I noticed that although he had a line of customers he wasn't' rushing through the transaction, he was present and focused on what he was doing while still acknowledging the customers waiting. I appreciated the great service! This location is in the same plaza as Trader Joes and with the new nail salon, and breakfast spot there is very limited parking. There are a few spots directly in front of the UPS store that are marked for 10 minutes, if you're planning on coming in and out this is probably the best place to park if the lot is full.   I called a few UPS stores and I noticed that they each have different requirements. One place did month to month but didn't have personal mailboxes, it was held behind the desk, another required at least 6 months, and this one required at least 3 months. It's a pretty convenient location so I decided to select this store for my temporary mailbox. You receive an update when you have mail, and you have a key so you can come after hours. You can also have packages delivered here.   To get the mailbox I needed to provide two forms of ID, I couldn't' used a credit card so I used my medical card and DL. The total was $136 for 3 months.

I check the app around 2pm only to find that the driver said "Delivery was refused by the recipient" which was completely false. Never came to my door, didn't attempt a delivery, nothing. I have camera's at my door, I would've seen it. Then adding insult to injury - instead of just saying they couldn't deliver it like a normal person, which would have allowed me to go to the FedEx location and pick it up, they decided to say I refused it - which prompted the system to return to sender. This is literally a gift for my best friend's wedding, which is next week in EUROPE!!!! Probably won't be able to get it again before I fly out. And over the years, I've dealt with plenty of different employees, but one thing stays the same: they're always genuinely helpful. They actually pay attention. If you're standing there looking confused or stuck in line too long, someone will step in and ask if you need help. One time, I just needed a box for an odd sized item. Once we found the right size, they packed it up for me, without me even asking. And it wasn't a one-time thing either. It happened again, and I was like, "Okay, y'all are really looking out." They've also given me a ton of good shipping tips and always try to find the best shipping rate. The only time I left disappointed was when their passport photo system wouldn't work. They tried everything before finally having to send me to CVS. The store is always clean, which is saying something for this part of downtown. Honestly, it's one of my most frequented and convenient local spots. The hours are work friendly too!

But if we can't find it here then that might be your only choice." Me: "Well, no. FedEx can't find the package, so you're going to call the 800 number for me." FM: "OK. Let me call them." The Employees are super knowledgeable, helped me find the right sized boxes AND gave me a lesson on shipping laptops ...the battery sticker must be visible. They also made sure I had a receipt for my drop off. I don't ship FedEx very often but this is my preferred location...

Mind you when I came in there was one other person in the store and 3 employees. I ask if they can print a label and they said yes send it to this address, so I forward the email, I'm sitting there for a solid 10 minutes while the two men at the front just continue to have a conversation. I finally interrupt and say should I resend the label? The guy finally goes and checks and then says "you forwarded the email can you resend it as an attachment", so I resend he goes about talking and doing other things while I wait. Finally he goes over checks and it's printed. The manager finally hands me the label, he walks away and I'm like, "hey can I get some tape to tape this box up?" He takes the box which is unsealed and puts it on the back table? I ask if he can seal it before I leave, he says "it's our staging area" and I was like "well this is for work and it needs to get shipped out today can you please seal it and put it in the shipping area before I leave?" He asks me in a snarky and sarcastic way "ma'am are you ok?" And precede to ignores me helps multiple other customers while I wait about 10 minutes later an employee goes and seals it, what should have been a 10 minute drop off took 30 minutes. And it wasn't just the time it was the attitude especially of the manager that I didn't understand. Will be writing a complaint into FedEx corporate as well. You have people that use FedEx for business reasons and to treat people this way for literally no reason is unacceptable.
