Then he canceled the second time because it was raining, even though the rain has stopped well before the 1:30 pm appointment and my porch is 90% covered. Finally, instead of following through he canceled altogether saying he just "didn't want to work with me". The reality is he didn't want to stand by his work. If your expectations are that a crew of people will come to your home in a pickup truck with extension ladders and be done in an hour, that's not quite right. In our particular case, it was just one person, Diego Garrido. Diego is personable and polite. He meticulously removed and cleaned the screens and cleaned the windows and all the crevices in the window sills and tracks. It is a tedious process. What helps is that he uses a sophisticated water filter to take out impurities and keep your windows streak free. As you can see in the pictures, the end result is that the windows look great.
