This review is for the electronic fingerprinting service offered at this UPS location. I needed prints for work. I made a reservation online and arrived 5 minutes early. I was taken aside right away and finished less than 5 minutes later. The UPS employee, Dacie, was friendly and helpful. The results were transmitted and received within 48 hours. For around $50, I appreciated the convenience and ease of doing business. This location can be found in a small strip mall right in front of the Kroger Shopping Plaza. I have been a loyal customer of this UPS Store for over two years, and Alex and his team never disappoint. They are always friendly, professional, and provide excellent service. As a business owner, I often need various services, and I know I can count on them to handle my needs with care and efficiency. Recently, I moved 15 miles away, and while there is a UPS Store just 2 miles from my new home, I chose to stop there out of convenience. Silvia is terrible at customer service. She effectively makes customers feel uneasy and belittled in her aggressive interactions. I watched her make multiple customers feel uncomfortable, including myself, by asking belittling questions, interjecting into conversations and being impatient. What happened to the nice guys that used to work here? Haven't been here in a couple months because I was on sabbatical from work. As a remote worker this was my 'go to' place for shipping/ copy / office needs. Always got a great greeting and was recognized for my somewhat regular visits. I guess this place is under new mgmt. Seriously Alex - charging $2.50 for one single black and white copy????? I also paid $40 to ship 3 posters (24x36 foam boards) and am wondering if you overcharged me on that as well. I will no longer use this as my 'go to' place - only out of desperation if absolutely necessary. I hope it was worth my $2.50 to lose a customer. This was a rather unpleasant experience. read more

The location is extremely close to where I live so I stopped here instead of going to the post office. I was greeted quickly and the cashier was very helpful. I was in and out in a matter of moments. And when I forgot to mention I needed fragile on the package before I left, I called the store and they immediately wrote fragile on my package and sent it on its way. Came to this location because I was on this side of town, but usually I frequent one more West Cobb-ish. Walked in to drop off a dress and the staff didn't even acknowledge I walked in. Not a "hey welcome to UPS, someone will be right with you" or "afternoon". I waiter to be greeted, nothing. There was one gentleman being attended to but another woman who walked in right before me who was waiting to be helped as well. Decided to print a PDF as I needed it for the package, no one asked if I needed help. They charge .25 a minute on the computer and to print b/w is like .12- not bad except the minimum charge is $2.50. Therefore even though I probably spend a minute finding the PDF and printed in b/w- I still had to pay about $2 more because of the minimum charge. Additionally, the staff was not really friendly nor were they interested to help you. A bit of a smile or eye contact from the staff would've gone a much longer way. I've been there many, many times over several years, and she has been and continues to be the single most helpful person I can go to for copying, packaging/shipping, etc. services and advice. Sylvia has obviously trained her staff well; they are just as courteous as she is and always provide, or fully attempt to provide, the answer to any question I may have. This UPS Store is conveniently located with easy access to the 120 loop as well as points East. The location is usually busy, as they can process a variety of post, shipping, notary, fax/internet/scan, and other services. Employees are courteous and helpful, and are willing to stretch for you should you need assistance or help with shipping types and options. The post box service they provide is very convenient and the rental price is on-par for the area (reasonable). I've had UPS Store accounts around the nation and the better ones are almost always busy, with this location being one of them. So expect there to be a queue during peak traffic hours. I know, we're all in a freakin' hurry to get back in the car and on the phone, but it's worth a wait if you have to. The business is one of the better, solid, and predictable around. read more
