I use them for all of my mailing needs. They make it so easy and convenient. The owners are always so professional, helpful and friendly.

The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful. I've been in this establishment several times for copies & shipping services.

This company is located by Kroger's so I shopped while they sent in my faxes! Convenient and nice owners. They even sell stamps which is a lot faster than the Post Office online or standing in line at the PO. The ONLY ISSUE I have with this business is that they don't wear masks or gloves nor did I see any cleaning between customers! While paying for my service the young lady was very close to my face! Fortunately for me I had on a mask and a shield and it was not for an extended time! I'll use UPS going forward even though they cost more but adhere to COVID safety protocols. read more

My wife gets Amazon deliveries just about everyday. She had 3 boxes stacked on the kitchen table and asked me if I would take them to THE UPS STORE to return them.......AAGHHH....I hate doing this kind of thing UNTIL I was helped and waited on by Ashton. She took my packages, scanned them in, gave me my receipt with a smile and told me to have a great day. Rip off 2.0 I visited this location today and was totally ripped off and left the establishment madder than I've been in a long time. Instead of being offered an alternative to mailing two separate packages to my husband in Afghanistan, he charged me $26 for one box and $17 for a box that contained two bags of chips. When I asked him to cancel the second box, he lied and told me that the order could not be cancelled because it had been transmitted to the post office. I know this was an untruth and I should have left and took my boxes with me. Even if I wanted to mail the boxes separately, he should have explained to me that I would save money by combining the boxes. Oh, he also talked me against taping the boxes together which would have saved me money. You never get ahead when you try to get over on customers. read more

I've been a satisfied customer of this business for 4 or 5 years now. Mike, the owner, is friendly and professional. Sometimes I'll have something that I need to mail off and no clue how to mail it.
