I have been using this business for over 20 years as it was close by and there was no other options. I have always found the personnel to lack a friendly demeanor. But today was a horrible experience. A sign on the door stated that everyone should wear a mask. We entered the business wearing our masks and was immediately met by a gentleman with no mask. Everyone else had on on. He asked what we wanted. He got right in my face and I asked him if he would please back up a little. A lady behind the counter asked what was going on. I told her he wasn't wearing a mask and that there was a sign saying masks were required. She said to take my items that they wouldn't ship them for me. Needles to say, I got a little angry. I went to drop off a return of a pretty valuable item. Since they do not scan any packages themselves, they photocopy the airbill as proof of dropoff. Then they tossed my box into a bin full of other boxes marked "FedEx only" on the floor where anyone could grab it if they were just coming in to shop or ship. The floor was also full of other boxes waiting for pickup...all near the public entrance. I decided the risk of theft or loss was too great and grabbed my package and left. read more

Very nice place to send a faximille from. They have the latest iPhone fax machine that offer good rate and very fast service. Their automate assistant offer speech-to-text a bit slower than Siri, but appear very human like. Their service convince my Premier not to feed me to wolves. Very nice!! read more

Awful service. Went Saturday to drop off a FedEx package for overnight shipping. Label was applied and ready to go. When we went in the place it was full of smoke and smelled like weed. Didn't care that they were clearly getting high while working....the girl took our package and gave us a receipt. Wednesday we were told that the place we sent the package to had not received our package. We call PMS and are told by a man that answered the phone that they could not help us track the package at all. My husband asked if he had a computer to which the man said yes. My husband then asked again if he could help track the package to which to man again said no. The customer service is severely lacking and they are anything but professional. Smoke weed if you want but do your freaking job! We will NOT be going here again. read more

Great option for shipping. Support your local small businesses!! I went in with a prepaid label and a package and forgot my tape!!! This package had to get out that day before the deadline so I couldn't turn back home and get tape. I showed up to their center and not only did they provide great customer service but they helped tape my package and took it for me before the deadline!!! Great service. I will be back. read more

I was straight up overcharged for shipping. For two different packages being shipped to California, I was charged $36 for each one. For a package being shipped to Kentucky, $26. I asked the guy why it's double what it usually is and he blamed it on UPS raising their prices. I paid for it anyway. Then later I ended up calling UPS corporate asking what the rates were. They told me that PMS double charged me for each package. So I called PMS and told them that UPS DID NOT raise their prices and that they scammed me. The guy said he would look into it and call me back. He called me back and said he'd give me a $20 refund even though they owed me well over $40. I didn't wanna bother arguing with him. I asked him why I was overcharged in the first place, his reason was "The guy messed up." Not an excuse! I even asked him as he was charging me why it was so expensive and he didn't even bother to double check his numbers. DO NOT trust this place. They will deliberately take your money. read more

We used this center before and after our last experience, we will not be back. We shipped a small package to Tennessee and requested the cheapest rate possible. Was given a rate of $24. Reluctantly I shipped the package, and later discovered that it could have been shipped for $8. I called the center and no one was willing to assist with the issue. Overcharged and not willing to make it right, we will take our packages elsewhere. read more
