I noticed that although he had a line of customers he wasn't' rushing through the transaction, he was present and focused on what he was doing while still acknowledging the customers waiting. I appreciated the great service! This location is in the same plaza as Trader Joes and with the new nail salon, and breakfast spot there is very limited parking. There are a few spots directly in front of the UPS store that are marked for 10 minutes, if you're planning on coming in and out this is probably the best place to park if the lot is full.   I called a few UPS stores and I noticed that they each have different requirements. One place did month to month but didn't have personal mailboxes, it was held behind the desk, another required at least 6 months, and this one required at least 3 months. It's a pretty convenient location so I decided to select this store for my temporary mailbox. You receive an update when you have mail, and you have a key so you can come after hours. You can also have packages delivered here.   To get the mailbox I needed to provide two forms of ID, I couldn't' used a credit card so I used my medical card and DL. The total was $136 for 3 months.

Instead, the tracking information falsely stated that there was a problem delivering the package. This is simply not true. No UPS driver attempted delivery, no one knocked on my door, no delivery notice was left, and there were no obstacles preventing delivery. Today, the exact same thing happened again. Once again, the tracking information claimed there was an issue delivering my package, yet no delivery attempt was made. Providing inaccurate tracking updates is misleading and unacceptable. If the package was delayed due to staffing, routing, or another internal issue, I would rather be told the truth than receive false delivery exceptions suggesting that something on my end prevented delivery. I am requesting that UPS investigate why these inaccurate delivery updates were entered, ensure my package is delivered as soon as possible, and explain what is being done to prevent this from happening again. As a customer, I expect honest communication and reliable service. At this point, I have lost confidence in the accuracy of UPS's tracking information and am very disappointed with this experience.

I check the app around 2pm only to find that the driver said "Delivery was refused by the recipient" which was completely false. Never came to my door, didn't attempt a delivery, nothing. I have camera's at my door, I would've seen it. Then adding insult to injury - instead of just saying they couldn't deliver it like a normal person, which would have allowed me to go to the FedEx location and pick it up, they decided to say I refused it - which prompted the system to return to sender. This is literally a gift for my best friend's wedding, which is next week in EUROPE!!!! Probably won't be able to get it again before I fly out. If you're standing there looking confused or stuck in line too long, someone will step in and ask if you need help. One time, I just needed a box for an odd sized item. Once we found the right size, they packed it up for me, without me even asking. And it wasn't a one-time thing either. It happened again, and I was like, "Okay, y'all are really looking out." They've also given me a ton of good shipping tips and always try to find the best shipping rate. The only time I left disappointed was when their passport photo system wouldn't work. They tried everything before finally having to send me to CVS. The store is always clean, which is saying something for this part of downtown. Honestly, it's one of my most frequented and convenient local spots. The hours are work friendly too!
