Being that I did the entire order online, I was in control of everything before it went to print which increased my confidence in the order. Once my order was placed, I set it for pick up at the Office Depot - Fayetteville location. I received the email when my order was ready and made my way to Office Depot - Fayetteville. The location was easy to find as it is directly on the main road. There is ample parking and easy access on and off the roadway. Walking in, the Office Depot - Fayetteville location is huge. The light was bright and vibrant and the store was super clean. I made my way to the print area, provided my name, and boom. My order was waiting on me. Yesssssssss. Talk about easy and convenient. I checked my cards and they looked amazing. The bleed area was spot on and the prints looked exactly like they did online via the sample provided. The young lady who assisted me was super nice and made the transaction that much better. If you are able to do your ordering online, I say do it. It's quick, easy, and straightforward. And the pick up process is truly a pick up process.

What made the situation worse was the tone and behavior of the staff. Instead of trying to assist or de-escalate, I felt rushed out of the store and treated as if I had done something wrong. There was no effort to provide customer service or uphold basic professionalism. This experience raises serious concerns about Office Depot's customer service practices and return policies. A same-day return with a valid receipt for an unused item should not result in this kind of treatment. Policies should be applied with reasonable discretion, especially when the product is clearly unused and the mistake was immediately addressed.
