This is the worst UPS Store location I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I have been there 3 times. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On each visit, their employees have had a negative and arrogant attitude toward Black American customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They seem particularly unfriendly toward Black Indigenous female seniors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have actually looked at me as though I were an insect while warmly greeting every white person that came in the door.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This is interesting because this store is in a shopping center that is literally nextdoor to senior citizen apartments. On my most recent visit, they refused to take an Amazon return and told me to put it in a box, even though it was in the box it came in, and I had a QR Code. They refused to scan the QR Code. They have been good in the past. However I took an important document in for overnight delivery and they said it would be there the next day. When it didn't arrive in 8 days I went to the store asking for a refund. The manager " we don't offer a money back guarantee ". " mistakes happen". I thought his response was unfair. Poor customer service. Will be using FedEx in the future I understand mistakes do happen. We are all human but I think UPS should stand by their product/service.If they make mistakes and they do not deliver on their promises they should issue a refund. read more

Tom at our location is wonderful, however, using the address as a residential address is crap. Banks won't use this address nor do other places. We are moving and according to the Post office, you can't forward your mail because it's a business... what??? UPS store will temporarily forward your mail for a charge... omg. I took keys to ship to my son in NYC overnight on February 13. I paid the $84 fee for this which was expensive, but this was important. It is now Saturday, February 18 and the keys are missing. Not one time has this store contacted me, I have had to contact them. Each time, my concerns are met with a "it is not our problem attitude." I call the UPS line and they say to call the store, then the store blames it on UPS. Bottom line is I will never use this store for shipping again and am more than disappoInted in the treatment I have received. read more

I've had a box here for years. Everybody is friendly and helpful, they bring out my packages with a smile and have helped me to my car on occasion. I love having a mailing address close to my day job as I sell on eBay, teach classes and perform in a band also. So when I get customers or someone I don't know needs to mail me a contract they don't have my home address. It's also great, if I receive a package that is valuable or needs to be signed for, I don't have to be at home, I can pick it up from work. If you have something you don't know how to safely package for shipping they are also great! read more

The worst customer service!!! I had a Amazon package that I needed to return and it clearly says they can scan the barcode and it will print the label which I have done many times before at this location and this young lady tells me I have to log into a computer and pay to print the label. Another lady was counting her draw down for the evening so I'm assuming that is why she didn't want to have the other young lady use her computer. I asked the young lady about the barcode and she says to me every store is different and at this store this is how we do it. Well I have been here several times and every ever had to this before. She got an attitude with me when I told her that. I went to the computer to pay to print the label and he doesnt work!!! I told her it didn't work and she huffs at me and slowly walks to the computer and at this point I'm over it anyway ask her again can see scan my barcode and she huffs and says no.. so I leave and she smartly says have a good day. Worst customer service and experience!! I didn't get her name but she has purple hair and colored contacts stay far away from here if you need help. read more

**********BEWARE*********. I will simply state the facts and let you, the prospective customer, decide if you want to do business with these folks. I was interested in bidding online on a glass vase from a local Atlanta auction company. The vase was 9 inches tall. Just a regular vase. nothing extra. It looked like beaker. The auction company suggested I get a shipping quote from a local pack and ship service because they do not do any packaging and shipping. They provided a list of UPS stores to contact for a quote. I live in California. The vase is in Georgia. I estimated the box to be 12x12x12. For sake of argument, lets use a 14x14x14 inch box. That is plenty large enough. I just checked a 14x14x14 box that weighs 7 pounds with a value of 300 insurance. I printed a label from California to New York using UPS and it is, get this, $28.82. The quote I was given to pick the vase up from the auction company, pack and ship from Atlanta to Los Angeles was $190.00 WTF!? Lets break that down. A 14x14x14 box, bubble wrap, foam peanuts, $15.00 That is being generous. So now we are at $43.82. So they want to charge me $149.62 to pick up the vase, ( they more than likely are going there to pick up other items), Pack and ship to me. The packaging job takes about 10 minutes tops. So that is beyond outrageous and is laughable. Their cost is actually about 40 dollars or less. They want to charge 150 dollars profit for 10 minute job. That is soooooo not cool. read more

Not happy about the fact that I was told no matter when I want the package to arrive to its destination, the price would be the same, but when I went on the website there was a clear difference on how much it would cost to arrive on Friday and how much it would cost to arrive next week. 1 low star for misinformation and I will be calling in to see how we can remedy this issue because it's distasteful to do business that way. read more

Whew, better not ask questions from the woman working at this UPS. Called 2x in 20 months to check if we had mail rather than go in (sometimes there's none) as our office was closed. Guess it's a 'no no'. She answered the phone and rather than saying "that's not part of our job" or saying ---- when asked to send email notices re packages to a second party because our first one no longer works full time and rarely picks up mail ---- "only one person is supposed to get notices". Don't get the problem. Can't think of anything else discussed with her - never requested help with anything from anyone else. Now for some very strange reason this woman has decided to enact punishments like calling out "trouble maker". Received duplicate notices on different days for the same package pickup that was already picked up and being told by same woman "you left first notice in your box" -- positive it wasn't. Now this week did not receive e-mail notice when waiting for our boss's package to arrive (checked the transit tracking this morning and saw that it was "delivered to UPS two days ago"). Worse yet, sent something by regular mail from there and it's been months, but it never reached its destination - puff, just disappeared. The Manager(/Owner?) here is excellent. But this woman is not making sense. read more

The last two times I've been to this store I've been overcharged. Most recently, the postage on an envelope was more than it should have been; when I mentioned the price seemed high, I was told, "Oh yeah, my meter was off." Previously, I was charged for an envelope that I brought with me to the store; when I asked, I was told, "I just assumed you got it here." For what it's worth, the same manager/franchisee-seeming man helped me. read more
