They lost my package and the store tried to blame it on the mailman they supposed passed the package too. However, the package never left the facility & only shown that it was scanned in. Very negligent & kind of shady that they lied on someone else to shift blame. read more

Im just gonna admit, it makes my stomach ache to have to go into this location, but since they are nearest to my job, its quick, well, close for me when I need to ship something out and use my lunch break to handle the task. I have a UPS account and in the past, they had the waybills in the stores so recently I went in to ship something and was rudely told they'd never had them in store and I would need to print the label out and come back. I decided to go ahead and pay for the shipping and they guy acts like, he's doing me a favor to accept the package or my cash. I also don't like when there is a line, someone that is using the place as a mail drop, gets to skip the line to be let into their mailbox or pick up packages that are too big for their box. I didn't know it was against the rules to ship packages in boxes that have other branding or logo on them and spent $10 on an average size shipping box. I can't believe a shipping store charges $10 for a box, but this is America and I could have stood there and disputed the cost, but where would that had gotten me if the box actually does cost $10 There is generally a line and the folks that work here are in no rush to move it along. Honeslty, I have no idea why this UPS Store has a 1-star rating. They have all of the things you could possibly need to mail packages including, all sizes of boxes and envelopes, tape, sharpies, greeting cards and stamps. You can also rent a PO Box here. You can even ship packages nationally or internationally here, even overnight. I do think that having more than one employee would help the line move quicker, but in reality it's a great store. So don't listen to the other pessimistic reviews. read more

This location are nothing but THIEVES! In the state of GA you should not be charged more than $2 for a notary signature. They trick people into signing an oath that they did not ask for and charge $4 for a BY LAW $2 service. DON'T GET SWINDLED. They have been reported before and I will report them again! A "business" calling itself "Federal Safety Compliance Center, Inc" is running a scam out of Private Mailbox # 243 here, sending unsolicited "OSHA materials" to businesses and sending them invoices for $300.00 each (these materials are available for free on the OSHA website). Steve is aware that this is happening, and even told me this customer receives "dozens of checks per day" but isn't taking the necessary steps to report the behavior to the proper authorities. read more

Today is 2/10/2017 My package from amazon was delivered yesterday to a invisible door in the complex. So the delivery driver guy says. He delivered it to apt O. But may address apt# is Q. So that means somebody kept my truck hub assembly. This has happened twice with my packages bei g delivered! So them amazon c/s calls up United Parcel Service Customer woman Mrs.Joi with her deplorable attitude had to put her in check twice. **Hey Joi if your job is to stressful try changing your line of work. My review is not specifically for this store, but for the employee who helped me today. Her name is Jennifer and she is an extremely efficient, helpful, and customer-service oriented. I went in with a ridiculous package to be sent for a client (will not go into how ridiculous this was!); let's just say I've never had to ship anything like this and she was so good and fast at packing it up, I was grateful. It would be nice if the store actually opened when they say they're supposed to. Hours posted say they open at 9 am, however I've been by this location before and am currently sitting in front of it and it's after 9 am. Lights out, gate closed, door locked. Not open. Every time I have visited this store since I moved to Atlanta three years ago, Steve, Vince, and a lady whose name I cannot recall have provided quick, cordial, and efficient service. Rarely do I come across an employee who exhibits OUTSTANDING customer care as I have with Vince at our local UPS Store. He is always courteous and gets the job done. One evening when he was closing the store, I realized I had left some documents. Instead of ignoring me or mouthing "we're closed" when I came to the door, Vince went to the trouble of opening for me. I explained I left some documents, which he located and gave to me. He certainly did not have to, but he did and I was grateful. My spouse and I use the store regularly and even when the store is lined with customers, I find it obvious that the employees do their best to efficiently give their full and best attention to each customer. This UPS Store is our first choice when we need the services they offer. We both recommend it highly and happily use it often. read more

This UPS Store is absolutely the worst .the owner is horrible the service is terrible I put a package in this UPS Store on December 6th I have it ground delivered. I paid about $11 to have that service they lost my package which was my rent refuse to give me a refund they didn't deliver my package until January 9th well over a month later I had no choice but to cancel the money orders for my rent which cost me money. the owner of the facility was as incompetent as they come. Just had the worst experience at one of your stores in Marietta, GA on Delk road with the supposed customer service person Steve. We currently have a box now with ups for over 5 years, and do all of our shipping primarily through ups. My husband and I went there today to get a status on a package I dropped off a few days ago. There was a long line we waited patiently. We told Steve we wanted to track a package and he made us wait to the side while he helped all the other customers. After the 5th person my husband finally asked him if he was going to help us and he told us we aren't important because we aren't paying for anything right now. We asked him to repeat what he said and he boldly said "you are not important, I have to take these other customers here because you are not a paying customer." He was rude and disrespectful. I am not sure what your policies are on customer service but I am pretty sure that this is not the way you treat a human being and talk to them like they don't matter and are so hurtful. read more

I've gone here a couple of times, once for notary and another to ship a package. I've only been serviced by one employee, a male, so I can only speak to my interactions with him. I don't trust this location. I believe they overcharge. It costs 5 dollars for a notary ( which I didn't have an issue) with, and 12 bucks to ship a small package I was shipping to a customer on Amazon (for which shipping was already paid). I thought this was hefty, I hadn't asked for anything extra, but did not know whether or not I was being overcharged so I did not dispute it. While in the store during a previous trip getting something notarized, another customer came in requesting a service ( I can't remember what for) and remarked the price the employee told them seemed too high and that it was usually lower. They left and took their money elsewhere, as I should have. I've happened upon a couple of google reviews that remark this location overcharges as well. I won't be back. read more
