The female manager roughly advised me that the fax was $4 and I would have to wait for the previous customers fax to go through. Shes sending 16 pages its on page 5...ABRUPT but OK. Next customer comes in...shes so friendly and her tone is nice. They chat. Now..the manager KNOWS you cant send all 16 pages at once or the fax will fail. So WHY DIDNT SHE INFORM HER STAFF??? The fax fails. Now the customer wants to add a cover sheet. Now they need to locate the fax number and send TWO sets of 8 pages. Ms. Manager is so helpful and attentive to Becky. While Becky is filling out the cover sheet and fumbling for the fax number I ask if she would send my TWO pages. Ms. Manager is back to her ABRUPT voice as she informs me no. OK. No problem I will send the fax later. A GOOD LEADER makes sure the staff is informed of issues and challenges....they dont hoard info to ridicule and then rescue. No wonder this location has 3 stars.

I have ordered from this store for the past two years and they always deliver. They have a quick turnaround, quality design staff and high quality work. They will even reach out to you before printing your order if they think it needs updates, the paper quality could be better or anything to make it absolutely perfect. So far, I order all of my business items from them. They print cards, pop up banners, envelopes, letters, flyers, all types of brochures and more. I've referred several people to them and will continue to refer all of my clients. Let's not forget they have such amazing customer service that Michelle has delivered to me a million times and always with a smile. I will continue to use this store. Not only are they always nice and bubbly, but the product is always flawless. I enjoy doing business with local business owners who you can almost always find working their store. There's always a personal touch when working with Kyle or Michelle and their staff is unmatched. If you need great prints, designs, a mailbox or plain ol shipping go visit them! Don't forget they deliver and even ship anywhere you need your items sent.

The employees always seem to be eager to please which, I have to say - with all they have to do to make sure everyone's packages go exactly where they should, when they should, with no errors at a fair price, I would not be able to do so happily - especially in December. These are good people who care.

I could understand if I was not prepared but he insisted that i could get one return receipt over and over again while rolling his eyes. I didn't feel the need to have to go into explaining my need for separate receipts ( non of his business) . If you don't like your job don't take it out on customers ! I took a picture of my receipts to send to my customers and he didn't like that I took a picture of the receipts. He said, there is no need Ma'am to take a picture of the return and then mumbled something as he put his head down shaking it. When I asked his name, he said "Richard, why ma'am did I do something wrong?" Nobody asks that question unless you know you did something wrong.
