If I could give no stars, I would. The older black man who works there needs to be trained on customer service or not work at the front servicing customers. He is very rude and aggressive in his tone and made me feel unsafe approaching the desk for mailing assistance on (2/6/26). Not only was he rude to me, but I witnessed him being rude to another customer as well. He loudly told people to use self service even when they clearly needed help and became impatient when questions were asked. He also yelled at an older gentleman who needed guidance, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. His behavior was aggressive and uncomfortable to witness. Customer service should be respectful and helpful. This experience was unacceptable. Need thorough training in customer service or be removed from front facing customers. read more

Stopped in UPS to ship 3 packages to the same address. This location had 3 people working, two young men that appeared to be under training by a female employee named Naiah. I requested to send these 3 small packages the most cost effective route. Naiah proceeded to process my 3 small boxes with a combined weight of 4.30 lbs. Each box was then labeled and packaged and sent- all arriving different days, for nearly $50. If that's the cost, that's the cost- I wasn't that concerned, until AFTER Naiah processed my transaction and advised I could have combined all the boxes in one larger box and sent that for nearly 1/3 the cost. I immediately felt cheated and annoyed she didn't communicate that when I asked what we be the most cost effective route to send all the packages to the same address. She had a flat affect disposition and was completely indifferent to my situation. Customer service at this location has fallen off in recent years. I would recommend ANY other location, unless you don't mind getting hustled and then reminded after the fact it could've been cheaper. The smug attitude when I was polite and respectful was the most irritating- I will never go back to this location. Buyer beware. read more

I called several times about getting a copy of a receipt for a shipment I sent a couple of weeks ago. I was told I would get a call back but never did. I went into the store and waited in line for 20 minutes. When I got to the counter I was told they don't have time. It was a business expense and I desperately needed a receipt for reimbursement. Terrible customer service as they will spend 15 minutes working with the customer in front of me and won't even give me 1 minute. I really love the store and the owner, however the staff is sometimes a bit rude. I've had a couple bad interactions with one of the young ladies who works there. I learned through some of the other reviews, her name is Jaya and other customers have had similar interactions. I don't know how she's been working there as long as she has. Her attitude is very distasteful and makes me not want to give my business which is unfortunate, because I truly love the owners character. I wish it was possible to leave zero stars. I was denied coverage on a package shipped to a client that I packed WITH an employee. When the package arrived the item was completely destroyed and will cost nearly $1100 to fix. The reason for denied coverage stated, "cause the shipper did not meet the packaging requirements." Why even take my money for insurance knowing that the package would not meet requirements? Smells like fraud. read more

I rent a mailbox at this location while I wait for my new home to "Close," and I've found the services I use here are generally the best. The Notary Public, in particular, is efficient and expedient. I also understand that the location draws a crowd because of the proficiency of the small staff. The service here is way above that of the USPS location in the same zip code. Please don't make the mistake of not checking or reading reviews before choosing this store. That's what I did. I figured, it's a UPS Store, they want my business, it's owned by someone that lives in the community, what could go wrong! Try your mail is mis-delivered, you will be met by phone and in person by the same worker that doesn't want to be there and acts as though YOU are bothering HIM. Forget the fact that it's his job. It's not worth it. Each time I go to check my mail, I have someone else's mail...even when their box number is CLEARLY on the envelope. So that makes me think, someone else has my mail. I once got mail for someone that has the same first name as mine. My thought, "Seriously?!?! Because this just makes sense, right?" Do not go there. It's scary because I have received bank statements, credit card statements and who knows what else that is not addressed to me. After spending over $100 and dealing with the nonsense and rudeness for 2-3 months, I went and opened a PO Box at a local USPS box. They (well, at least mine) will give you a street address now, will accept packages on your behalf, and (with the app) will alert you of packages received. This place gives UPS Stores a bad name. Please choose another location...Galleria and Delk Road are both great spots. Just don't trust this location. read more

I obtained a UPS box because my packages were mysteriously missing at my apartment complex (usually delivered to the wrong apartment). Over the last 2 years, I've always received excellent customer service and I'm always greeted by name. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. Terry always takes a bit of time to chat to see and if not busy, he will go retrieve my package(s) before I can get into the store! DONOT have your packages shipped to this location!!! Went there to pick up package. The individual (Malbrough) who supposedly signed for the package said it wasn't there, and that the driver may still have it. Went back the second day, the worker said the driver haven't made it yet, but the person that signed for the package (Malbrough) said he spoke to the driver yesterday. Very odd. I was told to give them a call to see if the driver still had the package. I called to the store and wasn't able to get through because it sent me straight to UPS customer service. This situation doesn't sit right with me. The tracking clearly states the package was SIGNED INSIDE the store by Malbrough who I spoke to in person who said the driver still have the package. How does the driver still have the package that YOU signed for? And if the driver still have the package, why did the driver scan the package before a proper handof. Got here at 8 am today September 6th, when they "open".... me and a stranger waited till 8:18, I went here because I would have enough time to still get to work. Unfortunately since they didn't show up, I and the stranger that was waiting, will be giving our business to Fed-Ex. I plan on contacting corporate where my father works. I went in to send a care package for my daughter and needed a box. I was easily given the box without knowing the cost. The young man said he could share the cost of the box until he got the weight of the package. Understandable. The shipping was around $35 but they tried to charge me $14.95 for the box. I asked Joseph was the box really $10.95 plus $4. He said , " Yes. It's for packing materials." I advised him that I did not use any packing materials. Only the box. I packed everything myself. He said it's for the peanuts and stuff. I explained again that there are no peanuts in my box. He took off the $4 but moved forward in charging me the $10.95! Unbelievable! I clearly saw the box was $4. He still charged me for packing materials. I challenged it again and he motioned for the next customer to move forward. I can go there for specialty printing, shipping and even just to send a fax. Even better is that they are super quick, they will definitely get you in and out, in a Jiffy! I just went to this store after work to return some Amazon things that I've meant to get around to for a while. The guy at the counter could not have been more unfriendly. He didn't greet me or say "hi." He just looked over in my direction when it was my turn. I said a friendly "hi" and that I needed to return stuff. While I was waiting, I had gotten my QR codes off Amazon for the things I was returning to make my transaction go as quickly as possible. When I walked up to the counter, he just pointed to the other side. Still not saying a word. While he was bagging and tagging the items, I couldn't remember if that's all I had to do or if I needed to sign anything. I awkwardly waited around to make sure. A while later, he handed me my receipt, and I said "thank you" and left. I don't get why I'm made to feel like using a service that Amazon and UPS agreed upon is the most preposterous thing ever. I also felt like I was infringing on this guy's personal time. I love this family owned franchise of USPS Store I have been a customer for 21 years only two owners all this time I think that speaks for the commitment. I have been a training coordinator and use the mail system a lot and also an ebayer. To complain about tape purchase how about go to the local post office if you are not sending priority there is no free tape. They charge $3 plus dollars and there is no free tape... I love having my mail handled by the staff here they never give me grief about not having my key they treat me like a valued customer. Thanks for the great service! read more

I never thought to read reviews for a UPS store. However, I dropped off an Amazon return today and the clerk told me they are not responsible for damages to the box. I've never had any other store give that disclaimer when dropping off returns. This is very concerning and I'm hoping my return makes it in one piece. The most unprofessional business I have ever been in! I go in with the intent of dropping off some packages to be shipped. The employee, who is too busy sitting on a back counter eating to stand up, just stares at me when I walk in. After about 30 seconds of staring, she says "what do you want?". I could go further into detail how unprofessional, rude and ineffective the service was, but that would be a waste of time. After 5 minutes of the employee being rude and insulting me, I took my packages and left. She made it obvious my business was not welcome. I use UPS, daily, for my business. Was charged $1 to tape an Amazon return box closed. I've never had this charge at any other UPS store. It needed 12 inches of tape at the most. Customer service was mediocre at best. This is the closest UPS store to my home and I will not be going there again. The customer service is despicable. Employees bark orders at you to put your items on the scale and you have to move them yourself. I also overheard employees dropping the F bomb multiple times and talking about when they are going to quit. I haven't had one good experience there yet and iv'e been there at least 10 times. Please know that a Christmas package did not make it to Mexico. It was shipped all the way back to Georgia. While I did not hold this store responsible for the shipping problem (a padded envelope of Christmas cards was damaged (?) and never shipped nor returned, the customer service that has stretched on for months afterward is a sorry tale. I never had any expectations from UPS. I simply determined that I would not ship with them again. However, the management of this store reached out to "do something to make it right." That offer was an out-right lie because they have asked for a receipt which I have provided only to email me five months after the screw-up to tell me that UPS doesn't have to reimburse. Again, I never sought reimburse. The store manager offered it and then confirmed that UPS had approved it in December. Run, don't walk to another store. I have a UPS box at 2450 Cumberland Pkwy and am so used to great customer service at that location. I ran into this one to drop off some UPS packages and was expecting to receive a Drop Off Slip that I normally get at the other location. The Franchise owner was very rude, did not look up from her chair for what seemed like a long time, and was very rude, saying I can just leave my boxes on the counter. I asked if I would be getting a Drop Off Slip, and she said "We don't do that." I was shocked! I was there a few weeks prior and their son printed one out for me! On another visit, they wanted to charge me for UPS boxes- which is a NO NO! They get those boxes for free from UPS and should not be charging customers for them! The employees are BEYOND RUDE at this location! I went in on Friday to mail a 10x10x10 1 pound box- the only reason why I went here instead of F-X is because I was right there at the Walgreens for cold medicine. As I walked in the empty store, I saw two employees behind the counter and neither of them acknowledged me. I stood at the counter with the lady looking at me, not saying a word. After awkward staring, I asked "Can I get this boxed and shipped?" She responded "OK" in an extremely rude manner, accompanied with an obvious eye roll. After packing it up and giving her the shipping information FOUR TIMES, she gave me a $15 and some change total, which I was okay with. She stated that the package would arrive by Tuesday and I agreed that timeframe was fine. Then she quickly said "BUT it's not guaranteed to get there Tuesday." Ummm what? I was confused..she said it would get there Tuesday and now you're telling me you can't guarantee it to get there Tuesday. I then said "Okay, as long as it's there no later than Thursday, that's fine." She said okay "$37 to get it there by Thursday." YES, she said $37 for a 1 pound box to get there in 6 days! How do you go from getting a package delivered for $15 on Tuesday and then changing it to $37 to get it there by Thursday?! I'm sorry but that's a scam and ludicrous to pay $37 for shipping a one pound box! I then made a call right in front of the employees to have someone check on a shipping price with F-X. As soon as I said the F-X company, the idiotic employee made a sigh sound along with her signature eye roll, as if I was forbidden to talk about another shipping company on the phone in front of them. Well, I'm glad I made that phone call, because it was $12 to get the package where I needed it to go and it was guaranteed to be there by Tuesday!
