Very responsive across our communications. They always tried to be helpful above and beyond the service provided as well (explaining things I wasn't sure about). Will certainly trust them with my business again in the future. read more

Awesome service. I called earlier in the day and never used a notary before. He was able to explain how it worked and what was necessary out of me but the best part about this service is that he comes to you! You don't even have to leave your house/apartment, no looking for parking or dealing with ATL traffic. He does it all for you. Amazing. I will be using the services again. read more

Joseph is 10 out of 10! He was extremely considerate and courteous to my family's needs when he provided not only notary services but also the required witnesses to legitimize important documents for an aging relative. He was extremely patient and respectful and accommodating to the nature of our needs. Booking was as easy as a phone call and he texted updates on the time he would be available, and his arrival with witnesses. He coordinated his travel to my location and thoroughly reviewed the documents presented, to provide excellent overall service! He explained and broke down his pricing, communicated preferred payment methods, and consulted with consideration so that the necessary services would be cost-effective for the visit. Highly recommend!! read more

I called 4th and 1 among a list of mobile notaries, all of whom I'm sure would have been lovely to work with. This service was able to handle a short notice request and beat the prices of all the others at the same time. What's more, they made sincere and great conversation with my clients and helped them feel at ease while streamlining a process that could have taken a lot longer. I found 4th and 1 to be immaculate in their delivery of services, from the precision of their notary process to the complete coverage of the oversight process that is so important in my field of estate planning. They'll be my first call next time and each time ahead. Much love to them and their work. read more

Joseph of 4th and 1 Mobile Services took care of my family when we needed an emergency notary for a document on this past Saturday. His thoughtful approach and sensitivity to what we needed was exceptional and we see why he's been the number one notary business in Gwynett County 5 years in a row! Thank you 4th and 1 for helping us cross the goal line to score and get our affairs handled swiftly and on time! read more

He was EXCELLENT! I can't say enough of the peace of mind, clear and quality communication, follow-up, and professionalism I received. I am so grateful. I had to go to Georgia to assist an ailing parent, get a POA notarized, and Noble Mobile Notary Services was excellent. He even provided witnesses and came out on a rare snow day in Georgia! He gave me tips to help prepare the paperwork so it could be notarized and exactly what I needed. He also scanned it and sent me a copy! He was above and beyond and I am so grateful! Worrying about a loved one is difficult and stressful and he helped make this situation more easeful with all the moving parts and travel on my end. read more

I need a form notarized last minute on a SUNDAY and I called so many 24 hour places first and no one answered. But when I called Noble Mobile Notary , Joseph answered and was ready to work. He gave me a few different options and price ranges so I could choose what fits me best and he was very affordable and considerate. So if you're in a bind and need a mobile notary or just last minute... give Joseph a call ! read more

He was timely and very professional. I would certainly use this service again when necessary!

Why 3 stars? Well the price for only one page to be notarized was $29. I drove about 30 miles to the location as I live closer in the city and didn't want them to charge me a grip to have them come to me to notarize my one document. I thought it would be cheaper if I were to drive to their location vs having them come to me; guess I was wrong. The location provided to me was a US Post Office. My appointment time was 10:55am, so when I arrived I walked inside the post office looking around for the notary person. One of the USPS employees asked me if I needed help and I mentioned I was there to get a document notarized and they told me they did not offer any notary services in the building. I had assumed that since this location was given by Noble Mobile Notary as their office, there would be a designated waiting area. I also wasn't informed beforehand what to do when I arrived, so I was kind of left guessing. After wandering around for a couple of minutes, I was able to call Noble to figure out where to meet, and I was directed to a location inside the post office. After meeting, the service was quick and easy. The only reason for 3 stars is the pricing. If we customers choose to drive to Noble's location, not sure why we have to still pay such high fee on top of the notary fee? Otherwise, service was quick and fast! read more

Joseph is the quintessential professional. From the moment he greets you on the phone... "Happy Wednesday" to the end of the process his service drive personality is the star. IN the first call, I explained the service I needed... a notarized document for a patient in a nursing facility. He went above and beyond to make sure we came ready and prepared. HI service was needed in a room with a family going through a really tough time... it was his professional and calm presence, kindness and ability to connect with people despite the circumstance that was the star of the show. The cost of the service was very reasonable, and the value was exceptional. I'd choose Joseph again and again. read more

Joseph went above and beyond to help me to complete the notarization of passport forms for my daughter. The process ended up being much more tedious and time consuming than anticipated, due to disorganization and inefficiencies on the part of the facility where the signer was housed, however, Joseph persisted until the forms were completed. He was able to fit me in on the weekend, he went back to the facility multiple times and made phone calls, and even wrote a letter to follow up! He ensured that the business was handled in a timely manner. He also kept me constantly updated during the process, ensuring that I felt confident that we would be able to get the forms notarized. His fee was more than reasonable (maybe even a little low) for the amount of time he put in, the professionalism that he offered and his willingness to not only get the documents notarized in the facility, but also drop them back off to me securely. I would definitely use him again should I ever need a notary in the Atlanta area! read more

My husband and I are thrilled with the result of our interaction with David Smith. We needed two legal documents notarized with witnesses. Being new to the area, we did not have any witnesses lined up. To our relief, David was able to connect us with local area folks to lend a hand. He explained the process and put us at ease. Our last-minute need was met in less than 15 minutes. Absolutely convenient, easy, and effective. I cannot more highly recommend David! read more

I had never used a notary service before so I am glad that Joseph was the one who worked with me. I did not read my document carefully which said I needed a witness, in addition to a notary. When Joseph came by, he talked to one of my neighbors, asked him to be the witness, and got the document notarized. Professional, knowledgeable, communicative and super helpful. Glad to have found him on yelp! read more

I would recommend Noble Mobile Notary Services in a Heartbeat!!! Mr. Smith responded within five minutes on a Sunday afternoon, and was available to meet me at my client's home that same day in less than two hours. He was extremely professional, arrived on time and came prepared with all of his materials and expertise. I specifically appreciate Mr. Smith's special consideration that the client we were serving was signing his Will and Last Testament while in bed and in pain. Mr. Smith was patient from the beginning and treated our client with great respect. Unfortunately, the client passed away a few short days later; however, if it weren't for the ease of the services provided by Noble Mobile Notary Services, our client and his family may have not had the smooth transition that they did in our client's last days. Thank you for such wonderful service and we will most definitely be using your services in the future!! read more
