The customer service at 950 Eagles Landing Pkwy is absolutely terrible! They rarely greet customers, practically ignoring them, when they enter the establishment. God forbid you ask them any questions that requires them to actually do their job. They act like children and huff and puff, roll their eyes, walk away from you without commenting whether they actually going to serve you or not. They have these horrible attitudes that project total unprofessionalism or even decent human courteousy. I have been cursed out on the phone on one ocassion. I have been placed on hold never to be attended to so many times that i have lost count. The way that they talk to you on the phone is just disgusting. The worst part of it is you have no way of reporting these individuals to a manager or an owner because they have all told me they are the manager! There was even a time where i went to the 950 Eagles Landing Pkwy location to pick up a package and the girl at the front desk handed me a box that was totally destroyed and had obviously been busted open and the contents removed. When i inquired as to the condition of the box and the whereabouts of the contents her reply was, "i didnt do it." Someone let me know what recourse customers have to report and remove unprofessional and abusive customer service reps. read more

Just a heads up for anyone mailing boxes. UPS is now charging $5.00 to tape your box. Or, you can buy a $3.00 crappy roll of tape there. The lady was polite and I understand this is a company policy, but this is ridiculous. read more

I frequent this location at least once a week. I go so much even my dad side eyes me. LOL! Even when the line is long, it moves fast and the employees are very friendly. I have never had an unpleasant encounter. The staff is always so helpful. I appreciate seeing the smiling faces a couple of times each week. New owner is a joke. Didn't file a claim for an overnight package that didn't arrive until 5 days later! UPS Corporate has confirmed that he never filed the claim to reimburse the $51.39. It has been 11 days since it was supposedly filed. If you go to a UPS Store, UPS Corporate will not help you recover money due to you if your package is late. read more

No matter where I go, UPS stores are UPS stores... Service not always the best, not certain of speed is something that's considered when thinking of customer services. I only find myself in this branded store if something is shipped to me and dropped off or if a preprinted label requires us of UPS. Otherwise, MY $ goes to FedEx. read more
