I have used their services over the past 17+ years and have had the best service each and every time. I understand some of the frustration of others; however, you might look at yourself and consider how have you been treating the employees?? I know they are humans and we all come with flaws. If you feel someone is incompetent, ask for a manager or owner and give them a chance to make it right. As for timeliness of getting items ordered through their services, they are at the mercy of some other vendor. I am not making excuses or alibing for them; however, I just sit back and make observations and will not denigrate these hard working employees who are doing their best. Terrible Service. Three times I went to the store to pick up our business cards that we had ordered Four weeks ago!! Each time an excuse was given. Why were they not printed still not sure. I already posted a negative review about this store on google. I was so furious with their lack of customer service and blatant incompetence. I was sending an EXPRESS change of address letter overseas to a financial institution. They filled out customs paperwork and used my Former address. My current address was on my envelope. They didn't bother to confirm it; (my former address is over 2000 miles from here.) By the way- as the store had no envelopes for express letters (you always find them at UPS, FED EX, etc.,) I had to purchased one of "The UPS STORE's" envelopes and when I returned the following day to ask for my money back as they didn't bother to deliver my letter. I was only refunded for the amount of the postage. They didn't credit me the amount of the envelope. How petty! Considering it was an INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS letter that wasn't going to arrive on time you would think that they would at least say, "Sorry for the inconvenience!" I could go on, but I think you get the idea. read more

Stay away from this store! To say this store has horrible customer service is putting it lightly. I went into this location to return an Amazon Prime package which I had never had to do before. When I arrived I was notified that I needed to go through the return process on Amazon to receive the QR code that the store needed to scan to be able to print the return label. After I did all the above steps I was than told to check my email which I did and i was not sent a QR code from amazon but an option to print the label. I mentioned this to employment who than told me that sometimes Amazon doesn't always send QR code. So I asked them what my other options were. I was than told my option would be to forward the email to the store email and they would have to pull up the label and print it from there BUT that it would cost me $2 to do it that way even though that was my only option. Not to mention Amazon says that returns are free when sending from a "The UPS Store". I was not happy with the surprise fee so i mentioned that it didn't seem write that they were charging people $2 when Amazon says it should be free. I than said that i would be notifying Amazon to make them aware of this in which the employee stated that they were well aware. I also mentioned, out of my frustration, that i would do what i could to make sure they lose their contract with Amazon in which the employee stated "go ahead you'd be doing us a favor". Very unprofessional. Furthermore, after forwarding the email to the store I than had to sign into my Amazon account just so the employee could hit print. I than voiced how it doesnt seem right that i even had to walk over and sign into my account, all the employee had to do was open the email and hit print and you guys charge me $2. After this statement, mind you i had my 10 month old daughter in her car seat attached to my arm, Donna decided to escalate the situation by telling me to leave the store. I looked at her dumb founded and asked if she was being serious. She said yes, leave. I said no i was not leaving until i mailed my package and than i would leave. I than stated i had done nothing wrong and that she didn't have a right to kick me out of the store for simply stating my frustrations. She said she could call the police. My jaw hit the floor again and I again asked are you being serious? After this exchange I than asked for the managers name as i would be leaving a complaint about how horrible the customer service was. I was than informed that the one who told me to leave the store was the manger. So I asked for the number to the General Manger which i was than informed it was privately owned. I than asked for the Owner's number and was told that they would not give it to me and that i was more than welcome to call the store and talk to him, which we know how that all ends. I than kindly left the store. The woman that i dealt with was Donna the so called manager who obviously needs more schooling and has absolutely no clue how to deescalate situations or deal with customers. I would advice you to go elsewhere where the people actually care about you as a customer and aren't looking to nickle and dime you when it comes to your hard earned money. read more

The owner of this location actually had to work his business and succeeded in showing that he has no basic customer service skills which is unfortunate to say the least. Just use USPS, you'll get better treatment and it will cost less since they surcharge you for everything. read more

Went there to mail 2 packages and it was outrageously expensive they told me it would be $78.00 to send them from the regular post office , I went to the post office instead and it was $9.00 per box what a rip off this place is GO TO THE POST OFFICE!!! read more

This place definitely squeezes your money out of you. Every drop I have never been charged to get on their computer. I was charged $2.33 for 3 minutes. I guess it's up to the discretion of the employee. Policies policies yea right. read more

tried to ship my recalled stock to ten point via their ups label. Could not here. You can not ship anything that they say is a weapon. So this means stocks, pens, etc. Will go to pms and ship no problem and a lot better customer service at pms too. Would not recommend this store for anything except to avoid. read more

I have been a loyal customer at UPS Store #3476 since it opened, as such I thought that the management and staff valued my patronage. First let me state up front that I understand mistakes and errors occur in any business, the mark of a responsible business is the acknowledgement that an error has been made and a sincere effort to correct the error to satisfy the customer. On 02/11/2017 I took a package to UPS #3476 at 10:30 am to be shipped to my son in Baton Rouge, LA, I verified the correct address label, signed the shipping agreement and paid the $19.18 for the package to be delivered on 02/15/2017. On 2/15/17 my son called to advise he had received a package containing a bottle of "Phenom" Health supplements from a P.O.Box in Sharpsburg, Ga. 30277, He did NOT receive the package that I shipped, upon checking the UPS tracking # on the pkg. we discovered that it matched identically the UPS tracking # I received on the receipt for the pkg I shipped on 2/11. I called UPS Store #3476 on Thursday, 2/16/17 at 9:00 am to report that my important pkg. had not been delivered and requested an explanation, The manager advised that he would investigate the errant delivery and assured me that he would advise me of the whereabouts of my pkg. ASAP, furthermore I was advised that UPS was responsible for up to $100 value of the pkg. I didn't receive any contact from UPS until I phoned UPS #3476 on 2/23/17, on that date I learned that my pkg. had been delivered to an address in Aurora, CO, but no effort had been made to return to the Aurora,CO address to retrieve my pkg. In fact had I not called UPS, NOTHING was planned to satisfy my concerns. The store manager, J., assured me that the pkg. would be located and returned directly to me in Sharpsburg since my son was home for a break until 2/28. Again I waited patiently for resolution of the lost package, however on Thursday, 3/2, I once again phoned UPS #3476, at this point I have given up on ever finding or receiving my pkg. and simply wanted to receive a refund for the $19.18 paid and the $100 to compensate for the lost contents. Manager, J., advised that he had discussed my lost pkg. with the "regional" manager Barry and my fate was in his hands. I asked for Barry's last name and contact information so that I could speak directly with the person who would make the final decision, Jason(manager) refused to provide Barry's name and phone, but he gave me his word, PROMISED that I would receive a telephone call from Barry at 11:00 am on Monday, March 6, 2017 to advise me of the decision he had reached. I waited from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm on 3/6/17 to take Barry's call, it NEVER happened. Today is March 12, 29 days since I shipped an important package from UPS #3476 at 90-F Glenda Trace in Newnan, Ga. and 24 days since the pkg. was guaranteed delivery; I am still waiting to hear from "Barry ?" or anyone from UPS. To say that I have been patient and reasonable is a giant UNDERSTATEMENT!!! Ordinarily, I do not write negative reviews under any circumstances, as I stated when I started writing, mistakes and errors occur. However, I cannot overlook the fact that I have been repeatedly misled by UPS, a company that I apparently misjudged in regards to it's commitment to customer satisfaction. I believe that a package worth $135.00 that was shipped for a charge of $19.18 could be paid for by a company as wealthy as UPS. APPARENTLY, I placed too much confidence in UPS's commitment to customer satisfaction, to describe my attitude as one of DISAPPOINTMENT would be another understatement!! read more
