This UPS Store is located in the Publix shopping center at the corner of the busiest intersection on Bullsboro. Small, but mighty location with all your standard printing and packaging services and of course, Amazon returns. Been here many times throughout the years for shipping and many returns. The space shows some wear and tear, so it needs a good refresh. Cleanliness is solid, never an issue beyond paper scraps on the floor...but it is a print shop, so makes sense. Service is hit and miss, there is always plentiful staffing, but they are wildly different in service approach. Never terrible, but inconsistent. Overall, this UPS location is there when needed and I am good with that! read more

I called the store at 90 GLENDA TRCE NEWNAN, GA, 30265. I told them I just created a shipment on line and paid for it with my credit card. But I can't print the label because my printer is down. I asked her if I brought the package in to the store, could she print my label? Her answer to me was, Yes. I said, I'm coming over now. I arrived at the store and presented the package and asked them to print my label. The woman in charge told me she cant print the label. But if i send the label to an email address then she could print it. I told her I just called the store and was told that they can print my label. Then the lady informs me that if I create a shipment on line she has no ability to access it. She was full of excuses and would not take any responsibility for misleading me. She needs to improve her communication skills if she is going to manage a store. She ruined my morning. read more

The employees tending the store were patient, professional, and kind! I went to retrieve some documents today that I had sent a few days earlier to be printed and although the documents had not been prepared when I arrived, the staff was patient and worked until I was able to leave with everything I needed. I was not certain that I could get everything done here until I walked in and asked at the counter. I needed to send back returns to Amazon- they do that (free!). I needed a special envelope to mail important documents- they had the exact size I needed and tear-proof at that! I needed my fingerprints done- the do that too (you pay online and then they do it here, it was quick and easy!). I needed photocopies of my IDs taken so I could mail them with my important documents- they made them in color and they were cheap! I needed said important documents notarized- no big deal, they do that too! These three ladies, and I interacted with each one of them, know what they're doing. They work like a fine oiled machine and I got everything done and the rest of my day is free for me instead of hunting all over town for the next thing. Please give them a chance when you need any "-ing" taken care of. They can help you out! read more

I came in right around lunch time and just needed ship a small package. There was a line out the door so I was a little worried about it time wise but the line moved really quick and they had me out of there in 10 mins. I had a barcode for a prepaid label and my transaction took all of 15 sec. Very happy with the service here. read more

Needed 1 enlarged copy made. They have a machine sitting by the door, but no one in the store knows how to use it. They sent me to the Thomas Crossroads UPS Store location, but poor Mary at that location was shocked I wanted a copy made the same day and said I could leave it and pick it up in a day or two. Nope, brain surgery was not requested, just needed 1 enlarged copy. She said it would take at least 20 minutes for the machine to warm up.....and then had the nerve to be rude on top of that! No one else in the store except the 2 employees just sitting around behind the counter who obviously were offended that I asked them to actually do something. I left there and went to Office Depot. They were polite and had my copy printed in less than 5 minutes. The UPS Store--never again. Your rude employees are the best advertisement around for Office Depot! read more

Had a 2:30pm appointment with the notary at this UPS location. Waited all day for the appointment and when I showed up at 2:30pm I was told the notary left at 2:00pm!!! My time means nothing? I could have found another place to go if I had known these people are this unreliable and rude!!! read more

I am in Newnan pretty regularly. I don't offer reviews unless it's very good, or very bad. The people at this store seem fine, but the incompetence has bit us three times and each time cost us significant money. BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU SHIP FROM! Go somewhere else! I shipped 2 pop up tents that I paid for the insurance for $1000 valuation each. Somehow, both tents ended up lost (not sure how you lose a tent that is 12"x12"x4', but they did-2 of them), but even worse, then UPS denied payment of the insurance and the store was no help. This cost me over $2,000 to purchase new tents. We shipped a display product to Canada for a show, they filled out the paperwork as if it were sold to the destination and we ended up having to pay duties, when it wasn't a taxable item. The most recent issue was that we shipped an overnight delivery through the store, paying for early am. It did not reach its destination on time and we needed the contents for work. These issues occurred over the span of about a year. Do yourself a favor, ship from somewhere else. read more

Less than 1 star. UPS has always had a higher standard of service than other companies and this particular store fails miserably in every way. Their customer service is abominable. They are downright offensive and should be in no way associated with this company. I was treated like dirt when I requested a box to be re-delivered to me. I was told once it is dropped off to them- they can't have it re-sent. I was told there was no way my husband could pick up my package for me. I was pushed into a corner and given the excuse that "its policy". Really?! Because when I called customer service they immediately directed my package to be re-delivered AND told me that my husband could absolutely accept my package if I permitted it OR if he brought my ID with him. I am shaking with anger. I'm a new mom and recovering from a C-section and was given no compassion at all. Business is business right?! No. Customer service is the name of the game. There is seriously no reason to be unpleasant to someone for no reason. So sad. read more

There are very few times I actually wish to give a negative review. But this had to of been one of the worst experiences I've ever had in the city of Newnan. My wife an I were meeting her parents to reveal our new pregnancy. So we decided to make a few copies of the sonogram pictures. What grandparent wouldn't want to receive one of those, right? Well our first stop included office max, however they were packed and the self serve copiers were out of order. So we left and headed to the next best option in our mind: the UPS store. After all, we've had wonderful experiences with the company and its many employees. We walked into the store and headed towards the copy machines, instantly greeted by a thundering older gentleman with a grey hair and mustash wearing a teal long sleeve UPS shirt (no name tag). He thundered "You can't just come in here and just start making copies". Oh? There wasn't a sign stating that I must speak to the God of the UPS store, and coming from OfficeMax that's exactly what you do; Walk in and make copies (when they work of course). Anyways, the attitude of this man was of such annoyance of our presence. It made us both really uncomfortable to have to deal with him. He belittled the situation with the assumption that we "wouldn't be able to figure the machine out" had we had his key card. I was ASTONISHED. at this point we just wanted to get our much deserved sonogram copies and leave. When we approached the counter and presented him with our form of payment, a debit card, he instantly went from general annoyance to anger and informed us that wouldn't be possible. I told him that if be happy to run to the car if it's that much of and issue and I was promptly informed that that would be a good idea. I don't blame the store. But I will never direct ANYONE to this store while he works there. Do yourself a favor, go to OfficeMax, Staples, the FedEx store or pretty much any other pharmacy to print or copy anything. It'd be better than dealing with ole buddy. Now, I plan to enjoy my dinner and mostly the revealing! Much love! read more

Very unfriendly and downright rude arrogant manager. Has friendly staff but rude management. I will rather drive to the other side of town and take my business to the next store than having to talk to this person again. Never had customer service as bad as this in all of Georgia. read more
