When I brought this to the manager's attention she said that the internet was down and I should see my check in the next 1-2 days. I did not see my check until the following weekend which made it three weeks and a few days that I did not get paid. I had a family emergency and asked the manager if I could step outside to make a phone call which she allowed me to do. When I came back inside she asked me if everything was okay which I told her yes just family emergency. She then asked me if I needed to leave early or take the rest of the week off. I told her no but she proceeded to pressure me into leaving so I took the rest of that day off which was 2 hours left of my shift. Before leaving she asked me my size for my uniform and said she would give me a call. The next day came and I did not get a call but I noticed I was removed from the schedule. I reached out to the manager to make sure things were okay and to let her know what was going on the day that I left early. She gave me a call and said that she was going out of town and needed someone with more experience to watch the store while she was gone. I said okay and went to the store the following day to grab my umbrella that I left and saw that she was still there although she told me she was leaving to go out of town which is why I was removed from the schedule that week.. Another week goes by and I am still not on the schedule, and now no longer have any access to the app used to clock in and see my schedule. When I brought this to the manager's attention she then fired me.. Unnati Patel lied to me and said she was leaving which is why I was not scheduled but in reality I was just laid off without given any reason... Not to mention during my training I was taught to lie to the customers to get them to spend more. The manager advises if the customer looks like they may be wealthy or well off, to lie to them and not give them any low prices so the store can profit from them. Although I did not agree with this morally, I did what I was told and was advised by the manager that I was learning fast and doing well. Being told this on top of being asked my size for the uniform, I assumed things were going well. I would not recommend anyone to work here, you do not get a break to eat, I took my break to eat whenever one of the employees or manager randomly decides I can take one. I was also asked to give one of the employees Sat a ride several times, unpaid. This store not only scams its customers, my experience working here felt like I was treated unfairly and I was never given a reason why.

Things have changed for printing services every year, and we had questions for the self serve printing. One employee exceeded expectations. We commended the employee who was helpful on our way out the door as she was locking up for closing. She was courteous and came from the checkout counter to help with our printing needs. The other who was at the printing desk was rude and hostile, and half answered questions unclearly, adding confusion rather than making the process easier. There was a self serve printer that was not being used. The helpful employee came from behind the register after finishing with other customers to help us. The other employee continued being rude when we asked for an envelope for our copies. Instead, the first young lady who had greeted us on our way in gave us a bag. We didn't see them prior to asking. That was 3 times the same clerk behind the copy desk was rude. That was more times than I counted that the check out counter employee was professional and exceptionally courteous. Unfortunately, I didn't see employee names on our receipt. I would assume the helpful one is a supervisor by her professional service and demeanor. An employee should never be rude for any reason. Because she was busy is no excuse to act annoyed when we asked for help. Some posted information like "Printer ID" was not clear on the directions, and the business cards where that is printed were located high in a tray above my head where we didn't see them. Finally, with the helpful checkout employee we were able to find them. And yet, directions on there were just a little unclear as to which numbers to input for the printer. The employee behind the printing dept desk was short of patience , and gave me unclear answers about which numbers we should input for copies from our email. Not one polite answer from her. Just more impatient, and snappy ones.

The young guy behind the counter agreed that he had never saw this happen, and that his manager would have to call USPS but his manager was not in until Monday. With a demeanor, as if I was bothering him to get up off his phone, he asked that I leave my tracking number for the manager to call USPS, who wouldn't be in until Monday (it's Thursday). Never did he attempt to do so himself or provide a # I could call myself... saying his manager had to be the one to call. He had a complete attitude trying to reiterate that no timeframe is guaranteed and sarcastically stating that it is an "estimated timeframe" when paying for packages to be shipped EXCEPT that that is not completely true. His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. The lack of customer service experienced was disgusting.
