Customer service 1-5 Visited this store to drop off an Amazon package. Unfortunately, they don't offer this service. Fair enough! Upon entering the store, there was one customer and two workers The young man was attending to a customer, and there was another worker in a chair on her phone. when I walked in, she looked up never greeted me, and went back to her phone. Customer Sevice at this location ris dead. Luckily there's so many other places that I can obtain service from that have great customer service. Unfortunately this is not one of them . This is the best Mailboxes I've gone to for different reasons since 2016. The employee is very helpful. The store is clean, and most common questions have the answer on signs. Everything is priced so you can see it. They also have products for marketing, or for you personally. Hat's, shirts, signs, and other items you don't know you need until you see it. Do not go here for your shipping needs. While the couple that runs the store is friendly and polite, they are price gouging their shipping services using their own proprietary computer system. I was just given a price of $130 and some change for a USPS Priority Mail Express shipment, and $72 and some change for regular USPS Priority Mail. I was also told that I could not get Signature Confirmation on the cheaper USPS price, and that it was only available on the more expensive service. This did not sound right to me, as I did a quick price check on USPS.com beforehand. I walked out, and using the exact package weight they provided (which was accurate, surprisingly enough), USPS.com showed an estimated price of around $30 for Priority Mail with the services that I needed. I instead drove to a different shipping provider, one that is by the Publix on Wade Green Road, and got the same exact Priority Mail service with Shipping Confirmation and the other services I needed, for $32.15. Go to that place, or to the US Post Office that's on the corner of 92 and Wade Green Road instead. Mail Boxes Unlimited on Bells Ferry Road is run by complete scammers. read more

I have used this place for so long for four of my businesses and the old and new owners for the past 6 years have been great here! Matter of fact they handle all of my yearly Christmas and end of year gifting with the best aplomb! Love the fact that they are so easy to deal with and have handled even the hardest things I have had to get shipped or sent to me, including safes!!! Cannot brag on this store enough and truly is one of those great finds that you run across at times! read more

This is just a terrific shipping and Facility for office services. The staff is courteous and helpful and will even bring your boxes in from the car for shipping if you ask. This is locally owned and the new owners started several months ago at this location. I highly recommend this shipping facility located in the Publix shopping center at 575 and Bells ferry rd in Kennesaw. read more
