Apparently, they drove by to view our home to look at it to get back to is with a quote. Our home has a basement which is below ground with one side exposed (window and door). This is still underground level. But they sent me a message stating that this is a 3 story home and that they don't do 3 story homes. Mind you all of the home is above ground except a verrrry small side with a window and door. My feeling is that this may have been a job they didn't want to do. Our home is brick and stucco with no mold or mildew, no stains, etc. We're disappointed as they are the only ones that have ever said or even considered this a 3 story home in any previous work we've had done(?). Please ask questions... maybe describe your home to them before consider them for a quote.

The person was very friendly, acknowledged…read morethat there were issues with the installation and fixed them to our satisfaction without complaint. --------------------------- I have spent $4,900 with Gutter Bro (new gutters, new gutter guards and misc cleaning services) over the last year so I was very disappointed that they did not address what I consider to be an installation issue. A couple of days ago, my husband heard rattling outside his office window. He got outside in time to see a squirrel squeeze out from between the gutter guards. Turned out there was a 3 inch gap between the gutter guards and the nearby wall that allowed the squirrel and a bunch of leaves into the gutter. The edge of that guard was perfectly straight showing that it was human-cut and not creature-chewed. Given that the guard is literally screwed onto the gutter, it clearly did not shift over by itself When I let the owner of Gutter Bro know and provided the pictures, he tried to blame it on everything but workmanship and wanted me to pay for their trip out to address it. After I pointed out the straight edge, he stopped responding, no doubt hoping that I would go away. I recommend that you think hard before investing any major dollars with this company. And you might want to climb a ladder yourself to check their work before payment and not rely on their pictures.

Also found A LOT of leaves in the gutter spouts they supposably flushed. Obviously didn't respond when I emailed them about it.
