I highly, highly, highly recommend Russ and his company, Perfection Roofing & Siding. Russ is very passionate about his work, knows what he is talking about, and gave me a very fair price to do the job. I talked to several companies about this job (initially, we weren't sure if we were going to go back with real cedar that was originally on our house or the Nichiha cedar shake) that Russ recommended. I had many questions, and he answered all of them! His crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. My wife and I were initially nervous about how the shake siding would look compared to the real cedar we had before. But as you can see in the pictures, it turned out wonderfully, even better than we expected. Russ immediately followed up to ensure I was satisfied after the job was done. This is our second time using Russ. He also replaced the siding on two of our chimneys a few years ago and did a great job with that as well. Don't hesitate to contact Perfection Roofing & Siding for all your siding and roofing needs. We will definitely use them again! read more

We purchased an older home about a year ago, the house had original siding (LP) and many of the areas were rotting. We decided to replace all the siding on the home. This was a very big and expensive project, so we got about 5-7 estimates from siding companies all around metro Atlanta. We came across Perfection Roofing and Siding on google and they had excellent reviews. Russ (the owner) took us to the previous homes he worked on to see the type of work he and his crew do firsthand. Ultimately, we decided to go with Russ and his company because they had outstanding reviews, their work looked great, and they were competitively priced. Just as a note, Russ prefers to handle everything over the phone, we didn't email or hardly text, and the estimate is handwritten on a piece of paper. The entire job took about four days to complete which included the removal of old siding, wrapping the house, installing new Hardie plank, pressure washing the house, replacing the rotten wood, and painting the house. They did a great job cleaning up the area and used magnets to pick up any loose screws around the area, which we really appreciate due to us having young kids playing in the yard. Fabio and his crew did an amazing job. Throughout this process, we spoke with Russ, Fabio and Cortez for insight and progress updates during the project. They provided in-depth explanations and reasonings as to why their method worked and they took our concerns into consideration. As first-time homeowners, we were nervous and had many questions and Fabio took his time and answered all of them for us. I cannot say enough good things about the high quality of their work. We also had a new construction window which Fabio cut, framed, and installed. He did a great job. We had an issue with the window being defective (which we personally ordered from Home depot) but Russ and his crew ordered a better one for us and will re-install it (currently waiting on the new window and will update the review after installation). They were extremely accommodating with everything, and we very much appreciate that. We are extremely happy with the result. The house looks great! Russ and his crew did a wonderful job, they are professional, and their quality of work is unmatched. They will make sure the job is done right. We will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs siding work done. We will give an update on the final window installation, which I'm sure will be seamless due to their wonderful work thus far. In addition, will also update in a year on how the siding/painting/window is holding up. read more

Russ (the owner), Fabio (the siding installer), and Cortes (the painter) make a terrific team at Perfection Roofing and Siding. Russ was very proud to show off his previous work when we asked for a siding quote and he had every other place beat. Fabio and his crew were fast and efficient in their work and did a great job communicating every step of the way. And Cortes and his crew left us with a great finished product. I'll be using Perfection again for any future work. read more

Russ, the owner, is a great guy. He starts by taking you to see one of his customer's homes to see his work. He then estimates the cost of your project. I got 3 bids on concrete siding. Russ's bid was the lowest. He works smart in order to give you the best price he can while using quality materials. His siding and paint crews are expert and efficient. Fabio and Cortez, the foremen, are patient and accommodating, focused on making the customer happy. These guys know their stuff. I do not hesitate to recommend Perfection roofing & Siding. And when my roof needs replacement, I'll call a Russ 1st. read more

Russ gave us our initial quote, and drove me around to some of the properties that he had done siding work for in the area. I was incredibly impressed by the attention to detail, and quality of work of the houses he showed me, particularly with the lack of noticeable seams between the siding boards. I visited some other jobs of competitors we got quotes from for jobs they had done, and even the best jobs had very noticeable seams which stood out to me. We decided to go ahead with the job with Russ, and from start to finish, the job was completed to perfection quickly and with utmost quality. read more

PERFECTION! Their name tells you exactly how the work will be done! We replaced our original siding with fiber cement siding from Perfection and the work was amazing. Easy process from quote to completion and they did a fabulous job. Even months later, my neighbors still comment on how good my house looks and I've recommended Russ and his crew to everyone I know. They communicated everything in advance, showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The attention to detail was impeccable! I couldn't be happier with this company and highly recommend Perfection Roofing and Siding to anyone who needs this kind of work done! read more

Russ and his entire team did a great job repairing my chimney siding and installing a chimney cricket. Russ and crew did an amazing job at our house. They replaced all the siding, window trim, door trim, some of the soffits, and fixed a few bad spots on our roof. After all that they slapped a fresh coat of paint on it. Somehow they knocked this all out in just a few days, without sacrificing quality. It was truly amazing to watch these guys work. Wellington and the crew were real craftsmen and they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Perfection Roofing and Siding for your next project! read more

It's rare to find a contractor who stands by what he promises during the pitch. It's even more rare to find one who does the above and offers a competitive and compelling quote for major work. In the case of Russ at PRS, he's a rarity. We had our entire home resided and painted. His team is efficient, professional and surprisingly quick with completing the work. And Russ didn't nickle-and-dime us, with his crew going above what was contracted to make extra repairs and ensure our home is ready for another 25 year run. One neighbor was so impressed with PRS' work on my home, she just used him to reside her home as well. If you're an owner of one of the many early 1990s homes built in Georgia, you're probably facing the same prospect I was three months ago: The need for your home to be entirely refaced. Save yourself the aggravation of getting multiple quotes from multiple contractors (some of whom don't even show up for the appointment) and stick to PRS. You will get a fair deal with outstanding service. read more

Russ and his crew did an amazing job on my home. Vlad, who initially came out to give a quote, was very informative and took me to previous projects they worked on to show the quality of their work. Work was done promptly and correctly. Very communicative and ensured that I got the right job done this time.

Called PRS with a roofing emergency. Had lost a couple of shingles due to a bad storm. Responded immediately. Within hours I had a full assessment and solution to what could have been a lot more expensive project given the rain that was in the forecast. Big shout out to Russ and Vlad for restoring faith to the contracting business. I know who to call in the future. read more

Reliable, quick, quality work! Very thankful the crew was able to repair the siding.

It's one thing to tell a prospective client how good your work is. It's another to show them. Robbie Morton, the proprietor's son, took us to three homes. There was a marked difference between Perfection's work and other random homes in each of the neighborhoods. Our project is newly completed, and we're pleased with the outcome. If you need to replace your siding, you might consider the following: *** Perfection's rates are competitive, coming in lower than other companies. *** We were given a choice of two fiber cement siding products: Hardiplank and Nichia. We went with Nichia, based on Morton's recommendation and online reviews. (It appears more durable.) *** The workmen were talented and industrious. (If you hire Perfection, ask for John and his team to paint. Besides excellent prep work, John doesn't cut corners and has a good eye for color.) A somewhat minor point, but worth noting: rather than the usual old dumpsters one sees everywhere, Robbie went out of his way to order a "driveway friendly" dumpster on wheels, that left no mark. (The company is Axe's, and the owner is an accommodating fellow who retrieved the filled dumpster, as I asked, before Hurricane Irma blew through.) read more

Perfection Roofing gave us an incredible deal and provided us, without a doubt, top notch customer service. They were able to show us other homes they had worked on, which is unusual for contractors to do these days. Each of the houses we saw showed excellent work. They provided the same job on our home We have brand new siding, a superb paint job and even some extra work thrown in which they did without charge just because they're good folks. They started the job when they said they would. They did it in a relatively short period of time. They cleaned up after themselves. Their workers were incredibly respectful and very thankful for us giving them our business. Our home looks like a brand new house even though it's 35 years old. We are si happy and thankful for these guys. We definitely recommend these guys to anyone. In fact, I already have recommended these people to my neighbors. Thank you! read more

Perfection replaced our siding, a lot of rotten trim, and gutters. We had that wonderful Louisiana Pacific siding that had issues and finally replaced it with Nichiha siding. While it wasn't cheap, the price was fair and very competitive. Russell and his crews were excellent in terms of communication, follow up, and the actual results. Russell's sales pitch is definitely different in that he shows you actual finished projects and lets the quality of work speak for itself. It is somewhat refreshing and he didn't apply any pressure or special deals to get a same day decision. Russell even followed up when he had to out of town. Overall, we are really happy with the results. Aside from the siding and trim, the gutters turned out great. Very happy with them as well. All work was done quickly and crews were respectful and cleaned up well. I would definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again if needed. read more

Perfection Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. The old one was only 12 years old but after years of trouble and leaks - no drip edge, incorrectly installed ridge vent and terrible flashing- we no longer wanted to deal with the company that installed it. Russ walked us through how a properly functioning roof should be installed and we couldn't be happier. The install was completed just in time for the remnants of Tropical Storm Zeda to come through. NEVER HAVE I EVER! Never have I ever felt as if I have "missed out" when things go south prior to services being contracted. This is why you need to interview, vet and take careful note of how business is being handled during that preliminary phase. My purpose for posting this cautionary review is to inform others of what they may encounter or should at least be aware of before to hiring this company. In an ideal world, the business owner would recognize the problem and take corrective action to do better. This business has great reviews and has been on my list for a while. Although I am not interested in completing this project in the immediate future due to other interim projects, I was still ready to get an estimate. I am making some changes to a window and exterior door in a few weeks and wanted to get some information now to make sure that there is cohesion between the two projects. Also, I like to start my research very early so that I have plenty of time to make an informed decision and get more familiar with the business. So, I contacted the owner and he came out to give me an estimate for siding and windows. His company does not actually install windows, but has a sub-contractor available. Personally I prefer one company that does it all or a totally separate company to simplify matters. After a cursory glance at the front of the house, I was provided a written estimate on the back of a business card. I like having estimates written on company letterhead and accompanied by all pertinent information including policies and procedures for a complete package. My primary problem with this business is a lack of communication. I left a detailed message on March 30th, (requiring a response) and followed up with a phone message two days later with pertinent questions and never received a response. While I understand that his lack of follow-up may be due to the fact that I specified that the work would be done later rather than sooner, there would still be no reason to not extend the professional courtesy of a phone call. No worries! I immediately move on and find a highly rated company that offers what Perfection does not: A fully evolved communication system where calls and messages are answered and returned promptly. A thorough walk around my home to see that I don't have standard windows and will require more than a "cookie cutter" estimate. I A written detailed estimate with photos, measurements and notes included. A knowledgeable window rep who could answer all relevant questions regarding the new window and doors. This allowed me to understand the full scope of all work to be completed and helped to expose additional considerations. No hard selling tactics just great education about the work to be done, specific process and materials required. ***When it comes to finding the perfect company, remember to do a test run PRIOR TO signing any contract. Make calls and ask questions so that you will have an idea of how the company handles customer service and communication. You can then make an informed decision before moving forward. ***Contractors, regardless of whether a customer is ready to commit now or later, you never want to lose a potential customer, (and additional clients generated through "word of mouth"), for something as simple as poor communication. It's just not worth it. read more

Before choosing contractors, I did my homework and read through recommendations. Finally I chose 3 vendors. Essex Roofing and restorations - Sales manager was nice but price increased on 70% just in 3 weeks, which I found suspicious. Revamp was a kind of nightmare experience on a sales stage. I chose Perfection roofing and siding. I liked the communication when all my questions and concerns were politely negotiated and addressed by Russ and his crews. Russ(sales manager and owner) is a very positive guy, cracking jokes all the time but he shown serious atitude to the quality level of the job to be done. His crews are also genuinely dedicated to satisfy the client. They were polite and attentive to my asks and questions and did exactly what I asked them to do. They use good quality materials and even replaced some rotten pieces where it was needed. Initially agreed terms and conditions were followed. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a good quality job to be done for a decent price. read more

Russ and his crew did a great job replacing the old pressed board siding on my house with Nichiha cement fiber board. Russ took me to a few houses his crew had worked on and showed me thier work, which looked good. He really bragged on his guys, and rightfully so They came over, replaced the siding and painted the new siding. His crew leader was helpful and explained what they were doing. It took about 4, maybe 5 days, from start to finish, and it looks great. The boards area is staggered. The caulk, the paint, and the paint job look great. If I pressure wash every year, I won't need to paint it for 8 to 10 years. That will save me from painting so often, which is an expense and a pain. read more

Skeptical guy won over by the Perfection and professionalism of Perfection Roofing & Siding!   My wife and I were looking to have the siding replaced because it was old Georgia-Pacific fiberboard siding that was falling apart. I was interested in fiber cement siding and decided to replace the siding with Nichiha verses Hardie board due to the value of the raw materials received relative to the price of Hardie board in addition to liking the more pronounced wood grain revealed in the final product after painting of the Nichiha material.   Now I am not normally a guy who put too much credence into online posted reviews so I can tell you the fact that I'm writing this says a lot about Russ and his team. I was skeptical at first about Perfection's plethora of stellar online reviews so I decided to contact the Nichiha company directly. I had gotten in touch with the company's southern regional manager in charge of installing the entire South Region, I had asked him who he recommended for an installer that was local to my area. He gave me a list of a few names - and guess who was on top of the list - Russ from Perfection Roofing and Siding. I had even asked the manager directly at Nichiha why Russ was at the top of the list and he told me that Russ was a superb installer who is highly rated and is one of the top producers and installers for the south region. This information was enough for me to contact Russ to provide a quote for the job.   When Russ came to provide the quote, I had expected to receive a boring binder filled with pictures about siding and all kinds of irrelevant information. But no - just like other reviewers have said, Russ asked me to come with him in his truck so he can show me other jobs in the area that he had performed complete siding replacement jobs on. Each house that he had worked on looked better than the next, the paint the seams on the siding all were Perfection but I still needed to be convinced even more. Russ told me no problem I can continue to do research if I had liked. in fact, we joked with each other and he told me to continue my research, go on my odyssey and that I would find out that he was the best in terms of value, quality, and most of all Perfection to details - He was right. In addition, I had ended up speaking to a number of prior customers and asking them in detail about the jobs that Russ had performed for them. As I continued to do my research, I could not find any anything to dissuade me from selecting Russ and his team to do the work on my house.   I had written down different questions to ask Russ and whenever I called him, he always answered his phone and spent time with me to answer all of my questions. This alone I found amazing because many contractors are difficult to connect with on the phone and even more distant and hard to reach once the job is underway. When I was 100% certain that Russ and his team were the ones for me, I called him to let him know I was ready to move forward to which he laughed and said that he knew that all the time but he needed to know that I was comfortable before we both could move forward.   As predicted by Russ, the job was impeccable from the start and the quality was superb. Fabio and his team were siding geniuses and their carpentry skills were off the chart- simply incredible work all around. The painters were amazing as well. It was truly a transformational experience to have my house look so great after it was completed. Neighbors were as asking us if we were moving because the house looked so great. I replied 'No, I think I'll enjoy it for a while!' So, at the end of the day you may not be the perfectionist that I am, but you will definitely find perfection by working with Russ at Perfection Roofing & Siding. read more

Beware of this company! I have been scammed by this company and the owner is a very loud bully who has tried to intimidate me when I have confronted him regarding his demonstrably incompetent work. In 2009 I contracted Perfection Roofing and Siding to replace the torch on roof on my house. My roof is a low slope roof. At the time the company was doing business in Victoria B.C Canada. About 2 years later I began to observe water dripping down behind the facia board all around my house. When I went up on the roof to inspect, what I found shocked me! I immediately saw where they had tried to drill out the torch on membrane over the existing downspout outlets. They had missed either completely or partially in all the downspout locations. This resulted in very restricted water drainage and water ingress around the cut out area which had been left as it was, a mess. I drilled out the torch on material properly so the water could flow off the roof properly, and patched the ripped/untreated edges around the mostly ripped up holes Perfection Roofing made in my roof. If I can, I will attach pictures to this review clearly showing what I found when I went up on my roof. Late in the project back in 2009, Perfection Roofing and Siding's owner advised me his metal brake was unserviceable and would be unable to install new metal drip flashings around the perimeter of my roof. Because the new flashing was included in the contract the contractor knocked 300 bucks off the agreed price and he tacked the old metal drip flashing in place, scratches and dents and all. We both understood I would replace the old with new flashing at a later date. After finding the downspout holes partially ripped out in all the wrong places, we lifted off the old roof edge metal flashing and discovered that the felting had been cut short of covering the rail board. This explained the dripping water I had observed behind my facia boards and through my soffits post Perfection Roofing's abortion of a roofing job. The installation is so bad that after 9 years the entire roof requires replacement. I possess a 20 year warranty written and signed in the business owners own hand. The warranty covers materials and labor. To date, February 18 2019, he has only responded to my issue with misleading statements and bullying. Beware of this company! I will provide pictures. You be the judge! read more

I cannot say enough about Perfection Roofing & Siding and the phenomenal job they did on our house. After an awful experience with a previous siding contractor, we were on the hunt for someone who could not only remedy the bad job, but also provide great quality siding and service. Honesty and trust were high on our list when interviewing contractors and we got more than what we bargained for with Russ Morton and Perfection Roofing & Siding. Not only that, but Russ' quote for install came in below the other quotes we had received. The crew proved that they were truly masters of their craft. Fabio, the lead crewman, was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to answer any questions we had. He would immediately stop what he was doing to give us his full attention. There was additional damage due to the previous contractor's poor siding install under our back deck where wood rot had occurred from leaks. We hired Fabio to perform the additional work to correct prior to installing the siding in the area so as to avoid black mold growth. This included installing flashing under the deck to divert rain water away from gathering in the area. We wrote a check incorrectly for a higher amount and Fabio turned right around to return the check, saying we overpaid. That spoke volumes to the level of ethics he had and exceeded the honesty we were seeking. The painting crew arrived to start the caulking and painting as the siding crew was wrapping up. We provided them with a sample of the old siding for the color scheme we had wanted on the house, and it matched to the T. Caesar, the head crewman, and his crew delivered just as the siding crew had. Caesar, like Fabio, was courteous and more than happy to answer any questions we had. The compliments we have received on the paint job and color have been great. An additional note on trust and honesty, Russ when quoting, notated that our vinyl soffits and fascia were not only in good shape & quality, but encouraged us not to replace them as they would match perfectly with the Nichiha fiber cement siding. He made it clear this could save us thousands ($4,000 plus) of additional dollars if we were to have them replaced. Suffice to say, he was dead on: the vinyl soffits/fascia flow perfectly into the Nichiha fiber cement. This furthermore proved the high level of ethics with which Russ operated. From start to finish, it took them just four and a half days! The house looks absolutely amazing! The seamless flow from start to finish made what could have been a stressful experience seem like what should be industry standard, but is unfortunately not. Our one and only regret is not having gone with Russ in the first place. So take it from me and give Russ a call to see what kind of wonders he can also work for your home! read more

Perfection Siding did a great job replacing the siding on our house. The price was better than other quotes and beyond fair, especially considering how much rotten wood had to be replaced. I had this company install Nichiha siding and paint the whole house, and I cannot imagine anyone else doing a more beautiful job. You can tell the crew paid attention to the little details. They made countless repairs to the soffits, garage door, trim, etc. before painting, and did not charge any more for this. Russ communicated with me constantly throughout the whole process, and everything went smoothly. read more

My wife and I are nearing completion of a major home renovation in Marietta. One company stands out for their superior workmanship and customer service. We chose Perfection Roofing and Siding for the siding and exterior painting of our home. Owners Russ and Robbie Morton were consummate professionals throughout the process and went above and beyond our expectations to live up to their company's slogan "Accept Nothing Short of Perfection". Under Fabio's direction, it was impressive to observe the siding crew work as a cohesive team to efficiently and skillfully produce an excellent Nichiha siding job. Fabio's years of experience and his willingness to provide recommendations and suggestions proved to be a valuable resource to us in achieving our desired look. John and Sidney took time to consult with us on our paint choices and explain pros and cons of different applications. Their crew members were meticulous and obviously took great pride in their work. As impressed as we were by the quality of the work, we were equally impressed by the quality of the personnel employed by Perfection Roofing and Siding. We have already had many compliments on our siding and painting and without reservation, highly recommend Perfection Roofing and Siding. Kevin and Diane Condon 5/24/18 read more
