They blame the carrier fedex and fedex blames them, I have a door cam that shows nothing was delivered the day it was supposedly delivered. Meanwhile I'm short $400 from an order and I was told "sorry for the inconvenience" and I work for Aflac so you can see how they treat their field contractors. Corporations steal and have no care for people who work hard everyday to make a living.

The lady…read moreat the service desk seen me waiting to drop off my package while standing in line 10 minutes as the next customer she went out to tell the other service rep there were others waiting to ship packages. She re-entered the building and informed the customer behind me that she could drop of her package at the counter. I informed her that I had a package to drop off as well but I would like a receipt to confirm drop off. She said that I would have to wait in a not so friendly tone. This store was not busy so I don't quite understand the unfriendly customer service.
