Location Located in a shopping center, the parking can be a little awkward and tight in front, but off to the side it's a bit easier to navigate. Service Most time I don't need help, but it's nice to have it offered. Usually I'm not greeted or asked if I need assistance. It doesn't ever seem to be busy, but service does seem to be slow. Which is odd considering there are usually multiple people working. Offerings They have computers for use, printers, shipping services and general office supplies.

Then when he scanned the shipping label he said the plain bag would be $4?? I'm sorry you have boxes and padded mailers less than $2 and what you gave me was also too small for my box and I asked for the least expensive means of shipping. I said I'd purchase something off the shelf and he said because I'd already taped the bag I'd need to pay for it. When I said there were several less expensive items and I was asking for the least expensive way to ship the box he just laughed and said "yeah crazy". Real quality employees here, happy to screw over customer rather than actually help.

I am surprised to see all the one star reviews, my experience working with NTG has been great. I…read morework for a shower door manufacturing company, and we have been importing containers now for about 5 years, working with many different brokers during that time span. We recently hired NTG to help us truck a container from the port of Los Angeles, CA to one of our warehouse locations in Orange County. CA. Our container was available for pickup on the Friday going into Easter weekend, and NTG (specifically working with Joseph Fiorello out of Charleston, SC) was able to secure a pickup appointment with the terminal, store our container over the holiday weekend, and deliver to us on time the following Monday with no issues. The driver was about 20 minutes early, and our parking lot can be difficult to back up 40' containers as this location has no loading dock, but the driver was able to skillfully position the container right where we needed it to be for our live unload. The rates we received were competitive, especially considering the holiday weekend and the congestion issues we have seen over the past few years in LA/LB ports. Also, Joey would make it a point to reach out and discuss all the rates ahead of time anyways, so no surprises when our invoices arrive. Overall my experience with them has been smooth, definitely recommend!

I understand fuel costs have gone up, but raising the rate that much the day before LFD felt like we were being forced to either accept it or leave it. And they actually didn't look for another carrier so we had to pay storage. We kept providing updates on the LFD, but they did not seem to care. They do not care about your money or your customers. Such a horrible company!! Overall, a very frustrating experience. Stay away.

What stands out most is the staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail. Whether I'm shipping packages, printing documents, or handling mailbox services, the team is always efficient and helpful. Even during busy periods, they keep things moving smoothly and treat customers with respect. It's clear that customer service and operational excellence are priorities at this location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

When I arrived, the notary quoted me $2 for the notarization, a $3 "convenience fee" for not having an appointment, and a $15 "clerical and administrative time" fee. Their fee card states that this clerical fee applies to complex documents such as powers of attorney, wills, and deeds which require more time. Mine was a single sentence, so I asked her to review the description. I've had many documents notarized at UPS stores over the past couple of years and have never been charged anything like this. Instead of reviewing the fee, she asked whether I was uncomfortable with her as a notary. I said no -- I just didn't understand the fee. She then asked if I had another copy of my document. When I said no, she asked to see the one I had, and I assumed she wanted to reconsider the clerical fee. Instead, she took a thick black marker and struck across the document, making it unusable. I left without it. The next day, my bank notarized the same document for free. I dropped it at the UPS store at Sandy Springs Place for shipping. I asked the notary what the fee would be for this document for future reference, and he confirmed the charge would be $2, with no admin or convenience fees, because it's one sentence. If you need a notary, I'd avoid the Johnson Ferry Road location. The folks at Sandy Springs Place were friendly and far more reasonable.
