An irrational gentleman, decided to email the store about having prints completed before 11:30 p.m. (probably meant a.m.) and when he arrived before that time, he expected his prints to be completed ahead of every other customer who was already there who was in front of him. He made a fool of himself yelling and talking over Tarana about his obliviously selfish priority, ripped up his prints in the store, threatened to leave bad reviews, and left. Just putting this out there as a lot of irrational stupid people are allowed to leave bad reviews when they are in fact insufferable people.

She was training him on how to process packages, but instead of being patient and encouraging, she spoke to him in a harsh, demeaning manner in front of customers. It was clear that her behavior was making him extremely nervous, which only caused him to make more mistakes. As a customer, I felt compelled to speak up. I respectfully told her that when someone is being yelled at or spoken to harshly, it often makes them anxious and more likely to make mistakes. I suggested that she be more patient and treat him with kindness. Unfortunately, she was very dismissive and showed no interest in hearing my concerns. No employee deserves to be treated with disrespect, especially someone who is new and still learning. Publicly embarrassing an employee in front of customers is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable environment for everyone in the store. Good leadership is built on patience, professionalism, and respect, not intimidation. To the young man, if you ever happen to read this: please remember that you deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. No job is worth enduring humiliation or abuse. I sincerely hope you find a workplace where you are valued and encouraged to grow. I hope the owner reflects on how she treats her employees, because the way staff are treated says a great deal about a business.

To make matters worse, this facility advertises that it is climate controlled but on most days the temps on the 4th floor are well above 80 degrees! And we aren't in peak summer yet! So stay away! Horrible customer service, AC issues on the 4th floor will ruin your stored items and crazy pricing!
