On moving day, I realized that the unit I had reserved wouldn't accommodate all of my belongings. Store Manager Jalena D. went above and beyond to help. She quickly found an additional unit--conveniently located directly across from my original one--and walked me through the entire process of adding the new space. She even offered water to my movers during the transition. Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Previously, there has been unnecessary and unwanted drama every time I've gone the cheap route (aka U-Haul). This one was perfectly smooth and simple. In other words, this *should* be a 3-star (a-ok, which is *good*), but it's so far beyond any other U-Haul location I've encountered that I'm bumping it up. Paperwork signed and on the road within 10 minutes. The van, whom I named Gortimer, operated admirably on my jaunt to north GA and back; good alignment, brakes, and so forth. I sang ballads to his greatness all afternoon, to which he responded with smoother suspension and Tardis-like capacity. Next time I need to haul things, I'll definitely stroll back down to CITY Storage (otherwise known as Morningstar Self Storage).
