I should have known better than to move forward with my purchase when my initial instructions were to use Canva to create my own banner design and pay via PayPal. The banner received was purple instead royal blue as I indicated during my phone consultation. I asked for a correction and was informed that I needed to pay again to receive a reprint. Our fundraiser was 2 days away, so I paid again. The new banner was dented and missing the extension pole. We received the pole a few of hours before the event, the banner would not stand up correctly, but we propped it up and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, the entire thing embarrassingly fell over and fell apart during the event. After several voicemails and emails, we received a refund for the 1st payment but can no longer get a response. I've requested several more times to either receive the 2nd refund or a replacement banner. We are a nonprofit organization working with youth in metro Atlanta and do not have the funds to spend on non-working products. It is unfortunate that 612 Printing will not respond directly to me when I am simply attempting to get a replacement for a defective banner.

Printing, shipping for my Etsy business, passport photos, package pickup...you name it, I've probably done it here. And over the years, I've dealt with plenty of different employees, but one thing stays the same: they're always genuinely helpful. They actually pay attention. If you're standing there looking confused or stuck in line too long, someone will step in and ask if you need help. One time, I just needed a box for an odd sized item. Once we found the right size, they packed it up for me, without me even asking. And it wasn't a one-time thing either. It happened again, and I was like, "Okay, y'all are really looking out." They've also given me a ton of good shipping tips and always try to find the best shipping rate. The only time I left disappointed was when their passport photo system wouldn't work. They tried everything before finally having to send me to CVS. The store is always clean, which is saying something for this part of downtown. Honestly, it's one of my most frequented and convenient local spots. The hours are work friendly too!

Racing against the clock was going to make it to with 5 minutes to spare before they closed. Called ahead to have them print a label (mind you I went to a FedEx store 15 mins prior to find out they can't print labels already paid for apparently). Raced across town to another FedEx that was still open and has a print center. Called them 8 mins prior to closing. First off, let's the phone ring for about 20+ seconds. Finally you hear someone pick up the phone on the other end...doesn't say anything. I say hello? And the "greeting" response back was as if I cursed out their out mother. The hello was extremely rude and disrespectful, can tell this employee wants nothing to do with customer service (so why work in a store that deals with people all day). Explained that I need a label printed out, less than 5 mins away from the store location. Simply replies back "sorry we're closed". Called them out saying it's not 6 o'clock yet I have 5 more mins. Then he/she proceeded to say well then how far are you because we are pretty much closed. Repeated myself saying I am literally parking. Be there in a min (now the time is 5:55). The employee wanted to try to explain to me that even if I were to drop off the package, it wouldn't go anywhere tonight that it would just sit there. Thank you for the honesty my friend but I don't give a flying f***. All I needed to do is have a label printed, drop the package off so an employer of mine can receive their gear back. After I said okay so you want me to tell my employer sorry you decided to close early, I couldn't even hear the mumbling on the other end before I hung up. Extremely infuriating. If you have specific hours f***** adhere to them. Just because you have someone who wants to leave early, then put them on an earlier shift or not have them responsible for anything. Don't offer services when you can't hold employees responsible or make them follow rules. Or avoid hiring those people who do not follow rules set by the company.

I found the quality, accuracy & professionalism have changed significantly. After visiting the store & proofing the online order the color was much different when I picked it up. The owner Melissa & another lady with a heavy accent said the pixels on my phone were the reason the picture looked different on the proof. But I was not expecting such a drastic difference. The off-orange color I selected, was a bronze color when I picked it up. The owner, Melissa was no help. She was abrasive, condescending & arrogant about the order. With a lecturing & No-it-all attitude. Not a great place to do business.

The signs were installed on Monday, May 11, 2020. There was a wind storm on Thursday, October 29, 2020 (less than 6 months of installation, picture attached showing the sign partially ripped from the building resembling a sheet of paper), which caused my sign that faces the parking lot to be partially ripped from the building. All the other signs in the business park were still intact. Prior to purchasing the signs, I was told by the representative, Tyler Edema, from FastSigns that FastSigns installed most of the signs in the shopping plaza. I noticed that the other signs in the plaza appeared to be very durable and did not have any damages. I immediately contacted the owner, Melissa Wilson from FastSigns and notified her of the damages and she told me that they would send me a quote, so that I can pay for the damages. I explained that it hasn't even been 6 months. I had to go through a stressful back and forth with FastSigns to even get them to send someone out to take a look at my sign. On Tuesday March 1, 2022, my sign that faces the street, I noticed that it started to unravel and fade (2nd picture attached). I notified FastSigns and they told me that my logo was too small and thin and they had to use certain materials and this is why it's unraveling and the fading is due to sun damage. I explained that I was not informed of any of this prior to the purchase/installation of the signs. They told me, once again, that they would send me a quote. FastSigns makes outdoor signs, which means they knew that, at some point, both signs would be exposed to possible weather conditions, such as wind, rain, snow, hail and sun. FastSigns refuses, once again to even come out and take a look at the sign. This is not proper way to treat a customer. I spoke with two other sign companies in the area and they both came out and surveyed the damages to my signs. Both companies concluded that the vinyl that was used to make my signs were below standard vinyl materials. They explained that the vinyl that a more durable vinyl that last about 6-8 years was supposed to be used to make my signs. I still have not heard anything from FastSigns since, I sent the last email on 3-10-2022
