Adam and Michelle were absolutely OUTSTANDING to work with! They're attentive, fast responding, and their customer service is on point. The workmanship is incredible - and fast! When minor human errors occurred, Michelle and Adam were QUICK to resolve them! We are elated that this is the company we went with! We used this company for new gutters and they are beautiful (copper metallic - our go to gutter color for every house we've owned) read more

We were selling my son's house, and Accent was right on top of it! They came out after my daughter had recommended them and gave us a fair estimate and explained all the aspects of what was going to happen. They were very effective in communications, and on the day of the roof, install the project manager, sent us pictures throughout the day from his drone, showing the tear off, lining, and finish product. I can't say enough good things about them. They did terrific job have a great warranty and truly satisfy me as a customer. read more

I recently had an outstanding experience with Accent Roofing Service and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Adam was my primary point of contact and he set a fantastic tone for the entire project. He was professional, transparent, and took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring I felt completely comfortable with the process before the work started. Once the installation began, Osman took over as the Project Manager on-site and did an incredible job. He kept me informed every step of the way by sending regular status updates and photos of the progress. Seeing the work unfold in real time gave me total peace of mind regarding the quality of the install. Both Adam and Osman are true professionals who clearly care about their customers and the quality of their work. If you need roofing services, Accent is the way to go. read more

Noah came to my place to fix a part of my roof that was leaking. He did it in a professional and timely manner, pretty satisfied with his good attitude and willingness to impart knowledge- he definitely knows his stuff. Work was performed quickly and I have lots and lots of photos to show the damage that needed repair, the 'innards' of what was under my roof, progression of the work being done and in the end, pics of the finished work. Time will tell if the work holds up but I was assured of the great warranty from ARS. Noah was great! An asset to the company for sure. read more

True professionalism and courteous service from Tony and Noah. I initially scheduled multiple estimates but cancelled two other roofers' estimates after working with Tony. Noah showed up when he said he would, got to worked and had our repair finished before the rains started again. The repair was far better (and more trusting) than the original work. I highly recommend using Accent. read more

History About 4 years ago I had my roof replaced and the trifling roofers opted to NOT replace my pipe boots (21 year old pipe boots, mind you). One of them wound up leaking and I hired Atlanta Roofing Specialist (ARS) to replace all three of them. For some reason, the same one that leaked initially started to leak again within a few months. They came back out and then that same book started leaking again around the end of last year. ARS came back out and we couldn't find the source of the leak. The attic was bone dry, yet the ceiling had a brown spot that was steadily growing. I was getting a bit frustrated, so I decided to just hire another company to try to resolve the issue. I was impressed with Accent Roofing Service's nearly 100% positive rating from hundreds of what appeared to be actual, genuine customers, written over a steady and lengthy period of time. Instead of hundreds of fake reviews all written within the last 6 months like a lot of roofing companies. Lol. Customer Service They have a couple of different phone numbers but they seem to be super responsive, with regards to answering the phone. They were able to get me scheduled for a leak inspection within 72 hours of my call so that was greatly appreciated. Adam Cherry was he rep that came out. He was very courteous and super knowledgeable. He used a drone to photograph the roof and spent a considerable amount of time inside the attic too. Very cool drone photo attached. He also showed me some fairly alarming photos of my roof ridge vent. I received my repair estimate that same evening. Pricing I'm not sure how their prices compare to other competitors because they were the only people I got an estimate from. My original roofing company very graciously wound up taking care of the repair. Overall Overall I had a great experience with this company. If ARS hadn't fixed my leaky boot, I feel pretty confident that I would have hired them based solely on my interactions with Mr. Cherry. read more

My family and I recently had our roof replaced by Accent Roofing Service. We initially contacted them for a quote and Matthew returned our call. Within a couple days he was out at our house to do an inspection. He brought samples and materials for us to read through about the company, replacing the roof, and other customers' experiences. We considered just having a repair done, but Matthew promised us a good price on the full roof replacement. We did a little more shopping around and found that no other company could match their price or reputation. We had some delays in calling them back, but a few months later Matthew was still able to honor the price he quoted us. On the day of the install, Antonio and his crew were assigned to our replacement. They showed up on time and were very professional. They completed the installation in that one day and cleaned up everything back to the original condition. Antonio ended the job with a walkthrough and final instructions to confirm we understood the warranty and answer any final questions. Would definitely recommend Accent Roofing Service, Matthew, and Antonio and his crew. read more

Would highly recommend Accent! Our house had a leak in our upstairs bathroom and it was causing damage to the ceiling. I had a previous roofing company ghost me on coming out to repair it and the leak was getting worse with all the storms. I reached out to Accent to come give an estimate and they were able to get me an appointment quite quickly. Adam came out and took his time to assess the situation. He explained everything going on very thoroughly and showed us the pictures of the areas that needed repair. He was clear on the pros and cons of replacing the roof versus repair and was transparent in explaining the costs. We felt very assured and decided to get the work done. Scheduling was easy too. Ben was the repairman who came out and he went above and beyond. He was very friendly and detailed in making sure our roof was properly repaired. It was incredibly hot the day he was working but he didn't stop and never showed he was bothered by the weather. Always a smile on his face. He showed us pictures of everything he fixed and took the time to explain everything. We were so grateful for his hard work and positive attitude. The whole experience was extremely positive and we're so relieved to no longer have a leak! Any further roofing needs, we will definitely be going through Accent again! read more

I researched and called. The favorable side is they have 5000 - 5 star reviews and they have done over 50,000 roofs - but just a few reviews state - no follow up or call backs. I felt like Accent really didn't need my business. I had many questions ax this was new to me. And I was given a packet to read. Initially my calls were answered. But after rep left , I had questions reading the info - I had many questions . I felt I better to text or write. And I did before the weekend. A new roof was a stressful process for me as a female. On the Monday I received a returned call, not apologizing for no response to text or mymud mid week calls or why until I continually pressed for an answer. In essence it came across like or I perceived it was insinuated until you sign, I am not really obligated. I want to do business with people who want my business. I felt like I am one more drop in the 5 star / 50',000 roofs bucket. I think they would use quality products and workmanship but if the company is not responding to me in the initial process, I wouldn't feel good about the whole process going forward . So I went back to my research methods of going to the BBB website and Yelp and Google and looked for other companies offering the same quality products and really quick return calls. I had to call at least four companies before I got to one that I think will may work out with reviews, correspondence and quality products and work. read more

I called but was cut off. I requested an email but never got one. They lost my request for a quote.

From our first contact with Adam through the quote and reroof of our house, everything was as advertised. These folks get it! Detailed to the nth degree. From contacts with the office, to the drone operator that surveyed our property, everyone was professional. Day of reroof was very well orchestrated! The crew showed up in the early morning. Gabe, our job day supervisor, was tremendous. He answered every question. And went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. Done, and cleaned up, in a day. And it was a long day. But, the crew stayed at it until it was finished to our approval. We couldn't have asked for more. Accent Roofing Services did a great job! Highly recommend their services. We'll see them again in 50 years!!! read more

The inspection was very thorough and confirmed what work I thought we needed. They built a cricket to divert water around our chimney, replaced all our vent boots, and sealed everything up nicely. Exceptional experience in an industry with many questionable businesses. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Accent Roofing. From start to finish I was kept informed of every detail. When I first called, Amanda was cheerful and eager to help me. She took my information and promised the owner would call me that day. He called within an hour. Mr Tom Scribbins answered all of my questions and promised a fair proposal that he and his company would stand behind. I received a detailed proposal and follow up call from Mr. Scribbins the next day. It was very fair quote. He walked me through what to expect on roofing day. Communication is superior! I received detailed emails concerning roofing day. When day arrived, I received a call from Mr Scribbins and from the crew manager, Marcus in the morning. The excellent crew completed our roof in one day. They also completely cleaned up. The next day I received a follow-up call to make sure we were happy with our new roof and to answer any questions. It was truly a pleasure to do business with Accent Roofing. read more

Accent Roofing Service - Our gorgeous new roof. I wanted to mimic the look of slate and Mr Scribbins recommended this shingle to us. Out is everything we hoped_ - Roofing Near Me - Lawrenceville, Georgia

I wanted so much to like this roofing company. They have a really good website. The owner, Tom Scribbins, came to my home and talked to me for a while with a low pressure, let's develop a trusting relationship and do business over the years kind of talk. Sounded good to me. Unfortunately, he did not follow through with a promised roof inspection (supposed to be the next day). After several days I contacted his company who didn't know what was going on but would contact Tom. Got a message that Tom was attending to family matters out of state, but would have a proposal for me on Friday. Told him I understood and not a rush, but to please keep me informed of what's happening re my roof. Friday comes and goes, but again no word from Tom. Am I supposed to contact his company again to check up on him and see if he is doing anything about my roof? If I have to chase after a company for their business, I guess my business is not very important to them. And that's a signal to keep looking. Tom told me he has been in the business for 47 years, but maybe it is time for him to retire? Getting back to customers who are needing to get their roof fixed seems like it would be good for his business. If he can't handle it due to personal reasons, I can understand that. Life happens to all of us. But, can't he hand it off to another of his staff? Or at least let me know he is delayed? Maybe they do good work if you can get them to follow through. I will probably never know. read more

Brandon is great, arrived on time to do a quote. Followed up with us for each step. Roofing crew was timely and completed work in one day.

Accent Roofing is very professional. From the moment I made a phone call for an appointment they are very informative and send a text and email to make sure I am not forgetting the appointment. I requested a quote for a water diverter at the chimney (aka "cricket") because rainwater had been pooling and seeping into the attic. The estimate was specific, detailed and competitive. The roofer took his time, did neat work and cleaned up after. There have been two soaking rains since completion. The attic interior remains dry. read more

I am very pleased with the new roof that Accent installed on my house. They were very professional from the beginning. They walked me through the process to work with the insurance company, and made the claim completely simple. I only paid for my deductible, and they volunteered to give me a discount to put their sign in my yard. New roof is great, and will be a giant selling point when we sell our house. I could not be any happier with them! read more

Love these guys...had to come out of pocket on my new roof and these guys charged half of what the others guys want.

This company does a great job to start the person they sent out to give a quote actually got on the roof which was actually surprising because the other three companies that came out didn't even bother get on the roof they just look at it and gave me a quote without ever stepping foot on it. To be honest their quote was so low I was a little concerned until I spoke with the estimator and he showed me how much knowledge he had regarding roofing and I felt much more at ease. Once all of the contracts were signed a contract with them the next day and they had somebody out there that same week to have the roof completely replaced. If you can request a crew please be sure to ask Sandy at accent roofing if you could have Jose and his crew they did an awesome job spent 12 hours on my roof making sure every single part was taken care of and explaining to me any issues they were having when they finished up for the evening they cleaned my yard and my driveway and blew off everything to make sure that it was all clean and organized. I was even able to drive my riding mower through my yard the next day without any nails or anything puncturing the tires. Thank you again accent roofing you guys did a great job. read more

Accent Roofing replaced the roof in my house. I have been very pleased with their service. They were professional at every step. Their proposal/quote was detailed, so I could understand easily how much I would pay for what. They finished the job in one day, protected plants/shrubs and other areas as needed, and did a thorough cleanup before they left. There was an additional step that had to be done later to help with critter control, they took care of that as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with their professionalism, timeliness, and quality of the work, and would highly recommend them. Special thanks to Moses & crew and Phillip! read more

I had a shingle come away from a dormer area on my roof. I called 1/9 and was able to make an appointment with ease. A person answered the phone instead of an automated system. The lady was very nice and friendly. They arranged for Jason to come out on 1/10. He called me the evening of the 9th to confirm a good time. He was here early before the scheduled time. He inspected my roof and explained everything well so that i could understand what was going on. He took care of my issues easily. This company is definitely professional. I will recommend them and certainly use them for all my roofing needs. Thanks again Jason for a great experience. read more

FINALLY A BUSINESS THAT UNDERSTANDS WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS!!! Phillip came out and gave a professional estimate by actually going up on the roof. He noticed our shingles were a brand that had a recall. He assisted us with completing the paperwork and was able to save us over $7000 on our roof due to manufactures rebates on the shingles. The work was completed in one day and looks great. A-1 Service all the way around. read more

After 18 years and some storm damage, we knew we needed to replace our roof. Our neighbors recommended Accent so we contacted them. Phillip came out a few days later to assess the damage and discussed the process and options with me. He was very nice and followed up while we got our insurance to give us an estimate. We got quotes from 2 other recommended roofers in the area and Accent beat them on price plus I liked how responsive Phillip was, how easy the scheduling process was, and how fast they could get us on the schedule to replace the roof so we went with Accent. They promised a 1 day job and showed up at 6:30am to start laying out tarps to protect our shrubs and catch debris, moving patio furniture to protect it, etc. Even though there was a 2 hour rain delay and it was a Friday afternoon, the supervisor (Bobby) and whole crew stayed to finish everything up, even though that meant they stayed until 8:30pm! A 14 hour day for them and the crew was still smiling by the end. They did a great job cleaning up everything, even taking the shop vac up to our attic to clean up any debris from installing the ridge vents. I appreciated that the crew focused on safety too with their harnesses. They also fixed our gutters in a few spots for no extra charge. Phillip emailed the next day to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions. I was concerned about the slight smell of asphalt (apparently that can be normal in GA during July!) but just in case he had the quality control guy call me the next day. They even paid for the few flowers the crew accidentally squished with the equipment (we have a small yard and there was a lot of equipment to fit in!). Overall this was a very good and painless experience and I feel confident we made the right choice! read more

Fantastic family owned and established company. This was a complete roof removal and install. From the very first moment I contacted Accent Roofing the experience was top notch. We scheduled a month in advance due to Accent being very busy but when the day came for the new roof everything went perfect. I was told they would be there at 7am and they were ready to go right at 7am. They not only did a great job on the roof but everyone I talked with within the company was a joy to speak to. We got a new beautiful roof and a company we know we can tell our friends about. 5 stars is not enough for the level of service you get from Accent. My roof was damaged and I needed a new one. It seemed like everyday Accent was to come out & evaluate, it was raining or had just rained. They were awesome, keeping me up to date on what was happening and when the weather "might" allow for roof work. Finally, the weather was right. I can't say enough about their professionalism from first arriving to cleaning up after my new roof was put on. It was a BIG plus their cost was $2,000 less than other roofers quoted. I would not hesitate to refer a friend to Accent. Cost efficient, professional and prompt communication. What more could you ask of any company you employ to do a job? read more

What an amazing experience from beginning to end. Phillip and Accent Roofing were absolutely, bar none, the ultimate in professionalism. Phillip came out and inspected the roof, noted the wind damaged shingles, and went to bat for me with my insurance company. The insurance company came out and met with Phillip, inspected the roof, and determined it should be replaced and covered by the insurance. Phillip walked me through the process. He was easy to understand and straight forward. He is sincere and you can tell he knows the industry inside and out. Never once did I feel like he was trying to take advantage. The roofing materials were delivered on Thursday. The roofing crew arrived as scheduled on Friday morning at 7:30am. All I can say is, that crew is a fine tuned machine!! Every crew member knew their specific tasks down to a tee. They had all the shrubs covered and protected within minutes. The old roofing was removed, old vents were removed, rotted roof board was replaced, and a high efficiency ridge vent was installed. The roof paper went down, then the shingles. By 6:30 they were completely finished. The entire yard was like they had never been there, Except I now have a beautiful new roof with GAF High Definition Architectural shingles!!! I have a steep and large roof with lots of angles. I think, if I remember correctly it was about 35-40 squares. Most Professional Experience I have ever had with a contractor. read more

We were very pleased with Accent Roofing. They worked with our homeowners insurance and got our new roof completely paid for due to some storm damage a few months back. Overall they were easy to work with and always showed up to appointments on time. The only complaint we had was that once the insurance company approved our claim, an Accent Roofing rep came out to our house to go over the next steps of the process with us, and wanted a large deposit up front before the work was completed. That made us nervous, so when a different representative called to actually schedule to the work, we told him we didn't want to pay anything until the job was done, which he agreed to without hesitation--he said he wasn't sure why the other rep had told us that. So in the end everything worked out! read more

We live out of state and were informed by our property manager that following a series of storms, many of the roofs in the neighborhood, including ours had been impacted. Per yelp review ratings, we decided to call Accent Roofing and so glad we did! We cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, they kept us informed at every point. Everyone we dealt with from reception to project manager were courteous, responsive, professional and pleasant to work with. Bobby responded to every query, every email, every call and every text immediately! Additionally, Bobby was extremely accommodating to our schedule. With our property under contract, they met deadlines and completed the work before inspection, especially considering that they were scheduling at six weeks out, yet they were able to work on our property within a week of us signing the contract! Creighton called the day before the work was to begin to go through what was to be expected...again, very professional and very pleasant to speak with. Being out of town, we unfortunately did not get to see the end product, but are assured that it was quality work. The roof replacement was completed the same day. The work was done under our insurance and Bobby took care of all the paperwork. On the day of the work there was some payment fiasco which was not the fault of Accent Roofing and for that we take full responsibility. Bobby, however handled the problem very professionally and gracefully. As stated, they are a top notch, trustworthy, professional company to work with and we highly recommend them. Thank you, Bobby and the entire team! read more

This was not my first experience with Accent Roofing. So impressed was I with the first go-around that, when the time came for a different roofing job, I gave Accent a call and was relieved to find them still doing business. Like my first experience with them, I phoned around and got different estimates. A lot of companies just seemed gimmicky, like fly-by-night operations, whereas Tom Scribbins and his team did not. Also, I needed a company that I felt would be knowledgeable about class actions. Because I already had a history with Accent Roofing, they just seemed to be the right fit. And they were. Everything from the first appointment to the job completion seemed to have gone down without a hitch. I especially liked that the job was completed in one day, and without much hassle. I have referred Accent Roofing in the past, and I'll continue to pass their name on to anyone else. read more

It's always difficult to determine who you are going to use to replace your roof. So many things can go wrong. We recently had our roof re-done and the entire process was great. They had a site manager, Creighton, on property the entire time. The crew were extremely professional, showed up on time, completed the work promptly and with excellence. They didn't rush the clean-up and left our property in the same condition that they found it. We would highly recommend this company. read more

This is a lengthy review but you may find it helpful if you're in need of a new roof. If you live in Atlanta you know we've had our share of storm & wind damage this year. We were hit with storm damage, had a roof leak, high heating bills and needed a new roof on our 12 year old home. In comes "The Leaksmith" Accent Roofing Service in Lawrenceville. I contacted them at the recommendation of a neighbor and arranged a COMPLIMENTARY roof inspection. Needless to say the old roof came off and a new one was installed a few weeks later. Here's a recap of our experience.... 1) We received an extremely thorough inspection and consultation. 2) They WERE NOT PUSHY like several "companies" are known to be. 3) They were PATIENT with my indecisiveness in selecting the shingle color 4). Day of the job...they showed up 18 minutes EARLY and finished ON TIME. 5) At the end of the job, they used a magnetic machine to scan for nails and cleaned up our property AND the gutters. 6) Had a crew of 6 contractors plus a crew leader working on our roof...all were professional, courteous and finished our roof as promised by our Project Manager Troy. 7) Our heating bill has dropped drastically due to the cool addition to the roof that prevents air to escape from the roof. I don't want to put any of their "competitors" on blast but two just weeks ago my neighbor had their roof replaced and they only had 2 people, working 3 1/2 days, to complete their roof...which is slightly smaller than ours. Accent Roofing provided a crew of 6 to finish ours...in a single day. If you're in need of a new roof...@AccentRoofingGA WILL NOT disappoint you (Ask for Troy). read more
