Setting up a relative's home office & after two other locations were reported closed, another seven miles I ended up here. On a filing/organizing mission I came for trays, files & portable file boxes. The file boxes I wanted were on the top shelf, I went to the back to front of the store, spoke to the Cashier & by time I turned around, Hannah was present to assist me. After up & down on the ladder, Hannah grabbed a hanging folder to ensure it would fit...it did. She carried the file boxes to the front for me & actually rang me up. my friend and I went in to print on a large scale but the employees especially the cashier was very rude the moment we stepped in the door. It is okay to not have the man power to operate the machines but it is not ok to be rude or inconsiderate with other people if they are looking for your service. This store has a new manager who really seems to be making a difference! I found out when I went to another Office Depot in Atlanta that they are NOT all the same as far as their level of customer service! When I did have a little problem with an urgent pick up time, and a new employee, I was taken care of immediately and my order was comped. Will continue to use them. I'm piggy-backing on the review I just wrote for Cobb Pkwy OfficeMax. I think this store is still an Office Depot, even though OfficeMax and Office Depot merged. But I digress. Worked with Jade in the print department - and she was fantastic. The other gentleman that was working seemed a bit blasé and dismissive - or maybe he was having a bad day, but Jade's friendliness and energy more than made up for it. This store is too far away from my home to make it a regular choice - there are literally 5 other Office Depots or OfficeMax's that are closer - but this particular store was the only store in the are that had the specialty labels I needed (for Monday) actually in stock. And to be clear - this is NOT the Cobb Pkwy location near Best Buy and Olive Garden, close to I-285 on ramp. I wanted to buy a printer but not a single sales associate approached me to see if I needed help. An employee walked by me 3 times and completely ignored me. The guy at the front was nice, but this store is like a ghost town. I would have bought the $199 Canon printer, but because of the horrible customer service, I will now go to Microcenter. read more

Jacob P., you are definitely correct. I can not walk in expecting fast customer care in a hurry. I'm not sure what's happening there. I haven't experience any rude staff, but they are extremely slow. The stores appearance isn't appealing. However there may be more difficulties behind the scenes. Office Depot merged with Staples, but the merger died. read more

Vanelsa was awesome in the printing center. She was very kind and patient with us. We had to print and fax several sheets of paper and she helped us with everything and was very patient with doing it. Very helpful and kind!! read more

On December 10, 2017 we purchased 3 items from the OD in Marietta near Northern Tool. Two of the items were delivered on the 12th. The third item was to be delivered on the 13th. No show we called customer service and we were told Oops sorry delivery has been moved to the 19th. Again a no show on the 19th. We called customer service they didn't know what had happened but they issued us a partial credit of $30. Guaranteed it would be delivered on the 21st between 10 and 2. Hung around all day no delivery. Called yet again....oh we are so sorry we will call you back and let you know what is going on. Nicola from the customer service department called back...the item was delivered to our delivery center they can track it to their loading dock but it is lost after that. They do not know where it is. I will call you back once they locate it. She called back on the 22nd they found it and will deliver it on the 26th. No we will not be here. Ok we will deliver it on January 2. No show yet again. On the 4th we called the store spoke with the manager he was going to contact the customer service center and some one would call me. No response from them to date. We filed a complaint with the BBB on the 7th. No response from them yet either. We called the customer service center yet again yesterday and someone was supposed to call us back before the close of business yesterday and we have not heard from anyone. We will now be attempting to cancel said order and get a full refund for the item. read more

Obviously NO training provided along with weak hiring skills. Always a long wait on top of attitude from employees who mess up terribly. I'm completely turned off by the lack of knowledge and experience of the employees who are there to help you with simple tasks. Tasks like scanning in documents. My documents (10 separate pdf's needed and neatly separated) were messed up (along with an attitude from the new hire in a hurry). BUT the worst was documents that were not even mine appearing in my mailbox??? PERSONAL documents sent to me that do not belong to me!?!? Scary!!!!! I will say, and i'm not sure how, that the manager has always been helpful and knowledgable. One bad apple spoils the bunch tough. read more
