One Star (Would Give Zero if I Could) I've been a loyal customer at this UPS location for four years and have never had an experience like I did today. Based on the drastic difference in service, I can only assume there is new ownership or management. The two employees working were dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist with a simple shipping issue. There was no effort to offer solutions, not even suggesting a larger box when it was clearly needed. The attitude alone made the interaction uncomfortable. After years of consistent business, this was extremely disappointing. Something has clearly changed here, and not for the better. If this is the new standard, it's unfortunate. read more

Open on time! Our time is valuable and we expect that stores adhere to their posted business hours. It is 8:40 and the store is supposed to be open at 8:30. Multiple people have walked up expecting to be able to go in. This is business you are turning away simply because your employees can't be there on time to open. read more

I'm writing this because I have yet to have a positive experience at this location and I come about once a week. They open at 8:30 and the two times I've been there at opening, they're at least 10 minutes late in opening the doors, but that's not worth writing the negative review. I'm writing the review because today I came in with 3 Amazon returns. They were screenshots from my husband's account on a black phone background and the rep at the desk said his scanner gun wouldn't work. I couldn't reach my husband to send me alternate photos because he was at the airport and I also was heading out of town so we don't have another opportunity to return. The guy behind the desk was basically like "oh well nothing I can do." I suggested printing the UPS QR codes that his scan gun wouldn't take and trying that. He reluctantly printed them. I cut them out and put them against a white background and they scanned. He told me he would have to charge me for the print - $1.99 for two sheets of paper because his scan gun won't scan a UPS QR code. I said I'm absolutely not okay with paying that and he backed off. But the fact that your equipment won't work properly, zero care of effort put into troubleshooting, and then trying to charge me when I have everything prepaid UPS that wouldn't require printing if you're machinery operated correctly is just WILD. This is the closest UPS store to my house and I ship multiple times a week, but I have zero desire to return. Updating my review based on the rude response from the owner. I didn't state it was today that the store wasn't opened on time since I wasn't there at opening. Just that I've been there twice and the store hasn't opened. The only reason the employee did extra work was because I tried troubleshooting this issue. He did it reluctantly and with an attitude. If your scanner can't read a QR code, invest in a better scanner. Don't make it the customer's fault. He was dismissive to me at best and this response is a total lack of accountability. read more

STOP! Save yourself time, money, and trouble! The owner of this shop, Rao Umarkhan is a crook. His business promised me over the phone that a medical device would be sent next day air which I paid for. He used a sneak tactic and really the product would not arrive until 4 days later even though I paid the $107 dollars for overnight shipping. I had to send my teenage son in to ship the medical device since I was no longer in town. Since my son signed for it they would not issue the refund. Since I would no longer be in the town that it was shipping to I had to stop shipment and return to the establishment. I have spend hours on the phone with Rao and UPS trying to resolve this matter and I'm just simply out the $107. So basically I spent $107 to not be able to sleep for 4 nights and get ripped off by this crook. read more

Poor customer service. I requested four bottles of wine to be packaged to ship as checked baggage on an airline (yes, United state's that this is permissible). There were two workers in the store and the store was empty. The worker assisting me stated that he didn't know how to pack fragile items and that I would have to wait until Monday. Great service. There are two young men who usually wait on me. They go out of their way to help. They will take the time to find the most inexpensive way to mail my packages. They are friendly, efficient and professional. Never had a bad experience there. read more

I had trouble with this store. The guy working was very slow and did not seem like he understood technology. The computer system was also very slow, and I was unable I get something printed that I needed before I needed to leave. I was extremely unhappy. I usually use the UPS store down Dallas Hwy at Mars Hill and have been extremely happy over there. read more

Who does this and why, Just got a call from my wife telling me they unwrapped her gift to her family so they could add bubble wrap to it and then they used packaging tape to reuse the gift wrapping. They then took the re-wrapped gift and wrapped it with bubble wrap and put in a bigger box (The only thing originally necessary). read more
