They are friendly and have a great selection of stamps, and when you ask them questions they are direct and to the point. This is the best post office I have ever been to, and I do all of my mail-related business there. And about the tape situation, you only have to bring your own if you are not sending your package priority mail. It's not unreasonable for them to expect you to have your items packaged BEFORE you show up, especially if you show up at peak times.
