outstanding customer service and terrific technicans and great results! especially the service technican, caleb henry black, who did a great job cleaning our home's roof, cleaning our gutters and repairing any of the damaged gutters / covers! thanks to entire advanced pressure & gutter cleaning team! read more

They talk a great game, say all the right things...and charge the most out of all bids. I thought by going with the highest bid I would get the best. This was not the case. I sent a message about the poor results and with such a high price. It took them a week to get back to me. I cleaned my driveway myself to fix it... I will not use Advanced for Pressure Washing again. read more

Advanced Pressure & Gutter - Driveway looks worse than before they started.... - Gutter Services Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

Really recommend JESUS & JUAN of Advanced Pressure & Gutter. Excellent service. Clean gutters every year. Some times twice a year. Advanced Pressure and Gutter come out and do a good job. They come out when they say they're going to. They also come out to do small repairs or rebalance the gutters. Generally, they are a little more expensive but provide very good service and fixes the problem quickly. Jesus & Juan are the best. They always try and find the cause of your problem and suggest cost effective way to solve it. Friendly & professional guys who don't try to upsell you. read more

Very disrespectful. Would not recommend. Technician kept saying. You are interrupting me, while he was talking about the cost of light replacement for house next door. read more

Everything went smoothly with this process- which I really appreciated! From setting up the appointment, to the communication about the job, to the on time arrival of the team...and that was all before the work started! Jason and Dylan prepped and cleaned the whole front of my home and driveway until it gleamed! Such a change! Thank you for your excellent service. See you soon. read more

These guys felt a bit scammy by the end. The crew that shows up is a full de force. They act like they know what they're doing but after seeing things through with actual specialists - they were pretty inferior in their assessment of our gutters, drains, etc. Just for a gutter cleaning with the blowers is expensive. They did a good job blowing but I've had others so the same for much less. I wouldn't ask them to fix or seal anything. Get a plumber to see your drain issues first. Overall I'd say stay away. read more

We have had some issues with run off from the back yard washing away topsoil and an area in the front that collected water a little too close to the house for my liking. We had several companies quote a resolution, but none actually had good followup or showed on the day of work. Advanced Drainage Solutions (part of Advanced Pressure and Gutter Cleaning) knocked it out of the park. They provided more options and went through greater lengths to solve the issue. They responded promptly, were very professional and left the yard in better condition than they found it. They even tied in my AC condensate line without me asking or without charge. Lastly, they were about 15% less than other quotes. Just really impressed. read more

Today I had them come out to install gutter gaurds. The gaurds that they put on are nothing more than a mesh that has been painted. If you have a heavily wooded yard more than likely you will need to get them cleaned. They are way overpriced for the material that they use. The only reason that they have two stars is because the guy who came out were friendly. They very well might be good at other services but if you are looking for quality craftsmanship in the material for the gutter guards you should probably look else where. read more

Hired these guys to come out and clean my gutters in late August for almost $200. I work and travel a lot, so I'm home mostly on weekends. During a rain storm in early October, before any leaves began to fall, I heard splashing from my gutters overflowing. Went outside and water is oozing from the tops of my gutters. I thought it may have been that it was raining so hard that it was shooting over the gutters, but I took some pictures. When having work performed recently, my contractor stated that they were caked with old leaves and there is no way the leaves could have been cleaned out. So, I called Advanced and sent a time stamped picture of this to them. BTW. my house has some tall evergreen trees (arborvitaes) that don't shed, but no leafy trees nearby, so I only get them cleaned once a year. Initially, they said that it could be my underground drain lines were blowing leaves back up into the gutters after they were cleaned. They told me to go check them out and if they were clear, they would come out and clean them again free. I checked the lines and they were clear. Called back and it went from "we'll come out and clean them free" to " we'll come out and clean them for $80." It had been a few months, so I tried to be reasonable and agreed to pay the $80. Well, they got me on the schedule for a few weeks later. The guy just came out to check the gutters out and said it would be $85 for a "service fee" and $80 to clean them. Said he would waive this "service fee" if we had all the gutters cleaned again for around $200. What a racket! I sent him away and just got an invoice for this "service fee" for him to tell me the gutters were full! I'm the one who called to tell them this. This business has no integrity. Stay away! read more

Caleb and Casey performed my regular gutter maintenance today. Very professional and efficient as always. I have been a long time customer and will continue in the future. Thx! read more

Had problem with clogged downspout after they cleaned my gutters. Called and asked for a redo of the one downspout. Nobody responded and after waiting for several months for someone to come fix it, I called today and was told that they would charge me for fixing something that should have been fixed on original visit. I know it was beyond the "30-day" warranty but good customer service would be to fix what you didn't do right the first time. I did not have more leaves to fall to clog the downspout after the cleaning. They did a good job of cleaning the gutter but missed one downspout. I will not be using them in the future as there are many other gutter cleaners to choose from with better customer service. read more

Casey S. and Jose came to fix an issue identified by our gutter cleaners who indicated that our shingles didn't reach our gutter causing rain to fall between the fascia board and gutter (another company performed the initial gutter cleaning). Casey and Jose quickly diagnosed that the shingles were installed properly but the gutter was separated from the house causing the problem. They were able to fix the issue by tightening the gutter nails and also added screws for extra security. They caulked over the seam and we should be good to go. Both gentlemen were very professional, quickly diagnosing and correcting our gutter issues. Thank you! Dan Dornblaser read more

DO NOT use Advanced Pressure and Gutter Cleaning of Marietta. Use them if you want to pay 3X the price. They also secretly record any phone call without asking you! And threaten you with the recordings when they send you their ridiculous bill. Don't make the same mistake we did. We had been using them for years but all of a sudden when we moved to a new house, they decided to price gouge us. Our neighbor with similar house and roof material got their gutters cleaned for a third of the price. Not the company they used to be. read more

This company was quick to quote and repair my drain issues, once the job was completed and several weeks later I notice the gutter down pipe was not installed correctly, I called four different time but could never get them to come out and fix their mistake, I even told them the cutter was draining along the house foundation and washing the soil away causing water to begin to leak into my basement. I was told four different times they would fix the issue but they never did I had to pay another company to fix the cutter drain; I would not do business with this company again read more

We had a basin drain installed to replace the French drain that was already present in the house we bought. Everything they promised was delivered and on time. They left the worksite immaculate. We couldn't even tell they were there except for the awesome new drain! read more

We had Advance Pressure & Gutter Cleaning Co. power washed the house last summer and they did a such good job so we had them come back and clean the gutter this time. Again, we are impressed. The crew was professional and they left the job site cleaner than they started. I highly recommend them and I think I will continue to use them for future needs. read more

Maybe 1.5 stars. Called them because wanted my roof and house cleaned. They quoted me what I felt was a really high price for a 2-story house less than 2000sf = $1700. They showed up on time. Did a reasonable job on the roof, and really poor job on the siding. Their wand strokes were quite obvious. Hey mistakes happen...called them back and basically sent pics of the problem areas and they told me I needed a paint job. Of course, this is why I called in the first place. BUT there was still mold/mildew on the siding. They were jerks. Didn't off to come out and take a look or fix it. Pathetic customer service. read more

I recently contracted with Advanced Pressure & Gutter to pressure wash my second floor screen porch. They came on time and did a great job cleaning it up. I particularly appreciated the way they were careful with plants and flowers near the work area and how well they cleaned up after the job. The price charged was at the low end of the verbal estimate, which is always a surprise these days. This is my second time hiring this company. Last year I had them do some gutter cleaning and adding some guards. Again the quality of their service won more business. I recommend giving them a call! read more

I was quoted a phone estimate of 450 total to pressure wash two chimneys by this company. The representative told me that he could view my house on the internet and that he could see the house. He said he would send two people because they would have to get on the roof. On the date of the appointment - they only sent one guy - then they said it would cost 650 to wash the chimneys BECAUSE they had to get on the roof. They knew this in advance when they provided the phone estimate. If he had said it would be 350 per chimney because they would need to get on the roof, I would have looked elsewhere right away. Despite having a "Trust Dale" certification, this company is not dependable or trustable. They should never be over 55% higher than the quote they provide on the telephone. If they cannot give a quote without seeing the house, they should say that and be professional and come do an on-site quote. read more

Team did a great job today. Very professional and cleaned up after all the work!!! Highly recommend their service.

Had a fantastic experience! Got my gutters cleaned, roof blown off, and house power washed. I was called ahead of time, the group was punctual, clean, and very thorough. Pricing was fair and transparent. Will definitely use them again in the future once the autumn leaves start to fall! read more

For $150 they spent 20 minutes on my roof and did almost nothing. Save your money and find a good independent gutter cleaner.

Jason and Zach did a superb job power washing our house, retaining walls, and pergola. All the black and mold is gone. Better than expected!

Casey and Marc did a great job cleaning our gutters. They called ahead, arrived on time, and cleaned up when the job was finished. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you. read more

I don't know what has happened to this company. I've written excellent reviews for them in the past. Unfortunately, after my last experience with them, I've changed to another company. I called to get an appointment and the person told me he was looking at my house on Google earth and that the price was going up. I've been with them for 9 years. The cost was $130 and it went up to $170. I am okay with a price increase, but I thought that was a big jump in price. When I told him I would be checking prices, he was rude. We've always had good service, but I'm wondering what happened to the nice people that used to work there. I found another company with perfect service for $150. read more

Totally non transparent about their fees and non responsive to customer complaints!

James and Drew did a fantastic job cleaning my gutters. They were mindful of my heavily landscaped yard, took care of some minor repair, and were thorough, and pleasant throughout. I am a longtime customer of Advanced Pressure and Gutter because of the solid service I've received. Highly recommend! read more

Took a week to call me back. Quoted me one price then tried to charge me $125 more because I am from an "affluent" area (Johns Creek). The guy I spoke with (Joe) acted like they are the only company doing this...the manager (Ryan) was just as smug. From what I understand, they have done this with others in the area. Better to go with someone local. read more

I have used them for the last three years in a row to have my gutters cleaned. When it comes to the actual service they do just fine. Its typically done well and they clean up after themselves. When it comes to the organization of scheduling I'll have to agree with the other review. Its hard to get the same person on the phone twice and there is no telling when the crew will actually show up. A positive I have found is the fact I didn't need to be home. If they could get their scheduling down better I'd give them more stars. Pricing is on par with other gutter cleaners. read more

Absolutely incompetent! I am absolutely surprised to read all of the positive reviews for this company. I spoke with Chris the office manager on Monday, September 25th. I advised of the problem I had with their company honoring their appointments in the past but I was willing to give them another shot. Chris apologized for the past indiscretions and advised his crew could come out the very next morning and I would be the first call at 9am to clean my gutters and downspouts. (I thought "wow, this is great!" Little did I know Chris was only selling a bill of goods to me.) I called again later in the day and spoke with Matt and asked if the company provided sealing around vents and gutter screens. After discussing both matters thoroughly, he noted on the work order (?) my other concerns. It was a polite experience. I even received a recorded appointment reminder later in the afternoon. I was surprised when at 9:15am the crew from Advanced Gutter Cleaning had not arrived. I contacted the office and spoke again with Chris the office manager. I had quite a different experience with Chris today. He was argumentative and combative. I was told that his crew was running late and would be at my home shortly. When I pressed him on what "shortly" actually meant he said maybe 45 minutes. (This would make them 1 hour late.) What Chris fails to recognize is that there are working people who do not sit in an office all day long. Others of us actually travel from one account to another to earn a living, and when we are not out in front of our accounts, we do not make any money. Perhaps when a crew actually does show up for a scheduled appointment they are great. I wouldn't have any idea. My old belief about Advanced Gutter Cleaning is still valid. What a bunch of incompetents. read more

I have a Gutter Cleaning Service Agreement with Advanced Pressure and Gutter Cleaning to clean my gutters three times per year (Feb, June/July, Dec). The Agreement claims "no more forgetting! no more overflowing". Unfortunately, they never provided the agreed upon service to clean my gutters in December 2010. In addition, during their July 2010 cleaning, I asked them to repair two areas of the gutters that were dripping. They never did this, nor did they offer an explanation regarding the issue. Besides ignoring my repair request, when they cleaned the gutters, they did a great job. I am very disappointed that I need to locate another gutter cleaning service provider. read more

After the service went down the drain at A Better Gutter Cleaning, we reached out to Advanced Pressure & Gutter for our regular gutter cleaning services. They have been wonderful! Casey and Jon have come the last few times and have provided excellent and thorough service. We really enjoy how they provide a detailed overview of the cleaning, and point out any things that either need work, or should be a watch item. Especially nice is that they are able to fix small things right then and there instead of having to reschedule and come back another time. Casey and Jon (and the entire APGC team) are great to work with. Highly recommend. read more

Horrible customer service. Got a quote by phone and, after waiting 3 weeks for them to show up, the tech increased the price by 60%!! Sales manager tried to explain it as "Tonya made a mistake" but offered nothing else. I even offered to split the difference and was told the owner would have to approve and was "out to lunch". Hmmm. We have been preparing to place our house on the market but our roof was in terrible condition. It is a light gray roof and it had these huge black streaks on it which immediately caught your eye as you pulled up to the house. I called Advanced Pressure & Gutter Cleaning on Tuesday and they gave me an excellent quote right over the phone so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Dwayne came out and worked his magic on our roof and it truly looks as though we had a new roof installed! I am thrilled with the great rate, the fast service, and the excellent work that was done. I will certainly be using and referring this company again!! read more
