I have been going to this UPS store for years. Tarana is always amazing, quick, and efficient with her customers. An irrational gentleman, decided to email the store about having prints completed before 11:30 p.m. (probably meant a.m.) and when he arrived before that time, he expected his prints to be completed ahead of every other customer who was already there who was in front of him. He made a fool of himself yelling and talking over Tarana about his obliviously selfish priority, ripped up his prints in the store, threatened to leave bad reviews, and left. Just putting this out there as a lot of irrational stupid people are allowed to leave bad reviews when they are in fact insufferable people. read more

I resurrected my Yelp account to make sure as many people as possible avoid this location and want to add my review to the others. I had a friend overnight ship something to me, which cost hundreds of dollars as I was told there would be a refund if not delivered as promised. It did not show up as promised. For the past four months, we have been trying to get a refund. All we have been met with is diversion from a very rude person. We are waiting on the check was said to us for months. We will tell you when the check is here. Now, we are being told we picked up the check and signed for it. Calling UPS Corporate says a check arrived months ago. I do believe her goal is to wear us down to the point we give up and reading all of these reviews of poor customer service I believe that even more I would not trust this location whatsoever with anything you find important. So if you look at the reviews they are for one employee in particular. Today on 11/18 I had the worst encounter I've experienced with UPS. I came in to return a package with a supplied return label. I first asked if they had tape so that I could ensure the package was properly closed. She told me very condescendingly that "of course they have tape this is UPS". I then reiterated I was trying to clarify if they would tape the package or if I needed to. She cut me off and told me take a picture of the package. I did and she takes the package and stated they also don't normally print the labels. I let her know that's not what the instructions regarding the return stated. She printed the label, and threw the package on a pile. I stayed there and again stated that the package needed to be taped and if she couldn't do it, I'd take it back. She ignored me and then proceeded to say "as a courtesy they will do it this time but don't try this during the holidays". I was beyond appalled. She then proceeds to continue helping another customer and states she will do it at some point. To avoid further disruption to this business I left but filed a complaint with UPS. It is the dark haired Indian woman and she is beyond rude and nasty. There are years of negative reviews on this one employee and the fact that her behavior has not changed is indicative of how the owner allows this store to be ran. Would leave zero stars but that wasn't an option! I have used this store for a while because it is the closest to my home. Lately I have been going out of my way to go to another one. The owner is usually rude. she talks down to you and her employees. She complains about every customer after they leave. I return a lot of things from Amazon I had made up my mind to ask if she doesn't get reimbursed enough from that business because she acts like she could do without my business. No matter how nice i've been she always responds annoyed as if it's a bother to even ask her a question then she give smartass answers. This store is close to my home and staff has always been nice HOWEVER there is one BAD BAD BAD APPLE the lady tannra who works there is beyond stressed snappy and absolutely the rudest person I've ever come across in any business especially customer service jobs. The manager became in raged at 1 customer who asked her to be patient and stop speaking so rudely. The Customer did not raise her voice, she paid for her mail and was out the door. At this point the manager was still furious that someone put her in her place and said that her poor customer service will be reported. Now all remaining customers including me and my 3 year old are still targets for her. She went around asking each person if you do not agree that I am helping you nicely, then I am not processing your service. She ranted, and yelled, threaten the new employee Joshua and said he better not come back if he agrees with what the customer is saying about her rude behavior. She kept throwing stuff on the floor so he can pick it up. As I am trying to wrap up my computer work she repeats that she is done taking customers so we all can go else where. This was definitely racially driven because she unlocked the door for two white customers who walked in after and her tone became polite. I've been in this store on at least 10 occasions. Sometimes for Amazon returns, others for shipments, etc. Luckily, I've usually been serviced by a college aged person who has always been pleasant and helpful. But on several occasions, I've seen the OWNER be abrupt, condescending and downright rude to other customers. Today it was my turn. I was initially helped by a young lady. My Amazon return today was supposed to be packaged (not the norm and I didn't know) so I bought a large mailing envelope to complete the return. Amazon return done. Next, I had a box with a pre-paid return shipping label. I mistakenly thought it was UPS, but it was USPS. My Bad. Hoping to avoid a trip to the post office, I asked how much it would cost for me to just pay for the shipment. After measuring everything, evaluating the contents, etc, she says they can't do it because it's a USPS parcel return center. At this point I've wasted 10 minutes. Then she says I can just leave it there and the post office will pick it up tomorrow. WHAT?! So, I'm thinking why didn't you lead with that - hmmm? Now all I need is one 10 inch (I kid you not!) piece of packing tape to close the box, then I'll throw on the pre-paid label and I'll be done, right? Oh no! She won't give me 10 inches of tape and (from the back of the room), the manager loudly pipes in "It makes us liable." Meanwhile, teenage barbie says, "We can sell you tape." Now I'm pissed (this should have been so easy). So I said to the manager, "You can't give me 10 inches of clear packing tape so I can close this box, but you can keep this box in your store overnight?" And the manager says yes, we won't have any tracking information and therefore we won't be liable in any way." I still can't believe it. Who does that? She does want customers right? So, I picked up my box, payed for my envelope. Thanked Barbie for her help and told her to tell her manager I'd never be back. Tara a and her staff are so sweet, helpful and friendly. We have used this store for shipping packages as well as graduation signs and banners over the past five plus years. Tara a has always been so attentive and accommodating. She takes extra time to personally ask about my family and me. I recently mailed a very expensive fragile piece of art to Italy. I was worried about sending it but Tatiana assured me she would give it extra care and attention. And sure enough, it got there safe and sound. Totally recommend this store! read more

Horrible experience today. I was treated like an errant child while trying to get some personal business taken care of. She yelled at me for not printing things out correctly and started slamming things around. Very rude woman runs this store. I dread visiting. I try not to give them my business and only use them for pre labeled packages.. Sign up for an account online and print your own labels. You will save money and they only get a small fee for drop offs. She never says thank you and always makes you feel as if you are bothering her. Echoing the other reviews - Extremely volatile, rude, condescending woman/manager - Tarana. Several customers and employees witnessed her treating an elderly customer poorly. Rolling her eyes at the customer, raising her voice, and humiliating her. This manager spouted disparaging remarks about customers and attempted to disguise her nastiness with a "have a blessed day!" She even spoke to the younger employees in an unacceptable manner. This clearly is a pattern of this manager - and not just one bad day. Its surprising that UPS would want this person representing them when there are so many other shipping options to choose from. The manager is very rude and disrespectful to customers. I called and she intentionally hangs up the phone in my face. I called back to address the fact that she hung up in my face and she then tells me that she is busy with customers inside of the store and says that she's taking care of them before me because they actually decided to come inside of the store unlike myself as if i didn't matter. I'm still a customer whether i decide to call or come inside the store shouldn't matter and this manager shouldn't be allowed to treat people this way. This manager also seems very comfortable with being nasty to customers as if no one from corporate will find out because when i asked for the number she refused to give it to me the first time then when i asked again she said she doesn't have a corporate number and tells me to find the corporate number on my own (with a horrible attitude & tone) before placing me on hold then intentionally hanging up the phone again. The manager's name starts with a T and i believe to be spelled TRANA which think may be a fake name given to complaining customers because there is no way this person can continue to get away with this type of behavior if that is her real name she needs to be fired immediately. I have been a customer at this location for over 8 years now and Tarana is more a friend than a business owner at this point. As others have said here, she is always pleasant and asks about my family by name. I have never had a bad experience there, until today when a customer behaved terribly toward her. Used bad language and caused a commotion. NOBODY should have to accept thug behavior, business owners included. B/c I had some choice words for her inside, This lovely patron waited for me outside and verbally assaulted me (&my family)in the parking lot. LOL- Classy. You know who you are. This store is our neighborhood friendly UPS store! I often see my neighbors in there and exchange pleasantries.
