Generally, they are a little more expensive but provide very good service and fixes the problem quickly. Jesus & Juan are the best. These guys felt a bit scammy by the end. The crew that shows up is a full de force. They act like they know what they're doing but after seeing things through with actual specialists - they were pretty inferior in their assessment of our gutters, drains, etc. Just for a gutter cleaning with the blowers is expensive. They did a good job blowing but I've had others so the same for much less. I wouldn't ask them to fix or seal anything. Get a plumber to see your drain issues first. Overall I'd say stay away. read more

We have had some issues with run off from the back yard washing away topsoil and an area in the front that collected water a little too close to the house for my liking. We had several companies quote a resolution, but none actually had good followup or showed on the day of work. Advanced Drainage Solutions (part of Advanced Pressure and Gutter Cleaning) knocked it out of the park. They provided more options and went through greater lengths to solve the issue. They responded promptly, were very professional and left the yard in better condition than they found it. They even tied in my AC condensate line without me asking or without charge. Today I had them come out to install gutter gaurds. The gaurds that they put on are nothing more than a mesh that has been painted. If you have a heavily wooded yard more than likely you will need to get them cleaned. They are way overpriced for the material that they use. The only reason that they have two stars is because the guy who came out were friendly. They very well might be good at other services but if you are looking for quality craftsmanship in the material for the gutter guards you should probably look else where. read more

Hired these guys to come out and clean my gutters in late August for almost $200. I work and travel a lot, so I'm home mostly on weekends. During a rain storm in early October, before any leaves began to fall, I heard splashing from my gutters overflowing. Went outside and water is oozing from the tops of my gutters. I thought it may have been that it was raining so hard that it was shooting over the gutters, but I took some pictures. When having work performed recently, my contractor stated that they were caked with old leaves and there is no way the leaves could have been cleaned out. So, I called Advanced and sent a time stamped picture of this to them. BTW. my house has some tall evergreen trees (arborvitaes) that don't shed, but no leafy trees nearby, so I only get them cleaned once a year. Initially, they said that it could be my underground drain lines were blowing leaves back up into the gutters after they were cleaned. They told me to go check them out and if they were clear, they would come out and clean them again free. I checked the lines and they were clear. Called back and it went from "we'll come out and clean them free" to " we'll come out and clean them for $80." It had been a few months, so I tried to be reasonable and agreed to pay the $80. Well, they got me on the schedule for a few weeks later. The guy just came out to check the gutters out and said it would be $85 for a "service fee" and $80 to clean them. Said he would waive this "service fee" if we had all the gutters cleaned again for around $200. What a racket! I sent him away and just got an invoice for this "service fee" for him to tell me the gutters were full! I'm the one who called to tell them this. This business has no integrity. Had problem with clogged downspout after they cleaned my gutters. Called and asked for a redo of the one downspout. Nobody responded and after waiting for several months for someone to come fix it, I called today and was told that they would charge me for fixing something that should have been fixed on original visit. I know it was beyond the "30-day" warranty but good customer service would be to fix what you didn't do right the first time. I did not have more leaves to fall to clog the downspout after the cleaning. They did a good job of cleaning the gutter but missed one downspout. I will not be using them in the future as there are many other gutter cleaners to choose from with better customer service. read more

Maybe 1.5 stars. Called them because wanted my roof and house cleaned. They quoted me what I felt was a really high price for a 2-story house less than 2000sf = $1700. They showed up on time. Did a reasonable job on the roof, and really poor job on the siding. Their wand strokes were quite obvious. Hey mistakes happen...called them back and basically sent pics of the problem areas and they told me I needed a paint job. Of course, this is why I called in the first place. BUT there was still mold/mildew on the siding. They were jerks. Didn't off to come out and take a look or fix it. Pathetic customer service. read more

I recently contracted with Advanced Pressure & Gutter to pressure wash my second floor screen porch. They came on time and did a great job cleaning it up. I particularly appreciated the way they were careful with plants and flowers near the work area and how well they cleaned up after the job. The price charged was at the low end of the verbal estimate, which is always a surprise these days. This is my second time hiring this company. I was quoted a phone estimate of 450 total to pressure wash two chimneys by this company. The representative told me that he could view my house on the internet and that he could see the house. He said he would send two people because they would have to get on the roof. On the date of the appointment - they only sent one guy - then they said it would cost 650 to wash the chimneys BECAUSE they had to get on the roof. They knew this in advance when they provided the phone estimate. If he had said it would be 350 per chimney because they would need to get on the roof, I would have looked elsewhere right away. Despite having a "Trust Dale" certification, this company is not dependable or trustable. They should never be over 55% higher than the quote they provide on the telephone. If they cannot give a quote without seeing the house, they should say that and be professional and come do an on-site quote. read more

I don't know what has happened to this company. I've written excellent reviews for them in the past. Unfortunately, after my last experience with them, I've changed to another company. I called to get an appointment and the person told me he was looking at my house on Google earth and that the price was going up. I've been with them for 9 years. The cost was $130 and it went up to $170. I am okay with a price increase, but I thought that was a big jump in price. When I told him I would be checking prices, he was rude. We've always had good service, but I'm wondering what happened to the nice people that used to work there. I found another company with perfect service for $150. read more

I have used them for the last three years in a row to have my gutters cleaned. When it comes to the actual service they do just fine. Its typically done well and they clean up after themselves. When it comes to the organization of scheduling I'll have to agree with the other review. Its hard to get the same person on the phone twice and there is no telling when the crew will actually show up. A positive I have found is the fact I didn't need to be home. If they could get their scheduling down better I'd give them more stars. Pricing is on par with other gutter cleaners. read more

Absolutely incompetent! I am absolutely surprised to read all of the positive reviews for this company. I spoke with Chris the office manager on Monday, September 25th. I advised of the problem I had with their company honoring their appointments in the past but I was willing to give them another shot. Chris apologized for the past indiscretions and advised his crew could come out the very next morning and I would be the first call at 9am to clean my gutters and downspouts. (I thought "wow, this is great!" Little did I know Chris was only selling a bill of goods to me.) I called again later in the day and spoke with Matt and asked if the company provided sealing around vents and gutter screens. After discussing both matters thoroughly, he noted on the work order (?) my other concerns. It was a polite experience. I even received a recorded appointment reminder later in the afternoon. I was surprised when at 9:15am the crew from Advanced Gutter Cleaning had not arrived. I contacted the office and spoke again with Chris the office manager. I had quite a different experience with Chris today. He was argumentative and combative. I was told that his crew was running late and would be at my home shortly. When I pressed him on what "shortly" actually meant he said maybe 45 minutes. (This would make them 1 hour late.) What Chris fails to recognize is that there are working people who do not sit in an office all day long. Others of us actually travel from one account to another to earn a living, and when we are not out in front of our accounts, we do not make any money. Perhaps when a crew actually does show up for a scheduled appointment they are great. I wouldn't have any idea. My old belief about Advanced Gutter Cleaning is still valid. I have a Gutter Cleaning Service Agreement with Advanced Pressure and Gutter Cleaning to clean my gutters three times per year (Feb, June/July, Dec). The Agreement claims "no more forgetting! no more overflowing". Unfortunately, they never provided the agreed upon service to clean my gutters in December 2010. In addition, during their July 2010 cleaning, I asked them to repair two areas of the gutters that were dripping. They never did this, nor did they offer an explanation regarding the issue. Besides ignoring my repair request, when they cleaned the gutters, they did a great job. I am very disappointed that I need to locate another gutter cleaning service provider. read more

Casey and Jon have come the last few times and have provided excellent and thorough service. Hired Advanced to pressure wash the sides of my house. The bleach and detergents they used were effective in cleaning the house, but it also killed over half my lawn. They acknowledged that such destruction sometimes happens, but we were not pre-warned (had we known, they told us we may have mitigated the effect by heavily watering the lawn after the cleaning). When I complained, they sent someone to take pictures, but nothing else. The cost to replace my lawn will be significant. Next time I'll use a company that uses high pressure, with zero/low chemicals. read more

We have been preparing to place our house on the market but our roof was in terrible condition. It is a light gray roof and it had these huge black streaks on it which immediately caught your eye as you pulled up to the house. I called Advanced Pressure & Gutter Cleaning on Tuesday and they gave me an excellent quote right over the phone so I scheduled an appointment for the next day.
