I actually don't mind this location. It's super convenient--just a short walk away--and the staff is usually very friendly. That said, under the new ownership, they've introduced a policy that I find diabolical: charging a steep $6 fee to print a single shipping label. In a tech-forward world where most people don't own printers and are encouraged to go paperless, this feels like a blatant cash grab. For context, an entire 500-sheet pack of paper costs $5.74--yet this place is charging more than that to print just one page. I'm all for paying a reasonable fee, but this? This is not that. Until this pricing is reconsidered, I'll be encouraging others in the neighborhood to take their business elsewhere. We deserve better. read more

Is there any sort of reason why your automated system is the WORST out there? I have tried three times to call, using different prompts to speak to someone and I guess you have made it so that is impossible?!??!?!?! I have a package with a tracking number that has been sitting at USPS saying pending acceptance for 3 days. I paid for this package to be expedited. If I cannot reach anyone from your LOUSY phone system, I will be happy to put a BBB report in so maybe they can reach someone and then you better believe I am going to get my bank to get my EXPEDITED MONEY BACK. UPS is about the worst business I've ever had to deal with. There is no way to successfully contact them. I'd like to file a complaint not only about the system itself but about the automated phone system which clearly does not allow you to speak to a real person no matter what the reason. I am not complaining about the store where I sent my package. They were very helpful. But if you dare to have a question about anything other than what is provided by the automated system you are out of luck. I'd like to report this to their illustrious CEO but that information is apparently protected too. You can make yourself look great if you don't allow complaints about your business. DO NOT GET A NOTARY DONE HERE! Incompetent staff here (Dewan) need to be re-trained immediately. I came in on 5/20 to encounter an inexperienced employee who said he couldn't do notaries because you need both signees. Notarizing my signature doesn't require both signees being present. I went down the street to 2870 Peachtree Rd and got the notary along with Excellent Service! Flipping burgers maybe a may more suitable occupation for the ignorant staff I encountered at this location. read more

This is the best UPS location in town and as an avid online shopper (and returner) I have been to them all. Patrick and Tony are so friendly and always help with taping packages, encourage you to get a receipt & are never rude when you forget a package is for USPS/Fedex (the horror) and still help you pack it! Saint Patrick and Anthony? A coincidence? I think not! Shipping is the worst but these guys make it a breeze. read more

Staff here has always been friendly and helpful (at least for the two times that I've been here that I can remember). They're efficient, know exactly what you need and want and deliver effortlessly. I went to the store around 10:30am on 5/3/18 to mail a package. My package was not sturdy enough and I asked the young man at the register to help me wrap it in a tape one more time. He was visibly unhappy about it and tried to sell me a new box for $5. I did not want to purchase another box since my items were already packed and taped. He said he did not want to use "ALL OF HIS TAPE" on wrapping my package again. He also said this package will never make it to the recipient. The package looked very sturdy once it was taped one more time; however, the employee was visibly unhappy and kept repeating, "it will not make it to the recipient". Wow. What an awful customer service. I do not recommend this location. read more

I live in walking distance of this location and have stopped in 3 times over the last several weeks to use the notary service. Every time I am told, "the guy went home for the day", which is ridiculous when I stop in at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. Well within the hours outlined on their site. I will take my business somewhere else versus continuing to be inconvenienced by UPS. They need to update your website to reflect their accurate service times and abilities. read more

The folks who work here are always polite and ready to help. I ship a lot of packages out of this location and I MUCH prefer it over the FedEx Kinkos that are in the area. -I came back and edited this review b/c these guys have only gotten better with time. I use them often to support my small business and they have become my outsourced support team. If they aren't sure how to do something related to printing, they will bust their butts to figure it out. They fight for your business and always have a smile on their faces. read more
