Absolutely terrible. The level of unprofessionalism is actually kind of impressive, but in a mind blowingly bad kind of way. Turn around, back out slowly, or hit your back button and do not trust FedEx, and especially this store, with anything you need to ship. I was able to come in and out of the location in less than a minute. The associate that helped me was very friendly and was multitasking. That doesn't offend me, but it seems like some of the reviews here people expect undivided attention in a very busy industry. I cannot recommend this place enough. I wish I could give FedEx as a whole a negative rating! This company is scamming its customers by allowing us to pay for priority and overnight shipping and not fulfilling the time frame obligations! Not only that, they provide constant misinformation about packages and allow their drivers to initiate UNAUTHORIZED future delivery dates for packages because the drivers simply do not want to run their routes! This is very inconvenient to their customers and companies that contract with them as their primary mode of delivery! This company lacks integrity and does not appreciate its loyal customers. Not entirely sure what I was expecting here. And while I know it might seem silly to write a review about a FedEx store, I'm begging you to try to go anywhere else. Or hell, hand deliver the item yourself. You're bound to have a much better experience. I receive a door tag at my home with a big X written in pen and this location's address circled, indicating I missed a delivery I wasn't expecting, but now I'd have to go pick it up after 6pm. So, after work and after I pick my daughter up from daycare, I drive out of our way to go retrieve this mysterious package. Now mind you, my husband works late so it was up to me and the rambunctious toddler to go pick it up. As I arrive, a gentleman is assisting a man who can't seem to remember the address he wants to send his package to. My toddler starts trying to jump out of my arms because she is a kid and well, isn't patient. I continue to chase her around the store waiting for this knucklehead to get his packages shipped. Meanwhile, a woman comes out from the back with a clipboard and instead of greeting me, asking if I've been helped, or even reassured me I'd be helped soon, she just stared alternatively between her clipboard and me struggling to keep my toddler in my arms. And then the line behind me gets longer and longer and longer. She doesn't seem to care. It's finally my turn. I hand over the door slip, which has no instructions, no details, no nothing, except that I'd have to pick up the package at this location to the associate. He asks me for my ID. I hand over my ID and explained to him that is from Texas because I JUST MOVED HERE. So while I try to pull up an email with a bill representing my new address and trying to catch my toddler from leaping out of my arms, the clipboard associate, we'll assume she's the manager, comes over to tell me that I can't pick up the package because the package isn't addressed to me. It was addressed to my husband. Let me tell you how asinine that is: 1) If there were limitations as to who could pick up the package, the door tag needs to indicate WHO can pick it up. (The clipboard manager proceeded to tell me that the delivery people, who attempt delivery and scribble on door tags don't have TIME to write out who the package is for. In what universe is two seconds of writing the recipient's name more valuable than my time of having to drive to pick up a package, sitting in traffic, waiting in line, chasing around a baby, and being talked down to at a fedex office? If only my husband could pick up the package, then it should indicate this.) 2) My husband works late and cannot retrieve the package during their pick up window of 6pm-8:30pm. 3) She offered no resolution, stating they can't know who lives at these addresses, so because he wasn't present, they couldn't turn the package over to me, nor would she say who the sender was. The kicker for me is, if I were home to sign for this mystery package, I GUARANTEE you the fedex person - who has very limited time, so limited that they can't write the package recipient on the door tag - wouldn't ask me who I was or what my relationship was to the recipient. I'd only ever use them if they were a last resort. This Issue: Ordered a pet bed from Purple.com three weeks ago. Called Purple.com, and they said it was supposed to have arrived no later than last Thursday. FedEx sent me a confirmation that the package would arrive by end of day Friday. I Took off work for it. At 5:40p Friday I get an updated email that the package would now be delivered by end of business day on Monday. I get a call this morning (Monday) from a local distribution center employee stating that they have my package, but they're not delivering it today. They said they'll deliver it by end of day tomorrow, Tuesday. Checked the tracking -- my package will just be sitting around in a local distribution center for two days. I called Purple.com back and said if it's delayed again, I am cancelling my order and will refuse to purchase anything from Purple.com again unless they switch couriers. read more

I had a super important package that I paid $25 extra for to insure it would be here today, a Saturday. When I woke up at 10:30 this morning to check the status I saw it was delayed due to it listing that the driver was unable to drop it off even though they made no attempt- I checked with the leasing office. I called and a representative named Alex told me that she spoke with "tracking services" who said the driver would re-deliver my package by 1:00PM and she put in a request to have the driver call me to insure I get it. No call, check status again, and it changed to "delivery by end of day" when I needed it before 2PM. I call again and another rep tells me I was lied to, and that I can either pick it up at a location TWENTY FIVE mins out, or wait and hope it comes today. I finally said my fiancé could pick it up and asked if this was okay, I asked three times and he PROMISED me all he needed was the tracking number. He gets to the pickup, and lady says since I can only get it. I had to FaceTime her with my ID for her to give it to him, only for the package to come RIPPED OPEN!!! read more

I attempted to return some $400 Porsche sunglasses back to Neiman Marcus but the FedEx man that helped me on 3/15/22 at 825pm provided horrible customer service and sent my Porsche sunglasses somewhere else and not to Neiman Marcus. I've been going to and receiving packages from this station since early 2019. The main thing I've noticed is the team is stable. I've been seeing the same 4-5 people since coming to this location. This speaks to the culture and low turnover. They're all nice and friendly, unless you're pushy. I think people have to understand that this is not an in and out location. It's not a retail location (FedEx Office). As it's a Ship Center, they do oneeee thing here, handling shipping in the entire Metro-Marietta area (Kennesaw included). They're receiving packages like crazy and it's not the personnel's fault at the front desk if your package doesn't deliver. That's like being mad at the Popeyes staff because Popeyes ran out of chicken. Give them a break. They do not get paid enough to deal with rude people who don't understand their job scope. Anywho, I have nothing but good things to say about this location. The drivers on my route are funny and so nice, as well. Tip #1: If you want to make your life easier, create and print all your labels online and then you can be in and out at this location. But if everybody comes and they have to do what you can do yourself, guess how much longer the wait times will be? Tip #2: Packages get lost. Its unfortunate but it happens. Insure your packages and make sure packages sent to you are insured (covering the actual value). Them asking what's the value of your package is not a scam. If the contents are worth $1500, say that. Don't say $100 and then the package gets lost and you're only able to get a refund up to $100!! FedEx handles billions per year. It's no one fault at any Ship Center nor Office & Print. Especially not those at the freaking front desk. You're going to have understand that and be understanding to the team. They're not your enemies. Tip #3: If you want to try to figure out detailed whereabouts of your package, call the 1800-go-fedex and get to a representative. This person is NOT going to tell you truly what you need to know. Them folks be lying and I lowkey think they're trained to get you off the phone as quick as possible. At any rate, ask and INSIST to open a trace. Once the trace is opened, the Superheroes in Memphis will give you a call and do whatever they can to help you. If they don't call, after about 4-6 hours, call again and when you get to the first rep, ask to be transferred to the trace department. Tell them you already have a trace open. The fed ex customer service was horrible. It took me days to get in contact with somebody regarding a package I canceled for delivery regarding my phone. Even after canceling the package was still on it's way to my old address. When calling customer service they refused to change the shipping address to my current address or hold the package so I could pick it up even after I explained the situation. There solution was to try and pick it up at my old address in which I don't know who lives there and it's not like I have a key.Now I lost my money I paid to deliver the package which was $21 and a $250 phone as well. I wouldn't recommend using fedex because they have no way to solve these type of issues your shit out of luck if this happens. I ship medical supplies almost daily and every time I come here, there's only one person at the front desk-you'd think they learn. Its hard to review a service center you don't go to often but I'll give you some tips. When you pull up it looks like its just a shipping center but its a hub to pick up your packages. If you need to pick up a package because you need to supply ID and sign for it, make sure your ID matches the delivery address. If not then bring a bill with you. They won't give you the package without this info. You can come and pick up Fedex supplies. Lots of parking. I got there and waited about 7 minutes and the Fedex rep apologized for my wait. I was perfectly fine so that added a nice touch. read more

I have had two package deliveries not delivered to me on the expected date because of drivers who don't try. The first package was my car tags and I was at home at the time they said they tried to deliver. The leasing office was also open. The second package scheduled for delivery I was also at home and the driver said that the leasing office refused the package because of signature but the package did not require a signature! Neither time did the driver come directly to my apartment number that is listed on the packages. I have had to call both times and there is not a direct number to the location. read more

Came as requested to pick up a package, but the guy at the front desk said he couldn't leave the desk to get the package. The managers were supposedly in a meeting, so I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come out, only to be told that they didn't have the people to sort through the container, this is after FedEx told us that they checked with this office and it was okay to come to pick it up. I strongly advise people who need accuracy in the delivery of their packages to not consider Fed Ex under any circumstances - three days and they keep sending it to an address they were told not to send it to and to hold it at a Fed Ex facility ... obviously too difficult for them to understand and follow. Three calls to the 800 number this evening and three times the "supervisor" couldn't complete the call and it "disconnected". So now we know they have a pathetic phone system as well. The experience would have been fine except they appear to constantly play Fox News in the office. So to start, I ordered a laptop online, and it required that I sign for the package on delivery. I'm fine with that. However, I was not able to receive my package and so the driver left a slip that would allow me to sign on the slip so I would not have to be present to sign for my package, great! This is where the trouble starts. I decided that I wanted my package today, so I went online to schedule a pickup at my local fed ex center. I look on the slip to see if it had any pertinent info, all it had was the address of the center the next town over. Then I tried the website. That was my biggest mistake. If anyone is thinking about fed ex, pray to God you are there to receive your package the first time. The website is a broken mess that says you don't have to register then makes you register anyway, but wait! You can't register because you don't have your account number and there are no clues as to what that number might be. It's not your tracking number or the number on your slip! It is also not emailed to you, and no fed ex, I don't want to know WHY I need it, I want to know what it is! Overall horrible experience and still no idea when my package will be ready for me to pickup as the website simply says it isn't. I gave this one star because there was no option for 0. Don't use if you can avoid it, use ups or usps, atleast then you'll be able to use the website. read more
