In preparation for our upcoming move, I've been looking around for a place to buy a large quantity of moving boxes. Target, U-Haul, etc. And I have been really surprised how much individual boxes cost. Husband did an internet search and found this place and we realized the cost per box was really great! And they offer all the side bits too, like tape guns, and bubble wrap, and packing paper. I called around 11:30am and explained what I would need and the lady helped me with pricing and options and I placed my order. And around 2:30pm I received a call saying my delivery would arrive shortly. And about a half hour later, it was here! Even in ATL Friday afternoon traffic. And delivery was free!!!!! (I think you do need to order a certain amount for the free part) Everyone I dealt with were as nice as could be. I so highly recommend them. Fingers crossed that the rest of the move goes this smoothly!

Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Do not use this company…read more I hired All My Sons Moving specifically because I have a solid marble dining table that's heavy and fragile, and I needed movers I could trust to handle it properly. That trust was completely misplaced. I told the crew lead directly, before they touched the table, that it was fragile and needed careful handling. That message never made it to the second mover, who didn't speak English, so the two guys carrying my table down a flight of stairs weren't even communicating with each other. Predictably, they dropped it right onto concrete and chipped the corner of a table worth around $1,500. The driver stood right there and told me I'd be taken care of. That was a lie. I filed a formal claim with photos and a documented replacement cost of $1,049. Week later, AMS's "resolution" was a check for $133, calculated off some buried $0.60-per-pound liability clause that has nothing to do with what the table is actually worth. I responded in writing rejecting that insult of an offer within their own deadline. That was 3 days ago. Total silence since. This company will happily take your money and make promises on moving day, then hide behind fine print the second they break something expensive. Zero accountability, zero follow-through, and a claims process that's designed to lowball you and hope you give up. If you have anything of real value, do not trust these people to move it. I regret ever calling them for the one item i needed moved.

From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

Jose A stacking and using all space in truck so all was secure and neat. Luis was moving so fast picking up all boxes and making a million trips non stop to truck and back.
