I just wanted to say how extremely pleased I am with my experience with Sir Grout. Our shower stall…read morehas basically been neglected by the former homeowner, so the grout was looking bad, and some of the caulking was coming undone. After calling to set up the initial inspect, Jeff was out there in a few days. He took the time to explain the job, and gave an estimate. A week later, someone was out here to do the work. They were timely, professional, and got it done before the end of the business day. Even when I noticed a small little piece that came undone, Jeff himself came out to take care of it. I don't wish that something else happens in my home anytime soon, but I do know eventually a lot of the other tile will need work. And for that, I'm glad I know I will be able to count on Sir Grout to take care of it!

If this is the hassle just to get a quote, I can't imagine how unreliable the actual work scheduling would be.

Encore Resurfacing owner Stuart Green did a marvelous job reglazing our MBA tub. From my first call…read moreto the end of the project, Stuart was always cheerful, professional, prompt in getting the job scheduled, responsive to every question and concern, and fairly priced. Our MBA tub was chipping and peeling badly, and had unsightly rust around the tub drain due to the previous homeowner not properly resurfacing, curing or cleaning the tub properly with gentle cleaning supplies, but after Stuart's masterful work the same tub is now sparkling white and smooth. He arrived at 9 a.m. and was done by 3:30 p.m. Other companies say they can do it faster, but my husband and I were a lot more confident with Stuart's experience, thoroughness and attention to every detail, including his excellent ventilation system that keeps the chemical odor from lingering longer than necessary. No wonder he gets consistently excellent reviews on every platform. We too highly recommend Mr. Stuart Green of Encore Resurfacing!
