What do I NOT like about WilTek? Absolutely nothing. I tried them for the first time on a rental property I manage and Christina was the best! She arranged for Mirco to be there on Friday and he was right on time. He did a fabulous job and taught me a little thing about carpet I didn't know (if you walk barefoot on your carpet your feet leaves oil so if you're trying to preserve your carpet, wear socks or slippers). Most services offer a great first time package. They may do a good job and at a good price but their prices double upon return and they charge extra for things you thought you had already agreed upon. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I had my area rug cleaned by another company I found online and lets just say they left it in a worse state than before cleaning. There was a ton of brown dirty water and an odor that was starting to develop from the carpet being left wet. They only came with a buffer and no extractor! Thanks to WilTek my carpet rug was saved. Fantastic. Found them on Yelp figured I would give them a try for my awfully stained basement carpets. We had horrendous water stains and pet stains that we hadn't been able to to get out ourselves and the smell was horrid. They came within 24hrs and the technician was super friendly and explained to us what he was going to do before starting. My carpets were cleaned about 2 months ago by another company and I was not pleased with their work, my carpet was wet for over a day and half and were still dirty plus because they were wet for so long they had a bad odor to them. I called Wiltek Carpet Cleaning and Eddie (the sweetest guy in the world) accommodated me for the exact date that I asked for and he did an amazing job on the carpets and they smell amazing. I really can't understand all the good reviews. These guys don't move anything. They just clean around chairs or whatever is in the way. Not even a dining chair. We were told "if there is a chair sitting there, the carpet should not get dirty under it." What a lame excuse for not doing a good job. read more

I cannot give a high enough review of my experience with Wiltek. We live in a rented house with carpets full of mysterious, who knows how old, stains. We also have two big dogs and have fostered dogs that needed to be re-housebroken. Our carpet was embarrassing. I regret not taking before and after photos because David did an incredible job. I needed my carpets cleaned so I jumped on Yelp and went searching. WilTek was close to the top of the search results. They only had 9 reviews (not very recent reviews) but every one was very positive. I quickly moved to their website to take a closer look. The information offered on the website was clear and easy to understand. I called to ask for a quote and was greeted by a very friendly woman (can't remember her name). I described the carpeted areas that needed to be cleaned. She asked a couple of questions and offered me a quote in just a short couple of minutes. I told her to sign me up! I had an appointment set for the following week. She said the technician would call when he was on his way. Fast forward to appointment day.....Mirko, the technician, called me at 8:00am to say he was on his way and expected to arrive right at the 9:00am appointment time. Mirko evaluated the rooms to be cleaned and explained the cost which matched the amount quoted when I made the appointment. Mirko quickly got to work pre-treating the heavily soiled areas. He then went to town cleaning the upstairs, the downstairs, then the stairway. He finished the job in about an hour and a half. The carpets looked great!
