What a great experience! Recently, Yelp Atlanta partnered with our friends at Atlanta Food & Wine Festival for some IG-worthy photo displays. I really wanted something that showcased our logo prominently and figured that a sign would be fabulous. Here's a thing about me, I'm a millennial and think that I should be able to know the exact price of everything and add to my cart and go, lol. I've learned that I won't always get that, especially when it's something custom/special and you want to do it locally! So I decided not to be lazy as I really had a vision and wanted quality with a quick turnaround. So I hopped on Yelp to find a local printer and found Clash! After visiting their site, it was easy to send an email to request some assistance in figuring out what the heck I was looking for. I was lucky enough to be paired with Julia as a sales representative and she followed up on my email within the hour. I loved that! We talked through what I was looking for (a die-cut logo sign) and she helped me figure out what size would be best, which was great as I have terrible measurement perception. I let Julia know that I was hoping for a turnaround within 2 days, crossing my fingers that they would be able to accomodate and they were! The next day, my order was ready for pickup! Upon arrival to Clash, I was very, very confused lol. Idk if they had a monument sign outside that I missed but hell, I wish I would have seen it lol. I parked in the street in between where I thought the biz may be, and ended up in a one-way chat with an unhoused friend after giving him some $. I don't love small talk and prayeddd that I would find Clash sooner than later LOL. I called and was guided upstairs (I was steps away) inside of the beautiful businesses suites. Once I arrived at the door and let inside, the young woman who guided me upstairs apologized for my undesired chat outside as she saw me from her window lol. She passed on my order which was situated between two cardboard sheets, keeping it secure. The sign was absolutely perfect! We were able to perch the sign up on our balloon display and it was so perfect for the event. I'm planning on ordering another version of the same sign and working with Clash when possible going forward. read more

Not sure how I even found this company was doing a quick google search, but I am SO happy I did. Typically for university event we are suppose to print in house, but always seek outside when possible to not only support local businesses, but pricing too. This company was so reasonable, they walked me through everything, and everything came delivered to Philadelphia looking amazing and was packed beautifully. We also had a misprint, which they were SO nice to help us with a reprint due to our lack of proofreading and were able to help us find a way to expedite them to ensure they got here in time. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company. Cannot recommend enough. read more

I would NOT recommend this company. This company over promises, over charges, and under delivers. They messed up an order, could not reprint it in the time needed, and could not provide an adequate discount. Also blamed their poor quality work on our company such as requesting a rush job (which they claimed they could do no problem) and not receiving our files by their deadline (sent almost 2 hours before deadline they just don't check their inbox?). read more

A couple months back, I was looking for a union printer for our business cards and found Clash Graphics! Not only are they located close to work, but their customer service is also great! Parking: Good. There's a lot shared with neighboring businesses. I don't see the lot getting filled up unless it's by an overfill of Houston's patrons. We primarily worked with Grayson, one of the designers, and he's quick with responses and turnaround times. After two months of back and forth with designing and proofs, we finally got the cards. Everyone was very excited to receive them and they look really good. Thanks Grayson! If I'm not mistaken, Clash Graphics is the only union printer in the city. The next closest one being in Norcross. The pick-up process was easy. Each box is labeled with what cards are inside. Clash allows for after-hours pick up which is useful for those of you who can't make it by 6 pm. The orders are placed outside their door and there's a security camera pointing right at it so no worries about someone else taking your order. Overall, I had a really great experience. We will definitely look to Clash for our next project. read more

If you want your job done right we recommend bringing your business elsewhere. Our company has a very important event this weekend. We placed an order with Clash at the cost of $3,048. For that price, you expect nothing less than a perfect print. After picking up the order and bringing it back to our office to prepare for our show we noticed that there was a Misprint on the first page of every single booklet. It would have been okay if it was just one or two but it was every single document. A black ink splotch on every single first page. This is a white page that is supposed to be completely blank. A major eyesore and for the price extremely unprofessional. The real issue here is that they thought it was okay to provide poor quality work for top dollar pricing and when called out about it were unwilling to make the situation right. Any professional printing company would have fixed the problem before releasing it to their customer. There is no way they did not notice the mistake as it was on EVERY SINGLE BOOKLET. It is standard procedure to proof the documents once they have been printed. This means they noticed the problem before releasing it to us and did nothing about it. Being that we are leaving Atlanta for our show on Thursday morning I explained the issue and requested that they either: A. Replace the booklets and get them completed prior to us leaving for our show. or B. Provide us with a minimum of 50% refund for the poor workmanship. Clash Graphics was not only unable to get the booklets fixed for us, but they also only offered a refund of just over $255 on a $3,048 order that they messed up. They offered to "print stickers for us to cover it up" So hold on a minute, you want us to go back through several hundred documents and cover-up YOUR mistake with stickers with our Employee's valuable time. Not only does this make the booklets look bad, but it is also wasting our time that could be used elsewhere. This is unacceptable. After their terrible refund offer of $255 I again explained that we would accept nothing other than the booklets being fixed ASAP so we can bring them to our show or provide us with a minimum of 50% refund. They refused. At this point, we are being forced to cover their mistake with our OWN stickers, not theirs, and they are providing us with NO REFUND. Not only does this look horrible, but it also reflects poorly on Clash Graphics for being unwilling to right their mistake and fix the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

I am actually a neighbor and customer of CLASH. This business is connected to the Brookwood Square Plaza, there is tons of parking in the front and rear of the building. There is also an elevator or stairs for use right next to the business. For a little over 2 years they have been doing all of my business printing, including business cards, posters, flyers, stickers, you name it! I basically told them what I needed and they helped the vision come alive. I've also sent over files and they have been able to print my items that way as well. You can come in and meet with one of their friendly and professional staff members, walk in are more than welcome. They will help you so that all your needs are met. Their printing quality is perfection, nice vibrant colors and they have a large variety of printing options, including font, paper quality and size. They always meet delivery deadlines. Has anyone had delivery issues with Clash Graphics? They do great printing but I am really disappointed in their delivery and treatment to customers. I'm just one client and presumably hundreds. The first order issue was that one of my Sept. 6th orders wasn't ready until 7:45 pm at the time Clash Clash closed at 5:30pm. We waited over an hour and finally left at 6:30PM. I returned the next morning (Drove 40 miles), Saturday September 7th to pick up my items at the front desk as instructed and was told, it wasn't there. Turns out the guard didn't look in the right place so I had to leave make another trip (40 miles). Total 120 miles to pick up my order. I had several more successful transactions in which I was pleased. Then On Oct 21 (approx. 6 weeks later) I picked up two separate design orders of several thousand brochures that I purchased. Unfortunately they printed both orders with the same design. Clash needs to focus making their delivery and client relations as good as their printing. There is too much competition willing to provide excellence. read more

Not only was I initially impressed with their same day turn around option, but their customer service is the some of the best I experienced. I made a mistake on my initial printed items and Eli did so much to help me get a new batch printed. Words cannot explain how much he helped me out! Plus my printed designs were great quality ! They did a damn good job. The colors came out great, and my colors were not easy. It was done very fast and they communicated very nicely. May your futures and dreams be blessed mightely and wonderfully(this is to Clash and anyone looking). . . .Only complaint was they spelt my name wrong, but to be fair they check labels and posters all day for typos, so they probably just instinctively said, "that e should be an A." ;) Luckily my name was not on my posters. ;) read more

I've ordered business cards from Clash Graphics several times. Their website is easy to use, the people are nice, they print quickly, and the prices are affordable. I usually order the 16pt thickness, with round corners and matte finish. Good quality card and print. I've needed to rush an order, and while it's expensive (doubled the price) - they were able to get me the cards printed same day. I'd recommend Clash if you are looking for a local print shop. read more

Finding a graphic designer, good print shop and especially EXCEPTIONAL website help is really tough (lots of website fakers out there). You never know what you will get until you start working with whoever it is you chose and theres nothing worse than starting a project with one company to have to fire them and look all over again for another company, point is, with Clash that won't happen. Additionally, its challenging to find people who do great work and are affordable/within budget. Clash Graphics is legit, they have plenty of work to show that proves it.... just ask. I had a bad experience with this company. Clash Graphic is far from the cheapest option out there, but I initially chose it because I hoped they would provide good quality prints. Unfortunately, they really disappointed me. I ordered two sets of business cards for my company, but the two sets came out with a completely different background color, which was also different from the color in the electronic file. I care about the color because it is one of the brand colors for my company, and I ended up with two sets of cards, which looked like they were from two different companies. When I brought up this issue to Clash Graphics, they refused to reprint or to issue a refund even though I offered to return the cards to them. They told me they had a disclaimer. Furthermore, their receptionist didn't seem to care about my problem and treated me like an annoyance. So, now I will be trashing the cards from Clash Graphics and ordering again with someone else. Please be aware that if you are not happy with your prints, this company will hide behind their disclaimers. Don't waste your time and money on them. read more

One of the worst experiences I've had. I paid about $150 for cards that were printed with the wrong color scheme. They pulled them up on the office computer and we compared the cards to the example digital version they had sent me. The card was clearly two shades lighter but the manager insisted that it was due to the material I had chosen. None of this was mentioned before hand and they refused to do anything about it. I would strongly advise you to stay away from this Chop Shop. Very poor quality work and a failure to admit mistakes when they have made them. read more

A friend of mine referred me to Clash Graphics after I saw his awesome business cards. So I ordered the same day printing 250 mini flyers, and the timing was great, but the quality was not. I uploaded high res photos that came out very pixelated and hard to read. There was also a line through the top of about 200 of the flyers. Moral of the story- I was pretty disappointed. I ordered their promo business cards and was terribly disappointed. The cards were paper thin and the colors were dark. Of course you have to pay first which is how they take advantage of you. I arrived to pick up my cards and was told by the manager that I should next time request a thicker card! Seriously!! The quality was poor and she offered to give me 10% off my next order of business cards. How about fix the problem so that I want to place another order. NEVER AGAIN! I would never recommend this company to anyone ever again. Not only did my order get printed for the wrong size, but they still charged me for same day printing when it took 2 days for me to receive my order. I was told that if I bring the original items back that I'd have the items reprinted for free. I later found out that they were saying that we will fix our mistake for free not that they would refund my money for same day printing. Poor Customer Service!! They are a re-seller of printing & are very limited on what they can do. They have a small office and are not thorough with explaining the process. We ordered several different business cards & thick business cards for Marketing & the colors clashed on the marketing cards & the owners cards were made with square corners. Terrible quality and very disappointed with final product. The cards I got printed out were pixelated even though I provided a vector file in both .ai and .pdf format. The cropping was uneven where the left side of the card got chopped off more than the right. Envelopes provided were extremely flimsy and they refused to take them back, even though they were brand new, in box and not printed. Stay away if you care about quality and perfection. read more

They were less expensive than the print shops I've used before. I emailed them the files for the business cards and they turned out perfectly, the color was just what I asked for. Clash is awesome. They specialize in flyer printing and they always deliver a quality product. Most gang-run printers have crappy colors and the over all quality is shotty.... At Clash the colors are always exactly like I have on screen - even the bright greens and purples.
