I have visited several ups stores and this one is my favorite! I have used this store several times and each time I am even more amazed than the last. I have ordered from this store for the past two years and they always deliver. They have a quick turnaround, quality design staff and high quality work. They will even reach out to you before printing your order if they think it needs updates, the paper quality could be better or anything to make it absolutely perfect. So far, I order all of my business items from them. They print cards, pop up banners, envelopes, letters, flyers, all types of brochures and more. I've referred several people to them and will continue to refer all of my clients. Let's not forget they have such amazing customer service that Michelle has delivered to me a million times and always with a smile. I will continue to use this store. Not only are they always nice and bubbly, but the product is always flawless. I enjoy doing business with local business owners who you can almost always find working their store. There's always a personal touch when working with Kyle or Michelle and their staff is unmatched. If you need great prints, designs, a mailbox or plain ol shipping go visit them! So, if you have a UPS account number and wish to ship a package from this location, they can't do it. They will only ship if you have a 'house' account from that store. The staff was friendly and attentive, but to not offer the basic service that the name of your store is associated with is asinine. So, I will not be returning here and advise others to not go here. I also advise the the owner to change the name to 'The non-affiliated UPS Store' as not to waste my (and others) time. read more

Where do I start? Their printed product is always perfect, and if it's even possible, their service and dedication to the customer are even better than their work. From rush jobs on weekends and late evenings, personal deliveries, and early morning design sessions... to custom die-cut pieces, signage, booklets, and more, they have been delivering nonstop value to our office since day one. I highly recommend that you use this store for all of your printing needs. I have been a boxholder here since 2013. In the 2 1/2 years I've been here, I have been treated to some superior examples of attentive, courteous, and professional customer service. The franchise owner, Kyle, has done an excellent job recruiting and training team members. In fact, last year, I lured one of them away to come work for my company, I was that impressed with his skillful service under pressure observing him with customers so many times. The store is always clean, well-organized, and hosts an array of packing, shipping, and printing services. I've never used them for printing, but I have shipped many times. They take care to make sure outbound packages are properly labeled and securely sealed. I like how, as a boxholder, they send me an email for received packages. Their 24/7 lobby access is convenient to get mail from my box after they've closed. I can't think of anything they could do to improve - which is why they've earned 5 stars from me on this review. If you live or work near this location and you've been thinking about getting a mailbox, I cannot recommend this team more highly. read more

The place and service is fine, but they are not supporting efforts to protect people from continuing to spread COVID-19. They do not require employees to wear masks, nor do they have safety protocols in place such as plexiglass to protect customers from the employees who choose not to wear masks. If there was a little due diligence to simply try and keep people safe I would have given them a higher rating. read more

I was just in there getting something scanned. Apparently they no longer PDF . So they scan to one of their computers in the store and you are supposed to attach it to your email and email to whomever. Well I didn't understand the directions and I wasn't given any. Sales girl scanned and walked away to the back. I got on to their computer and when I needed help no one was around to help me. Apparently talking about women shoes was more important than helping a customer. read more

The stores location is great,but they charge you a aelrm and a leg for the service they provide. US first class stamp is $.46 at the post office, why does it cost $.65 at this location? Just saying! read more
