Tamarra stretched this whole thing out for over a year plus (mind you she never finished the job) while feeding us bullshit excuses she thought a brain damaged handicapped man and his overwhelmed elderly mother trustee would buy along with dog shit quality client deliverables, first year law students can't be this fucking low quality. For real, her work dog shit, she gave us a final copy of the trusts with errors and someone else's name not mine, then lied saying it was an original document when we know damn well you plug and chugged into a template after that. The living will was all kinds of screwed up and barely resembled the things I said in the meeting about what I wanted, 50% was the wrong information! The office is also full of incompetent idiots. They don't know how to mail anything...like they can't figure out how to do postage so it required us to pay the difference that we had to Hound her about getting back. Her office manager doesn't know how the mail works either, the whole place struggles with it all and can't figure out how to write checks and lie to us using the cliché "check's in the mail!" excuse without ever giving the tracking number until we got real angry. Do yourself a favor and run like the plague from this firm, I can't believe this place is in business and Tamarra hasn't been disbarred for this kind of level of incompetence. Over the years, I have had a few unpleasant exchanges with her over my mail/packages and today was the last straw. Well, I was expecting a package from Canada which was due to arrive on Feb 4/26. The items were for my brother's funeral so when I received an email from these people that my package had arrived, I swung by to pick it up. It was not the correct package so I tracked the package on my phone and saw that it was refused by the receiver (UPS @ 2451 Cumberland). I explained to her that the package coming in from Canada may require a custom fee. She (Kirsten) admitted that earlier in the day she refused a package because they didn't have any cash on hand however, she didn't bother to look at the name of the receiver or inquire what the cost was. I found that rather odd and off putting but didn't bother to question her further. She suggested I call the 1-800. I got in my car and did just that. The cost was $44.99. I immediately called back the store and spoke to Kirsten's dad (older man). I asked him how they would handle packages that required Custom Fees/COD. Her Dad explained that their 'protocol' for packages requiring Custom Fees or COD are: They would call the customer (myself) and confirm whether I wanted them to accept and pay for it on my behalf and then I would in turn reimburse them. My package was redeliverd on Feb 6/26. I went in to pick it up and asked the dad for clarification on why his daughter (Kirsten), would refuse a package without looking at the name and wouldn't even bother to follow 'protocol' given the fact that, yes, I've been a customer for nearly 20yrs. He staunchly defended her saying that maybe my name was not on the package, that I should have given them a heads up about the custom fees and blah blah blah. Sir, I just spoke to you a couple days ago about your protocol!!! None of this sat well with me so I returned by mailbox key and demanded a refund on my mailbox. The only thing consistent in this place is POOR, UNFRIENDLY, SURLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

These people really rock as far as knowing how to please a customer. UPS store is to the left of the cleaners and to right of the Publix grocery store I will continue to come here as long as I can.

I arrived around lunch time and it was pretty busy but the line moved faster than any other post office I've been to, the ladies are efficient. There is free street parking and several spots in their parking lot, it is a very tight space and I'm thankful I drive a compact car. The worker that checked me out was pleasant. I was a little confused by them not placing a fragile sticker on my package although I answered yes to the fragile question. I asked and was told they don't apply a fragile sticker but I've been to other offices and they have. I'm thankful my package arrived to the recipient on time and not broken. I will continue to drive to this office for postal services while I live on this side of town.
