The girls say it is the customers fault if something goes wrong. If Mail gets put in the wrong box that is the customers fault. They are not trained very lax mistakes are frequent. They talk bad about their own customers. Work in this shopping center or I would go somewhere else! Lost my mail for the last time. They have lied to me and my neighbor at different times about his packages that he never got and are still missing. Don't ship over night from this place . Bad experience here. read more

They blame the carrier fedex and fedex blames them, I have a door cam that shows nothing was delivered the day it was supposedly delivered. Meanwhile I'm short $400 from an order and I was told "sorry for the inconvenience" and I work for Aflac so you can see how they treat their field contractors. She re-entered the building and informed the customer behind me that she could drop of her package at the counter. I informed her that I had a package to drop off as well but I would like a receipt to confirm drop off. She said that I would have to wait in a not so friendly tone. This store was not busy so I don't quite understand the unfriendly customer service.

Recently we had to send out 22,000 letters and needed that many envelopes - Jacob was on it. Even though we had ordered the same envelope many times, he picked up a sample to make sure it was done correctly, ordered the envelopes as soon as I called to get them in as quickly as possible, and delivered a car full of envelopes to us in record time. They are the absolute BEST and I highly recommend them.

Angie was not the least bit concerned about this or the fact that the wedding was two days later. Thank goodness I found Rainbow Cleaners who was gracious enough to do a quick clean to fix Angie's awful mistake. Steer clear- accidents happen but the owner doesn't take responsibility or care when they do.
