls) for an estimate, and after receiving a number of excuses, I was eventually ignored altogether. Got my roof completed the middle of October and it looks perfect. They did the whole job in 1 1/2 days. This included adding 2 skylights, 2 fans and 2 vents. I had 3 other bids before and LB Roofing had the best price and reviews. I have dealt with other contractors on other projects that changed the price, left with the work only 95% completed, or took a very long time because they paid more attention to higher priced jobs. Tom (project manager) came when he said, finished on time and did the project for the original price. They also did a small project in the house at a reasonable price. LB Roofing came out within one day when I contacted them regarding getting my roof replaced. They explained the entire process and gave me many options to choose from. Throughout the process, the communication was great and both the owner and project manager were onsite throughout the project to make sure that there were no issues. They were able to finish the roof within 1 1/2 days, and they spent a good amount of time making sure that everything was clean, my landscaping was protected, and that all debris was picked up.
